Smart Inbox

Turn a reply into the right next step.

Keep the full conversation and account context together. SalesHive AI supports replies and follow-ups, with sending and suppression controls still in place.

Questions, answered

Your questions, answered.

01

How does SalesHive AI help with replies?

SalesHive AI reads the conversation and account context to help classify replies, prepare responses, identify follow-up needs, and move interested prospects toward a meeting. Available actions depend on the mailbox, workflow, and configured permissions.

02

Does the AI send replies on its own?

The manual inbox supports drafts for a person to review and send. Configured Inbox Responder agents can also handle replies and follow-ups within their assigned permissions. Suppression and sending controls still apply.

03

How does the Responder Hub handle many clients and mailboxes at once?

The Responder Hub aggregates inboxes across active and onboarding deals into one queue, with strategist and responder filters so every conversation is routed to the right owner and each person works only what belongs to them. It auto-refreshes as new replies land, so the team is always working the current state without re-loading the page.

04

How are replies categorized?

Categories help distinguish interest, information requests, objections, later follow-ups, out-of-office replies, delivery failures, and opt-outs. Responder agents can review automated replies for useful context such as return dates or replacement contacts. Opt-out and suppression rules remain in force.

05

What is the multi-window compose experience like?

It is a Gmail-style multi-window composer. You can open several drafts at once, minimize and reorder the windows, and the inbox auto-saves drafts as you type so nothing is lost. A template picker drops in saved messaging with the correct signature, so responders move quickly across many conversations.

06

What stops a contact from sliding backward in the pipeline?

A status-progression guard sits in front of every status change. It blocks accidental regressions, so once a contact reaches a stage like meeting-set it cannot quietly revert to an earlier status such as interested. That keeps the pipeline trustworthy as many people work the same inbox.
