Rather than feeling like an external vendor, SalesHive operated as a true extension of our sales organization, representing our brand professionally in every interaction.
Our salespeople are able to listen to or see the entire engagement with the lead and prepare appropriately to engage at a problem-solving level without a lot of preamble and qualification.
Our account manager is responsive and invested. Our SDR seems to be consistent and adjusts as we make improvements to the script. The price is pretty high, but if you know your CAC before you sign up, and set appropriate goals for the service, the ROI is more than achievable.
We've just engaged SalesHive for our third campaign in the last two years. We're impressed by the thoroughness of their onboarding, the quality of the leads, and the transparency they provide.
Communication was consistent, deliverables were well organized, and they made it easy to understand exactly what had been accomplished throughout the engagement.
Our service offering is tax-based, so it's generally harder to get traction without some sort of a relationship but I would 100% recommend Saleshive.
They were collaborative, flexible, and proactive in adapting their approach based on feedback and changing priorities.
It is a strong service, and Mia, the onboarder was obviously a seasoned veteran. We would recommend this service to anyone looking to develop their business.

Before the first call or email goes out, you review your playbook and messaging with your strategist, and a pre-launch meeting confirms the plan. After launch, your campaigns, contacts and booked meetings are visible in your own SalesHive login, so you can check the work yourself instead of waiting for a report.
Our SDR changed partway through.
SDRs do sometimes change. When one does, we recruit, train and backfill the seat at our own cost, and your playbook and campaign history stay with your program, so the new SDR starts from your plan instead of from zero.
We kept paying when it was not working.
Month-to-month plans have no setup fees and no long-term contract. Once outreach has started, written notice ends outreach and billing at the end of your next billing month. Annual plans trade a lower monthly rate for a longer commitment, so ask us to walk through both on your first call.
