Overview

Manage AI video reps for the selected client workspace. Set their instructions, approve slides, web pages and PDFs, then open a Video meeting or copy its reusable link. Eligible Client Admins and internal admins or executives can manage this work. Demo accounts and impersonation are not supported. Use Email agent to manage inbox work between calls and Runs to review what it did. The CRM tab shows SalesHive’s own assigned-rep connection where available; other workspaces manage their connected apps from Agents.

How to use this page

  1. Open AI Video Reps

Select your client workspace, then open Video, AI Video Reps. Use All reps for active reps, Archived or Removed for inactive reps, and Search reps to filter names in the selected view. The table shows status, material counts and the latest saved date. Select a rep name for Test call, or Edit for Rep instructions. Add AI video rep opens a new setup. The SalesHive workspace offers its sales and investor presets; other clients use custom reps. The former AI Sales Reps and AI Presentations addresses open the same workspace.

  2. Set the rep instructions

Open Rep instructions. Complete Rep name, Main instructions, Who is the prospect? and Goal for the call. In Pre-call research, describe what to learn about each visitor's company and which questions to prepare. Leave it blank to skip research while keeping the visitor's form details. Save and approve the version before the changes apply. Expand Approved facts and boundaries to enter Facts the rep can use and Unknown or off limits. Review starter wording before approving it. Public HTTPS links pasted into Main instructions are added to Materials when supported; review the resulting list. Rep name identifies the saved setup in your library. In Video calls, SalesHive sales and investor reps appear as Buzz | SalesHive AI; custom reps appear as SalesHive AI. Calls opened from an AI Video Reps link also show SalesHive AI in the meeting header.

  3. Build your slides

Open Materials and expand Sales deck, then expand a slide. For each slide, complete Title, Visible text and approved facts, and Source for these facts. Use Questions this page answers to record buyer concerns. Optionally upload one PNG, JPEG or WebP image up to 10 MiB and complete Describe the screenshot. The presenter uses approved words and sources, not facts inferred from the picture. Use Add slide, Move up, Remove from draft or Use text only to arrange the story. Keep between 1 and 24 slides.

  4. Add web pages and PDFs

In Materials, expand Web pages and documents. Complete Page name and Page URL; use Add a page or Remove page to keep up to 12 approved destinations. Use public HTTPS links without credentials. Select Open at call start on one web page to make it the first shared page. Sales and custom reps wait for your readiness answer or an explicit request to show the presentation; an investor rep shares after its brief greeting. Selecting another page replaces that choice; clearing it returns the opening to the first saved slide. SalesHive's own sales rep using the full interactive sales deck opens that deck at Your Human Team instead. Import PDF accepts files up to 10 MB, 12 pages each and three documents. Review Document name, expand every Review page entry and check its image and Approved notes. Notes start with up to 2,000 extracted characters; add your own notes for scanned pages. Remove document removes it from the draft. Save version retains the changes.

  5. Save and approve the setup

Select Save version in Rep instructions or Materials to save a draft without changing approval. On Test call, Approve and start saves unsaved changes and approves the selected version before opening Video. Approve and get link does the same without leaving setup. Once that version is approved, the buttons read Start meeting and Get meeting link. In Rep instructions, expand Version history and approval to Review version or Revoke approval. Reviewing alone does not approve a version.

  6. Start a Video meeting with the rep

On Test call, select Approve and start or Start meeting. This opens the meeting link. On Join your call, optionally enter Company or website and select Join call to continue to the Video meeting lobby. Complete its device setup and microphone check, then select Join meeting. The approved rep starts when a participant connects and recording is ready; a human host does not have to join this AI Video Reps link. Use the normal Video microphone, camera and sharing controls. When the rep shares its screen, the enlarged view hides the meeting header, participant row and workspace. Select Show workspace in the bottom controls to restore the workspace and cameras; Maximize shared screen enlarges the share again. Remove video rep stops only the rep; use the meeting controls to leave or end the human call. Check the duration note on Test call: most rep sessions last up to 30 minutes. Eligible presets can show a 90-minute limit or no timed cutoff. On an AI Video Reps link, the rep can continue with remaining guests after the host leaves, subject to its duration limit, until stopped or the call becomes empty. Recording, access and connection checks still apply. Wait through Connecting... until the rep is ready before speaking. Expand How this call works for a reminder to review instructions and materials before inviting others, and to use Recordings after the call.

