Overview

Client Agents is the deal-scoped Platform workspace for a selected client's complete available Agent Director, functional managers, focused experts, or a client user's personal assistant. Signed client members use the same Client workspace profile, while prospect users remain onboarding-only. Agent Director is the default staff conversation when available. The roster makes the hierarchy clear with a top-level Director, highlighted Manager rows, and indented Expert rows, including specialty roles such as Website, SEO, Social Media, Newsletter, Video, and Sales Deck when provisioned. Client replies are presented as a clean continuous transcript without repeated response headers or blank placeholder rows. When an eligible conversation stays open, newly persisted agent handoffs and status updates refresh without a manual reload. Where staff approval controls are available, the composer keeps the preference close to the request. Managed role capabilities stay policy-controlled. For staff, Memory is a focused editor for the available client context and editable role instructions.

How to use this page

  1. Select a deal

Staff use the client switcher to choose the deal that scopes the workspace. A signed client with multiple active memberships can choose one of those permitted deals. When staff switch deals, the current role is carried to the new deal when it is provisioned there.

  2. Open a client agent

Staff see the selected deal's complete available role catalog, grouped by function. Agent Director opens by default when available. It is the top-level conversation for the client program. Outbound, Digital Marketing, and Sales Managers appear as highlighted leadership rows, with their focused experts indented beneath them. Specialty experts such as Website, SEO, Social Media, Newsletter, Video, and Sales Deck appear when provisioned. Select a manager for the function or an expert for focused work.

  3. Chat or run

Use the composer to send a request, dictate, attach a supported file, or start a focused run. The selected agent follows its centrally managed profile. Client replies appear in one stable transcript column without a repeated agent name or response label. While the agent begins a response, Working appears until visible content arrives. Paid list actions use a dedicated Yes or No approval card for authorized staff.

  4. Choose how client changes are approved

Where it is available to staff, the shield control at the lower left of the composer shows Ask me or Approve for me. Open the menu to choose the preference. Ask me keeps every client change in chat for approval. Approve for me lets routine updates run automatically, while significant campaign, sending, bulk, and paid actions still ask in chat.

  5. Review workspace tabs

Use Conversation, History, Memory, Files, and Setup when available. Authorized staff can review proposed client-agent actions inline. Delivered files can appear with the run and remain available in Files.

  6. Edit available client memory as staff

Open Memory to work with client-context files and the role instructions available for editing. Select a file, update it, and use Save. Centrally managed role instruction layers and combined effective-memory previews are not displayed in this workspace. Setup shows the managed runtime, role, automation, status, memory location, and capability policy. Per-agent tools, scope, triggers, and list access are not changed here.

  7. Read conversation status rows

Empty assistant placeholders stay hidden while a reply starts, so the conversation does not show a blank response row. Operational rows use the neutral System notice label when they are not a verified agent-to-agent handoff. A recorded handoff uses Messaged agent. Internal session-version markers are hidden from the conversation. When you leave an eligible conversation open, newly persisted handoffs and status updates appear automatically. If you are reading earlier messages, the view keeps your place instead of pulling you to the latest update.

  8. Use a client-visible role agent

Signed client members can select an approved role agent from the current deal and use its conversation, History, Files, and Start fresh controls. Staff-only Memory, Setup, approval controls, Run now, and enable or pause controls are hidden. Prospect users use their onboarding experience instead.

Common questions

The selected deal's Agent Director opens by default when it is provisioned. You can select any other available manager or expert from the roster.
Agent Director is the top-level conversation for the client program. Outbound, Digital Marketing, and Sales Managers lead their functional groups, while core and specialty experts provide focused work within those groups. The roster highlights managers and indents experts to show that relationship.
When a selected deal is missing catalog roles, the workspace fills in the available specialty rows, such as Website, SEO, Social Media, Newsletter, Video, or Sales Deck. Existing role rows keep their current enabled state.
For staff, yes when the same role is provisioned in the new deal. If it is unavailable, the workspace falls back to the available default role.
No. Deal selection is validated against the user's active memberships, and a URL or query parameter cannot open another client's deal.
Signed client members can use approved agents for their permitted deal. Prospect users remain in the onboarding experience until they become signed clients.
Where the control is available, use the shield control in the composer. Select Ask me to approve every client change in chat, or Approve for me to let routine updates run automatically.
No. Significant campaign, sending, bulk, and paid actions still ask in chat before they run.
Client-agent runtime, trigger, capabilities, list access, and deal scope come from managed policy. Setup shows the resolved configuration, and Memory holds the client context and editable role instructions available in that workspace.
No. Client-agent capabilities come from the role baseline and stay locked to the selected deal. Authorized staff can review the managed capability policy in Setup.
Memory shows the client-context files and role instructions available for that editor. Centrally managed role instruction layers and effective-memory previews are intentionally kept out of the workspace.
The selected client agent is already identified by the workspace. Replies use a simpler transcript so the work remains easy to read.
It appears only while the agent has begun responding but has not produced visible content. Empty assistant placeholders stay hidden.
System notice is the neutral label for an operational row that is not verified as an agent-to-agent handoff. A recorded handoff uses Messaged agent.
No. Internal session-version markers are hidden so the conversation stays focused on the work and meaningful status updates.
Yes. When an eligible conversation is open, newly persisted handoffs and status updates refresh automatically. If you are reading earlier messages, the view keeps your place instead of jumping to the new item.
