Give the work a clear goal.

01 / Projects

A job. The right context. A result to review.

Use your own business goal as the starting point.

  1. 01

    Describe the job

Give the project the outcome, relevant background, and rules it should follow.

  2. 02

    Connect the tools

Choose the accounts and permitted actions the work needs.

  3. 03

    Make it recurring

Save instructions as a Scheduled Project with a schedule or supported app event. Each run has a conversation to review.

02 / A place to start

Take one recurring task off the list.

These examples need the appropriate connected accounts, tools, and permissions.

01

Prepare for the next sales call

Bring the account history, upcoming meeting, and previous discussion into a concise brief for your rep.

02

Review pipeline every morning

Summarize changes, identify deals that need attention, and prepare a clear list of next steps.

03

Turn a new lead into a useful brief

When a new contact arrives, research the company and prepare context for the person handling the lead.

03 / Your boundaries

Connected work. Clear control.

Account permissions

Choose whether an agent can make changes in each connection. Connecting an app does not grant every action.

Questions, answered

Your questions, answered.

01

What is a SalesHive AI project?

A project is a conversation with an agent about a job you want done. You provide the goal and context. The agent uses the tools and connected accounts available to that project, and you can review its work in the chat.

02

Can I schedule recurring work?

Yes. Scheduled Projects save instructions and start a new project for each run. They can run on a schedule or when a supported event happens in a connected app. Available triggers and scheduling limits depend on your access and the app.

03

What can an agent do in a connected app?

It depends on the tools that app exposes and the permissions on your account. Reading and making changes are controlled separately. You choose whether to let agents make changes for each connection. A connector does not provide unrestricted access to every action in an app.

04

How do the email agents work?

For managed outreach, campaign email agents write from your approved campaign context. Reply agents use the conversation and account context to answer questions, follow up with interested prospects, and help book meetings. Mailbox limits, suppression rules, and the configured permissions still apply.

05

Does the teleprompter replace my rep?

No. It suggests what to say next during a live call, using the current conversation, campaign context, and saved contact history. The rep decides what to say and stays in control of the conversation.

06

Can SalesHive help us set up workflows?

Yes. Bring us the recurring work you want to improve and the systems involved. We can help define the instructions, identify the connections and permissions needed, and set up a workflow around a clear outcome.

07

Do you still provide outsourced SDRs and cold calling?

Yes. Managed sales development remains a core SalesHive service. Our team uses the platform to run cold calling and email outreach. Projects and connectors extend what you can do with SalesHive beyond that managed program.