  7. Create a reusable meeting link

On Test call, select Approve and get link or Get meeting link. Under Share this meeting, select Copy link and paste it into a calendar invitation. If clipboard access fails, select the link field and copy manually. Editing or selecting an unapproved version hides the sharing box until you approve it again. Creating a link starts no call and sends no invitation. On an approved AI Video Reps link, guests enter their name and email; recognized signed-in clients and employees see their account details. Optionally enter Company or website, then select Join call. Keep the page open while Preparing your call... appears. If the approved rep has Pre-call research instructions, SalesHive looks up the official company website and prepares public company context before device setup. A work email domain can help identify the company when no website is supplied, but it does not verify employment. An ambiguous company or failed lookup does not prevent joining. With Pre-call research blank, lookup is skipped and the rep still receives the supplied form details. Each participant keeps their own context. These details are not verified affiliation or permission to send email. Guests complete device setup and join without a human host. The approved rep starts after a participant connects and recording is ready. Guests cannot open setup or recordings. An eligible signed-in host can select Remove video rep; the human call and recording continue, and refreshing does not restart the rep.

  8. Review a recorded browser call

Open a rep and select Recordings. This lists the saved browser-call reviews available in your workspace. Select Review call beside a call to open its video and Call activity. Expand an activity entry to read its details; Go to this moment seeks the video when timing is available. Previous and Next browse ten call reviews at a time. If the video is processing, select Refresh recordings, then Review call again. Select another rep tab to return to setup.

  9. Set up work between calls

Save the rep in Rep instructions, then open Email agent. Choose an Email account, set Check every (minutes), and write What should this agent do? Client workspaces require at least 240 minutes between checks; the internal SalesHive workspace allows 30 minutes. New agents start Off. Choose On when ready, then select Create email agent or Save email agent. Saving does not start a run immediately. If no inbox is available, select Add an email account, connect it, then Refresh. Email settings save separately from rep versions.

  10. Review email work and pause future checks

Open Runs to see each available run name, launch time and status. Select the name to open its project and review what the agent actually did. Use Load earlier runs when shown and Refresh for the latest results. Email agent shows Last run and Next check when available. To pause future checks, change On to Off and select Save email agent; an already-started run can finish. Refresh asks before discarding unsaved email settings.

  11. Manage the shared CRM connection where available

Save an active rep, then open CRM. For the authorized owner of SalesHive’s own sales reps, the SalesHive CRM switch shows Off or Connected. Turn it on to allow assigned-deal reads. Turn on Let Buzz update CRM records only when CRM updates are intended. Each switch saves immediately; wait for Saving CRM settings... to finish and check any error. These settings are shared across Buzz’s assigned video reps and email agent. Review the assigned deals and Recent CRM activity; an Agent run link opens the related project. If settings changed elsewhere, reload before trying again. Email sending keeps its separate settings.

  12. Return to saved work safely

Use All AI reps to return to the table. If you have unsaved rep or email-agent edits, review Leave unsaved changes? before choosing Leave changes. If another window changed the library or an operation could not be confirmed, reload the page and check saved versions and approval before trying again. Rep drafts and email-agent edits are not autosaved. Use Save version for rep content and Save email agent for email settings. CRM switches save immediately and do not use either save button.

  13. Archive, remove or restore a rep

Open the row Actions menu and select Archive or Remove, then confirm. Both disable the rep for calls while retaining recordings and history. Open Archived or Removed to find it again. Select Restore, then review and approve the restored draft before calls. Inactive reps still offer Recordings, Email agent and Runs for review. Restore the rep before editing its email agent or using call setup.

