Overview

Inbound is the selected client's deal-scoped hub for website performance, SEO, advertising, OpenAI Ads measurement, published content, and receptionist coverage. It also shows which analytics and ad sources are connected.

How to use this page

  1. Select the client and date range

Use the Client Switcher to choose a client, then choose 7 days, 28 days, or 90 days. The selected range applies to the analytics, search, advertising, and receptionist figures shown on the page.

  2. Check connections and site status

Review the GA4, Search Console, Google Ads, and OpenAI Ads status pills. The site card shows the hosted site's LIVE, DRAFT, or NO HOSTED SITE state, its public URL when available, and either View live site or Connect sources.

  3. Review website traffic

Use the Sessions, Users, Page views, and Conversions stats, then review Daily sessions and conversions and the Channel mix. If GA4 is not connected, the page shows n/a or an empty panel with an Open Settings link.

  4. Review organic search

Use the SEO performance band for organic clicks, impressions, CTR, and average position. The Queries table shows terms winning clicks, and Landing pages shows pages attracting traffic. Select Manage page SEO to edit site metadata.

  5. Review paid media and measurement

The Google Ads panel shows campaign impressions, clicks, spend, conversions, and CTR when an account is connected. The OpenAI Ads panel shows the connected measurement pixel, but OpenAI Ads does not provide campaign reporting through this hub.

  6. Check content and receptionist coverage

Published site assets counts pages, blog posts, and glossary terms, including how many are published. Inbound call coverage shows receptionist status, phone number, and call counts when configured. Select Open beside the receptionist panel for its settings.

  7. Open an inbound workflow

Use the bottom tool links to open Blog, Glossary, SEO, Social, Receptionist, or Settings. Settings is where staff connect analytics, advertising, SEO research, OpenAI Ads measurement, and the public website URL.
