Email outreach

Make every follow-up relevant.

Managed email agents write from approved campaign context. Sending controls and the shared inbox keep the next step connected to the conversation.

01 / The message

Your strategy shapes the email.

Approved context

Give the campaign its audience, offer, supporting facts, tone, and follow-up instructions.

Individual relevance

Use contact and company context within the configured customization level.

After the call

Write from what actually happened in the conversation, with a next step that fits.

02 / Self-serve sequences

Choose the right writing controls.

Step-based sequences remain available in self-serve workspaces.

01

Timing and variants

Build 1 to 10 steps. Test A/B variants and pause them independently.

02

Basic, eMod, and eRep

Use a template, personalize approved copy, or generate from campaign context. The chosen mode and customization settings control the approach.

03

Reply routing

Match replies to the contact and campaign using email thread headers, then work the conversation in the inbox.

03 / Sending foundations

Control the pace. Honor the person.

01

Per-campaign daily limits

Cap how many emails each campaign sends per day so volume ramps the way deliverability wants, not all at once.

02

Per-account sending windows

Each mailbox sends only inside its window, 8am to 5pm ET by default, so messages land during business hours.

03

Weekend toggle

Pause sending on weekends with one switch, or keep it on for audiences that read inboxes seven days a week.

04

One-click unsubscribe

Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe (RFC 8058) or a text-STOP option. Opting out always works, instantly.

05

CAN-SPAM address

A compliant physical mailing address ships on every send, automatically, so no campaign ever goes out without one.

06

Global blocklist

Every message is checked against a global blocklist before it leaves, so suppressed and opted-out contacts are never emailed again.

Questions, answered

Your questions, answered.

01

Can SalesHive replace our email sending tool?

Yes. Sequencing, sending, A/B testing, AI personalization, reply detection, tracking, and compliance all run inside the SalesHive platform, right next to your CRM data, dialer, and inbox. There is no separate sending or newsletter tool to buy, connect, or keep in sync. And if you would rather not run it yourself, our team runs the whole email motion for you as a service.

02

How do managed campaigns and self-serve sequences differ?

Managed campaign agents write from approved campaign context and follow-up instructions. After-call agents use the actual call outcome and conversation for relevant follow-up. Self-serve workspaces also support step-based email sequences with timing, variants, and copy modes.

03

How many steps can a sequence have, and can I A/B test them?

Self-serve sequences support 1 to 10 steps with A/B variants that can be paused independently. Managed outreach uses campaign context and follow-up instructions instead of a sequence of templates.

04

How does personalization work across the three copy modes?

In self-serve sequences, Basic uses your template and merge fields. eMod personalizes approved copy according to the configured customization level. eRep generates the message from campaign context. Managed campaigns use approved context, tone, and customization settings to guide each email.

05

How are replies detected and routed?

Replies are matched by email headers, the way mail clients thread conversations, not by guessing from subject lines. When a reply lands it is connected to the right contact and campaign and routed into the built-in inbox with the full thread, so an interested prospect surfaces immediately instead of sitting unnoticed in a mailbox.

06

What controls protect deliverability?

Sending is governed by per-campaign daily limits, a weekend toggle, and per-account sending windows that default to 8am to 5pm ET, so volume stays measured and messages land during business hours. Open tracking is optional and classifies bot and scanner opens so security scanners do not inflate your numbers.

07

Is the platform compliant with email regulations?

Compliance is built into every send. Each email carries a one-click unsubscribe (RFC 8058) or a text-STOP option, includes a CAN-SPAM compliant physical address, and is checked against the client and system suppression lists before it goes out, so opted-out and suppressed contacts are never emailed again.