What the buttons do

All AI reps / Add AI video rep / Edit
Return to the table, create a setup, or open Rep instructions. Selecting an active rep name opens Test call. Review the unsaved-changes prompt when shown.
Test call / Rep instructions / Materials / Recordings / Email agent / Runs / CRM
Switch between call setup, rep content, call reviews, email settings, email run history and CRM connection settings. Archived or removed reps allow Recordings, Email agent and Runs for review; restore them before editing email settings or opening CRM.
Save version
Save the completed draft as a new version without changing the approved version.
Approve and start / Start meeting
Save and approve the selected setup when needed, then open the meeting link. Approved AI rep links show optional company intake. Select Join call to continue to the Video lobby, then Join meeting after the device check to participate; creating the link alone does not start the rep or recording.
Approve and get link / Get meeting link / Copy link
Save and approve when needed, then create or retrieve a reusable Video link without leaving setup. Copy link copies the approved link under Share this meeting. No invitation is sent. Edits hide this sharing box until approved again.
Version history and approval / Review version / Revoke approval
Inspect a saved version or withdraw approval. Reviewing content alone does not approve it.
Add slide / Move up / Remove from draft / Use text only
Add or reorder slides, remove a slide while keeping at least one, or remove its image from the draft. Save these edits to retain them.
Add a page / Open at call start / Remove page / Import PDF / Remove document
Manage web destinations and PDF materials. Open at call start selects one web page for the opening share; without a selection, the first saved slide opens. Review page images and notes, then save and approve your changes.
Refresh recordings / Review call / Go to this moment
Reload call reviews, open video and Call activity, or seek to an available timestamp. Previous and Next browse ten reviews at a time.
All reps / Archived / Removed / Search reps
Choose the rep status and search names within that view. All reps shows active reps, including drafts.
Actions / Archive / Remove / Restore
Open meeting setup or recordings, disable a rep with confirmation, or restore it as a draft. Archive and Remove retain saved history and recordings.
How this call works
Expand a short reminder about approved instructions and materials, inviting others and reviewing Recordings after the call.
Pre-call research
Sets the public company research and questions the rep prepares before visitors join. Research uses your approved offering. Leave blank to skip it while retaining form details. Save and approve the version to apply changes.
Email account / Check every (minutes) / What should this agent do?
Choose an available workspace inbox, set the check interval and describe the work. When Email account is editable, press Up or Down on the dropdown button to open it. If a search field appears, type to narrow the choices, then press Up or Down to move to an option. On an option, use Up or Down to move, Home or End to jump to the first or last option, and Enter or Space to choose. Escape closes the menu without changing the value and returns focus to its button. Reopening clears the search. Existing shared Buzz jobs keep their connected inbox. A job triggered by a completed video call shows Runs after a video call ends instead of an interval field.
On / Off / Create email agent / Save email agent
Create or save the email job, including its On or Off state. Turning it off stops future checks after saving, while a run already started can finish. Changed settings in another window require Refresh before retrying.
Refresh / Load earlier runs
Reload saved email settings and run history, or show earlier runs. Refresh asks before discarding unsaved email edits.
SalesHive CRM: Off / Connected
For the authorized SalesHive rep owner, turn the shared connection off or on. Saves immediately and applies to Buzz’s assigned video reps and email agent. The assigned-deal list shows eligible records; this tab does not add assignments.
Let Buzz update CRM records
Allow notes, dated tasks, next-step dates and linked-contact title or phone corrections. Saves immediately. Disabled while the connection is off or saving. Email sending uses separate settings.
Recent CRM activity
Lists recent CRM actions and settings changes with their source and time. Select Agent run when available to open the related project.

