Prepare a brief for my next sales call using the account history and meeting notes I provide or connect. Include the previous discussion, agreed next steps, open questions and three useful questions for this call. Cite the sources for account facts. Flag missing or conflicting information. 04 / Getting started

Keep the first step practical.

Keep the systems that work for you. Our engineers can help scope the connections and implement a workflow.

  1. 01

    Choose one useful result

Start with a recurring task your team can review.

More about choose one useful result

A sales-call brief, a pipeline summary, or a draft content plan gives you a concrete starting point. Define what a good result looks like before you automate the work.

  2. 02

    Connect the right accounts

Give the project the context and tools it needs.

More about connect the right accounts

Check the available app connections, connect your accounts, and choose the permitted actions. Supported tools and triggers vary by app and workspace access.

  3. 03

    Review the first result

Run the project, inspect its work, and refine the instructions.

More about review the first result

Check the facts, sources, and next steps against your expectations. Keep the first workflow small enough to verify before making it recurring.

  4. 04

    Make useful work repeatable

Use a schedule or a supported event when the workflow is ready.

More about make useful work repeatable

Scheduled Projects create a chat for each run so you can review the work. Ask SalesHive for help with setup, connections, and implementation when you need it.

05 / In daily use

Built where the work happens.

Our SDRs use SalesHive to run managed cold calling and email outreach. That experience informs the tools we build and the workflows we help teams implement.

Questions, answered

Your questions, answered.

01

What is the SalesHive Platform?

SalesHive brings AI projects, connected apps, and sales tools into one workspace. Give a project a goal and context, use the tools available to your account, and review the work in its conversation. The platform also supports our managed cold calling and email outreach services.

02

Do I have to replace my CRM?

No. Start with the systems your team already uses. SalesHive has its own contacts, deals, and meeting tools, plus supported CRM integrations and app connections. Review the records, fields, and actions your workflow needs before deciding whether to move any part of it.

03

What happens to my existing contacts and lists?

You can import contacts and lists by CSV. Supported CRM integrations provide another route for configured records and fields. Confirm the mapping and available sync behavior for your CRM before moving the workflow.

04

Can I use projects for marketing and operations?

Projects can work with the tools and connected accounts available to them. A campaign review, content draft, or recurring business report can be a useful starting point. Access, supported actions, and approval settings determine what each workflow can do; connecting an app does not enable every action.

05

Is this the platform SalesHive uses internally?

Yes. Our SDRs use SalesHive for managed cold calling and email outreach. Internal workflows and customer workspaces have different access, so we will confirm the capabilities available for your use case.

06

How do the AI agents fit in?

A project is a conversation with an agent about a job you want done. You provide the goal, context, and instructions. Scheduled Projects can repeat that work on a schedule or supported event. You can review each run, and tools, connected-account permissions, and approval settings govern its actions.

07

Do I need a managed SDR program to explore the platform?

Bring us the workflow you want to run, whether or not you need outsourced SDRs. We will confirm workspace access, available tools, and setup requirements. Our engineers can help implement the workflow, and managed cold calling and email outreach remain available when you want a team to own outbound.
