02 / The meeting path

Move through the conversation in order.

01

Intro call

The first public booking link a prospect ever sees.

A prospect books an intro call from a public, token-gated link. No login, no account, no friction. The room opens with this stage unlocked and the rest of the sequence visible but waiting, so the path forward is clear from minute one.

02

Demo

Unlocks only after the intro is on the calendar.

Once the intro is booked, the next stage opens. The booking sequence is strictly ordered, so a prospect cannot skip ahead to a kickoff before the demo is done. Each stage becomes bookable the moment the one before it is complete.

03

Kickoff

The handoff from sales to delivery, in the same room.

When the demo lands, the kickoff opens. The same shared room that carried the deal now carries the start of the work, so nothing gets re-explained and no context is lost in a handoff between teams.

04

Playbook review

Walk through the plan together, with the plan right there.

The playbook review stage pairs a scheduled call with inline, client-visible playbook sections rendered in the room itself. The prospect reads the plan in the same place they book the call to discuss it.

05

Pre-launch

The final check before everything goes live.

The last stage in the sequence confirms everyone is aligned before launch. By the time it unlocks, the agreement is signed, the resources are shared, and the playbook is reviewed, all from one link.

03 / Behind the link

A room connected to the deal.

01

Sequential public booking

Intro call, demo, kickoff, playbook review, pre-launch. One stage at a time, in order, so prospects never skip ahead and never book the wrong meeting.

02

Token-gated room

A public link opens a private space with no login and no account. Progress, resources, the playbook, and the agreement, all behind one token.

03

E-signature with PDF

Sign the agreement in the room. A PDF is generated automatically and stored with the deal.

04

Auto-advance to Won

The moment the agreement is signed, the deal advances to Won in the pipeline. No manual stage change.

05

Inline playbook sections

Client-visible playbook sections render right in the room when visibility gates pass, so the plan lives where the deal lives.

06

Custom pipeline stages

A platform-side sales pipeline, separate from the SalesHive internal CRM, with stages you define for how your team actually sells.

Questions, answered

Your questions, answered.

01

What is a deal room, and how does a prospect open it?

A deal room is a single shared, client-facing space for one deal. The prospect opens it from a public, token-gated link, with no login or account required. Inside, they see the progress tracker, the resources you have shared as links or uploads, the playbook sections you have made visible, and the agreement, all in one place.

02

Can deal rooms replace our scheduling, proposal, and e-signature tools?

Yes, that is the point. Sequential meeting booking is built into the room, so you do not need a separate scheduling link. Resources, uploads, and client-visible playbook sections cover what a proposal portal does. And e-signature with automatic PDF generation is part of the agreement itself. All of it ships with the SalesHive platform on one bill.

03

How does sequential booking work?

The booking sequence is strictly ordered: intro call, then demo, then kickoff, then playbook review, then pre-launch. Each stage becomes bookable only after the one before it is complete, so a prospect always books the right next step and never skips ahead.

04

What happens when the agreement is signed?

The room includes e-signature. When the prospect signs the agreement, a PDF is generated automatically and the deal advances to Won in the pipeline. There is no separate step to mark the deal closed, signing is what moves it.

05

Is the deal-room pipeline the same as the SalesHive CRM?

No. Deal rooms run on a platform-side sales pipeline that is separate from the SalesHive internal CRM. It has its own custom stages you define, so your team can track and close deals the way they actually sell, and pipeline analytics report on it directly.

06

Who books the meetings that start a deal room?

Either your team or ours. Our managed SDR programs combine human cold calling with agent-supported email outreach, helping turn interested prospects into booked meetings.