Common questions

Client workspaces share their rep library and recordings with eligible administrators of that workspace. SalesHive Testing keeps its library separate for each owner. A reusable meeting link lets participants join a Video call; it does not grant access to setup or recordings.
Save version keeps a draft without changing approval. Approve and start and Approve and get link save and approve the current setup. Once that version is approved, the buttons read Start meeting and Get meeting link. Ready means a version is approved; Unapproved changes means the latest saved version differs from it. Review the selected instructions and materials before either action. Archived or removed reps must be restored and approved before calls.
Complete the rep name, goal, audience and Main instructions. Every slide needs a title, visible text and source; uploaded slide images need descriptions. Each web page needs a name and supported URL. Imported documents need a name and one to 12 pages. You can keep up to 24 slides, 12 web pages and three PDFs per setup. The library supports up to 20 reps and 100 saved versions per rep. Archived and removed reps still count toward the library limit; restore an existing rep to reuse it.
Complete the Video lobby microphone check before joining and use Retry microphone if needed. During the meeting, follow the device error and use Reconnect microphone or Settings. Wait for recording to be ready before starting the rep. If it cannot start, read the error before retrying. If the rep says it is having trouble preparing the shared page, say Try again to retry in the same call. When it asks Can you see my screen?, confirm only once the page is visible. If the call reports that the rep disconnected, the authorized host can select Add video rep, then choose the rep to reconnect. If the previous rep is still disconnecting, wait briefly and try again. If an unusually long response is paused, the rep stays connected. Say Continue or Resume, then ask your question again if needed. You do not need to restart the meeting for this pause.
AI rep sessions in Video normally last up to 30 minutes. Check Test call for the selected setup's duration: eligible presets can have a 90-minute limit or no timed cutoff. Video meeting reps no longer stop at a fixed number of conversation turns. Access, recording and connection checks still apply. The standard voice and video allowances are three each per UTC day. An authorized internal testing workspace can have a higher cap; that does not raise other clients' limits. Separately authorized diagnostic allowances still apply where enabled. Usage is shared within the workspace, so changing hosts does not reset it; Testing libraries remain owner-specific. Call allowances are reserved before browser and voice startup, so a startup failure can still use an allowance. Read the error and saved Call activity before retrying. For ordinary AI Video Reps links and tests, only one browser rep call can run in the same library at a time. End the current rep before starting another. The public SalesHive website uses separate private rooms with a 30-minute rep limit. Use the shared meeting link to open that separate video room. The website sidebar and in-page Talk to SalesHive AI buttons open the voice guide, which does not share a screen. On Let’s talk., enter your name and email, expand Company (optional) if useful, and read the recording notice. Select Start talking, then allow microphone access. No camera or device-selection screen appears. If the microphone fails, fix the displayed problem and select Start talking again. There is no second Join meeting step. Website callers use Mute or Unmute, Chat, Audio and Leave. Audio contains microphone recovery and selection, supported speaker selection and noise cancellation. Camera, background, visitor screen-sharing, music, reaction, People, Transcript, recording and rep-management controls are hidden, and floating cameras do not open. The rep can still share its screen, with Show workspace, Maximize shared screen and Fullscreen available. Those calls have separate room admission, while usage remains shared; they do not increase a client workspace’s allowances or book a calendar meeting. On a link created from AI Video Reps, the rep and recording can continue with guests after the host leaves. Once everyone leaves, empty-call cleanup ends the occurrence; the rep does not keep the room alive. Changed approval, lost access or unavailable recording can stop it. In an ordinary meeting where a host manually adds a rep, host departure can stop that rep. Turning it off in Video does not end the human meeting or its recording.
The rep uses approved offering facts and sources, acknowledges unknowns, and distinguishes planned capabilities from released ones. Pre-call research can prepare public company context for custom client reps as well as SalesHive sales and investor reps. Set its focus in Rep instructions, then save and approve the version. Leave it blank to skip research. Public facts and suggested buyer roles or questions are preparation, not confirmed priorities, buying intent or verified employment. Confirm or correct them in the call. An ambiguous company or failed lookup still lets you join with your supplied details. Investor research focuses on the firm's publicly stated investment sectors, stages and thesis. During a web walkthrough it also reads page headings, tables, labels, links and control states. It must scroll to show offscreen content; long pages may be read in parts. This page reading does not inspect image pixels or content inside embedded frames, and it omits hidden content and editable values. Supply accurate written facts and screenshot descriptions, then check its answers during rehearsal. Page content alone does not verify business results, prices or promises. For investor materials, check each figure's reporting date and distinguish reported results from dated planning assumptions. Refer terms or newer forecasts not supplied in the approved material to the team.
