How we work

A clear path.
From plan to pipeline.

Your strategist builds the plan. You approve it before launch or billing. Your SDRs and SalesHive AI handle the daily work, while you focus on the meetings.

01 / Getting started

Your first month, step by step.

Most programs launch in about three weeks. Timing depends on your reviews and approvals.

01

Thirty minutes that map the whole engagement

Before day one · The strategy call

On one call we align on your ICP, your offer, and your channel mix: cold calling, email, or both. You sign a month-to-month agreement and pay nothing yet, because billing waits for your approval later in this timeline. It is the same first conversation our dedicated strategists start every engagement with.

02

Your strategist turns the kickoff into a playbook

Week 1 · Kickoff and strategy

The kickoff runs the Playmaker intake: your value proposition, personas, objections, and proof points. From it your strategist compiles your total addressable market and drafts a custom sales playbook covering targeting, messaging, and cadences, while dedicated sending domains are established in the background. See what onboarding builds on the platform.

03

Lists are built, copy is drafted, and you sign off on all of it

Week 2 · Build and approve

Our research team and data layer build and validate every contact: emails and phone numbers verified, dynamic fields cleaned so personalization lands correctly. Email sequences and call scripts are written from your playbook. You review the whole package with us on a web conference and give written approval before anything sends.

04

You say go. Campaigns go live. Billing starts.

Weeks 2 to 3 · Launch

On your green light, billing begins and campaigns launch on established domains. SDRs start dialing, sequences start sending, and every touch syncs to your CRM in real time. You watch it happen on the same dashboards our team uses. Most programs go live within a month of kickoff, typically in about three weeks.

05

Replies turn into qualified meetings on your calendar

Weeks 3 to 4 · First meetings

SalesHive AI helps handle email replies, SDRs qualify the interest, and qualified meetings are booked straight onto your calendar. Most clients see their first qualified meetings within one to two weeks of going live.

06

The optimization loop makes month three beat month one

Every week after · The loop

Every week your strategist reviews results with you, multivariate tests pick winning subject lines and scripts, and AI agents refresh personalization between calls. You see all of it in real-time reporting, and you scale by adding domains, SDRs, and callers as results grow.

Questions, answered

The process, in plain terms.

Most programs launch within a month of kickoff, typically in about three weeks, and most clients see their first qualified meetings within one to two weeks after campaigns go live. The pace flexes with how quickly your team can review and approve the strategy, copy, and lists.
Billing does not start until you have fully approved your strategy and account lists. Nothing is charged while we are still building and waiting on your sign-off, and the agreement stays month to month after launch.
About an hour. A standing weekly strategy call to review results and agree on the next tests, plus sign-offs when new messaging or segments ship. The dialing, sending, reply handling, and data work are handled by your SalesHive team and the AI agents. Your job is to take the meetings.
Every engagement staffs a dedicated strategist who owns your playbook and weekly call, US-based SDRs who dial and email daily, AI-assisted email reply handling, and operations and data specialists who keep lists clean. AI agents on the platform research, personalize, and report around the clock. None of them are shared headcount you have to manage.
Our SDRs generate and qualify meetings so your team can focus on demos and closing. We sync activity and meetings into your CRM, provide real-time reporting on our AI-driven platform, and hold weekly strategy calls.
Yes. Because engagements are month-to-month, we can increase, decrease, or pause volume, and you can shift channels or add SDRs as results grow.
