Overview

Contact Detail is the complete selected-client record for one prospect. Review and edit contact, custom-field, campaign, outreach, activity, and meeting information. A new Meeting Set must be started through Log a meeting so the required booking details are captured. Employee views can also show a safely matched ready CRM recording in Activity when the contact's unique booked email and meeting history identify it without ambiguity.

How to use this page

  1. Open and review a contact

Open a contact from Contacts. Review identity, company, status, campaign membership, outreach statistics, activity, and any existing meeting.

  2. Change an ordinary outreach status

Use the header Status dropdown for supported non-booking status changes. Dialer-only outcomes remain in the dialer.

  3. Start a new Meeting Set correctly

If the contact is not already Meeting Set, select Log a meeting in the Meeting section instead of choosing Meeting Set in the header. Enter the required booking date and time plus an owner with an email address, then save the meeting.

  4. Call or email the contact

Use Call for an eligible campaign or explicit follow-up scope. The page can use a selected client's active or paused campaign as a dialer shell for eligible follow-up work without enrolling the contact or restarting cadence. Use Email when the contact has an address and the selected client has an active sender account.

  5. Review activity and recordings

Use Activity filters and source-record links for calls and emails. Employee views can also show a safely matched ready CRM meeting as Recorded meeting in the timeline; choose Open recording to open its saved meeting recording. Open a saved meeting recording from the Meeting section when available.