Start meeting creates or retrieves a reusable Video link and opens it. Approved AI rep links show optional company intake before the device lobby. Get meeting link leaves you in setup with a link to copy. Neither sends invitations or starts recording. Join the meeting to participate; guests can also join without a human host. The approved rep starts automatically once a participant connects and recording is ready. These links belong to the selected client workspace, so completed recordings and transcripts stay with that workspace without adding completed-call activity to a sales opportunity. Recordings shows available video and activity; failed or unconfirmed entries do not prove a playable video exists.
Use an eligible Client Admin or internal admin or executive account in an accessible client workspace with Video access. AI rep calls are not included in Self-serve plans. Public HTTPS pages can be approved, but private addresses, credentials and unsupported destinations are refused. Client browser sessions do not inherit your login; secure test-account connections are not available. Browser controls cannot save records, send messages, book meetings or export data. Separately enabled SalesHive sales-call actions can save supported qualification, queue requested materials and arrange a confirmed human follow-up, as described below. Their access checks are separate from browser controls. Never paste passwords or cookies into Main instructions.
If the rep cannot start, follow the displayed error before retrying. An AI Video Reps link makes one automatic start attempt per call. Refreshing or another guest joining does not retry a failed attempt. An eligible signed-in host must join and select Add video rep, then choose the rep. After selecting Remove video rep, only the host can restart it during that call. An allowance-reached message means wait until the next UTC day. For a generic startup failure, open Recordings, select Review call and expand startup failed under Call activity. Keep the Call reference and available error details when reporting the problem. For a processing recording, select Refresh recordings and reopen Review call. A failed or unconfirmed entry does not prove a playable video exists. Do not start another call just to recover a recording.
No. Archive and Remove disable calls and clear approval while preserving saved versions, recordings and history. Restore returns the rep as a draft; review and approve it before reuse. In the SalesHive preset library, restore an existing preset instead of adding a duplicate.
SalesHive sales and investor reps introduce themselves as Buzz, your SalesHive AI representative, and appear in the call as Buzz | SalesHive AI. They use a calm male voice; custom client reps keep their existing identity and voice. In the gallery, filmstrip and focused camera view, the rep's camera-off tile shows an animated SalesHive hexagon that reacts to its speech. A muted rep does not trigger the speech animation. People keep their profile photo or fallback icon, and live camera video and shared screens remain visible. On website calls, the rep adds each completed spoken reply to the meeting transcript after playback finishes, including its opening before screen sharing. If you interrupt, the transcript can retain the corrected portion of the reply before the interruption when that correction is available. The unspoken remainder is not added. Prepared or failed replies are not recorded as completed speech. A SalesHive sales rep uses your supplied name when you are the only listener and keeps form details separate from what you say in the call. It should confirm one tentative business fact from public company information without thanking you for research or claiming you supplied it. If asked how it knows, it should identify public company information when that is the source. It confirms what your company does and which companies and buyer roles you want to reach. Each participant’s context stays separate; research and form details do not verify affiliation. Research can suggest target accounts, buyer roles, relevant examples and discovery questions; confirm or correct these suggestions because they are not established priorities or buying intent. Participant context updates when people join or leave, without restarting the presentation or automatically switching the company being discussed. If only a company name or domain is available, it asks about your offering or goals. If no company is established, it simply asks what your company does, without an explanation about missing research. Your answers take priority. To begin immediately, explicitly ask the rep to share its screen or show the presentation. The SalesHive sales rep can skip unfinished discovery for that request without treating unanswered questions as confirmed. It starts its own screen share. In ordinary meetings, your share control shares your screen; website callers have no screen-sharing control. A pricing question or a general question about whether sharing is possible does not skip discovery. Sales and custom reps otherwise wait for your readiness answer; silence or another participant joining is not permission. Confirm when the shared page is visible. If sharing is interrupted, ask a question or say "Are you there?" to keep talking. If the page is visible afterward, say so to continue the presentation. If it is not visible, explicitly ask to try sharing again. Once you confirm visibility, the rep begins the first substantive section. With SalesHive's full interactive sales deck, it opens on Your Human Team and follows this order: Deliverability, Onboarding, Working Together, a brief Example Playbook demonstration, US Pricing, then PH Pricing. The sample opens at its table of contents; the rep shows its structure and a relevant targeting or messaging example, then returns to pricing. Sample details are illustrative, not current prices, terms or promised results. If the sample cannot load, the rep should say so and continue to pricing. Other deck sections remain available for questions. Ask to get started, see a proposal or meet a person whenever you are ready. The SalesHive sales rep should handle that request immediately, without requiring the remaining slides, sample Playbook or prices already discussed. Otherwise, after both pricing sections it recaps the fit and offers a next step. Your goals shape examples within this order. Investor and custom presentations keep their own order. It should use natural contractions, varied short phrases and brief pauses, with occasional acknowledgments or clarifications that fit what you said. Answers stay concise, without repeated openers, fake laughter or filler sounds. In a website sales call, say when you are testing the voice, response speed or a capability. The rep should answer that test directly without treating it as buying intent or requiring a sales discovery interview. It still confirms recipients, dates, times, timezones, hosts and booking consent when needed. An investor rep greets you and shares the deck immediately. Confirm that you can see it to begin the ordered pitch, without an agenda or discovery interview. Public firm research can tailor examples; missing research does not stop the pitch. Between sections, it continues after the four-second pause without repeated invitations to go deeper. It should avoid re-explaining points already answered. If it repeats itself, say so to move to an uncovered point. The closing can invite questions once. Ask it to wait or pause whenever needed. Ask questions at any time. The rep should answer directly from approved facts. A brief answer can stay on the current slide; a longer explanation about the team, onboarding, pricing or a case study should show the matching material. If fuller detail belongs later, it should return to your question at that section. To jump ahead, ask to see the section. The rep should use its Contents entry when available and check the displayed slide before explaining it. In an AI-shared SalesHive-style deck, the top-right deck toolbar is hidden, including Previous, Next, the slide counter, deck Fullscreen, theme and Book a call when present. Ask the rep to change sections through Contents. Use the call's own Fullscreen control for your view. Opening the deck directly keeps its normal toolbar. It navigates without spoken commentary, then answers directly. After the detour, it should return to the unfinished point unless you ask to keep exploring or finish. When speaking with SalesHive's own sales rep, ask how SalesHive compares with an internal SDR or a pay-per-meeting service. It should give one or two relevant strengths from approved material and explain their value for your situation, without guessing competitor terms or your current SDR's performance. If you ask again, it should add a supported reason or acknowledge the evidence gap. Ask for stronger evidence or a case study relevant to your industry, offering or buyers. The rep should search the published, anonymous Proof by Industry library and read a matching case before citing its work, results and relevance. Client identities stay private; related experience is not an exact match, and historical results are not a promise. It should explain material limitations when relevant without repeating a disclaimer you already understand. A failed lookup does not establish that no relevant case exists. For pre-launch billing questions, SalesHive's own sales rep should answer directly: you owe $0, with no deposit or payment until you approve everything for launch. Signing the proposal or completing onboarding does not create a payment obligation before that approval. If you decide not to proceed before approving launch, you owe no onboarding or cancellation fee. This does not waive obligations after launch approval or promise refunds of approved payments; those situations follow the approved proposal terms. On website sales calls, speak naturally to ask a question or interrupt. The rep stops the remaining reply when it recognizes an interruption. When the rep finishes the presentation, it plays the full closing reply before going quiet. Ask another question to continue. Asking it to pause stops playback immediately, including during the closing reply. Blank or punctuation-only input, such as "...", does not count as your answer, confirm screen visibility or resume a pause. Give a clear spoken reply when ready. After an explanation, it can continue to the next unfinished section after showing the matching material. On website sales calls and the internal conversation test, if you have not answered the opening, the rep gives its greeting and at most one follow-up, then waits quietly. Unmute if needed and give a clear spoken reply to continue. Silence does not restart the introduction. Later questions that need your answer can get one rephrase and a brief hearing check before the rep waits. Silence is not agreement. Website conversations do not use a fixed four-second follow-up timer or a waiting tone. Investor and other ordinary presentation calls keep their existing four-second follow-up pause. If your meaning is unclear, the rep should ask briefly what you meant.
You can email SalesHive sales and investor reps at buzz@saleshive.com. Buzz gives the address only when asked and should not append email invitations to answers, slide transitions or closing remarks. If you ask it to stop mentioning email, it should honor that unless you ask for the address again. Ask directly for requested materials or next steps; you do not need to email Buzz first. This does not promise an immediate reply. Custom client reps do not use this address. When sales follow-up is enabled, eligible website conversations and hosted SalesHive sales calls can save qualification notes supported by the conversation and queue an explicitly requested email. Confirm what you want and the permitted recipient address. Website follow-up uses the email address saved when you join and linked to the captured CRM deal. For signed-in visitors, this is the account email; signed-out visitors use the address entered on the call form. Hosted calls use registered attendees linked to that deal. These abilities are unavailable on ordinary client or investor reps. Buzz checks that follow-up schedules and the sending mailbox are active before accepting the request. If follow-up is paused or unavailable, it cannot promise an email. Wait for confirmation that your request was queued. A queued email has not been sent; delivery still requires completed-call review and current sending checks. On an eligible SalesHive website call, say an explicit request such as "Stop emailing me" to stop outreach to your registered address. Wait for Buzz to confirm that the stop was recorded. This records SalesHive email suppression, cancels pending AI follow-up requests and prevents new email or scheduling through this call follow-up flow. Email already being sent cannot be recalled. It does not change phone lists or other systems. Asking Buzz to pause speaking or stop mentioning its email address does not unsubscribe you. On an eligible hosted SalesHive sales call, ask Buzz to share the Deal Room link and open Chat after it confirms sharing. On a website call, Buzz cannot show or post the private Deal Room link. If email follow-up is available, explicitly ask to have the Deal Room emailed after the call and confirm the permitted recipient address. Agreeing to see a link does not authorize an email. If email is unavailable, Buzz cannot offer or promise delivery. An expired or disabled room needs staff review. Requested collateral can move an eligible deal to Proposal Sent only after a confirmed email send. For new requests, recording or transcript updates alone do not block the move. A changed stage is left for review, and a later Sales stage is not moved backward. Review a blocked stage update without resending the email. To arrange a human conversation, give your time zone and ask for today, tomorrow, a specific date or the next available opening. You can request a window such as tomorrow from 2 to 4 p.m. Eastern. Dates and windows use your time zone, and the full 30-minute appointment must fit. Next available searches up to 14 days within the host booking window. No results means only the searched dates and requested window were checked. Buzz-owned website leads use the designated human sales host. Choose an offered time. If Buzz does not know your name, give the name you want on the invitation. It should ask rather than guess from your email. Providing your name does not book a meeting or send an invitation. Review the full confirmation request in Chat, listen to the named host, date, time, time zone and recipient, then give a new clear confirmation. The request itself does not book the meeting. A brief "OK", "correct" or "that's right" does not authorize a new booking. If asked to clarify, listen to the full confirmation again and say explicitly that you want the meeting booked, for example, "Yes, please book it." That clarification has not attempted a booking or invitation. Wait for a confirmed booking result. An unconfirmed request is not a booking, and a confirmed calendar event does not prove inbox delivery. Website sales calls use real availability and permitted actions; only the separate internal conversation test simulates bookings. If the assigned host has no active booking calendar, the rep should explain that scheduling is unavailable for this call. No availability was checked and nothing was booked. It should not guess times, switch hosts or offer an unverified booking link. You can request email follow-up if that option is available; confirm the recipient and wait for a queued confirmation. If another action fails or cannot be confirmed, the rep should not claim success or retry it automatically. The separate CRM connection in AI Video Reps > CRM controls assigned-deal reads and its permitted record updates. Let Buzz update CRM records permits factual notes, dated tasks, next-step dates and linked-contact title or phone corrections where allowed; shared contacts stay protected. That switch alone does not authorize email, bookings or stage changes. Eligible call follow-up has its own checks. Internal CRM context stays private; ownership and commercial terms cannot be changed.
No. New email agents review the selected inbox and available recent call evidence, then prepare drafts. Automatic sending is off. The call context is limited and can be incomplete, so inspect the run before relying on its conclusions. Saving settings or seeing a completed run does not prove an email was sent.
The displayed jobs already serve multiple video reps. Editing their instructions, interval or On/Off state affects every rep named by the shared notice; run history can cover more than the selected rep. Their inbox is fixed. Existing requested after-call email keeps its current permissions, while proactive follow-ups remain drafts. Review each job before saving.
This built-in SalesHive CRM connection is limited to the authorized owner of SalesHive’s own assigned sales reps. It does not connect ordinary client reps to SalesHive’s internal sales pipeline. Save a new rep first and restore an inactive rep before opening CRM. Other workspaces see a message directing them to Connectors on the Agents page for their own connected apps.
