Overview
Use your shared SalesHive meeting link to join in the browser or, when Join by phone is shown, by phone for audio only. Regular meetings can offer phone access, including client workspace calls. Dedicated AI rep meeting links use the browser.
How to use this page
Open your meeting link
Open the link supplied by your host. On Join your call, enter Your name and Your email if asked, then select Join call to continue to device setup. Signed-in participants may continue with their account. Some AI rep calls offer an optional Company name or website field. On the SalesHive marketing website, select Talk to SalesHive in the permanent sidebar or an in-page Talk to SalesHive AI button. On phones, the voice controls sit at the bottom of the screen and move above the keyboard. Enter your email, select Let’s talk and allow your microphone. Your enquiry is saved when you submit the email. If voice cannot start, follow the message: allow blocked microphone access in your browser, connect a missing microphone, or close other apps using an unavailable microphone and try again. For an unsupported browser, try another browser. You can also use Book a call with our team. During your first successfully connected conversation, the sidebar shows "This conversation is recorded" and remembers that notice in this browser. A failed connection does not count. Calls are recorded and conversations are saved for the team. Keep browsing while you talk. Ask the website voice guide to lead a walkthrough of the public pages or features you want to explore. On product pages, it can also use the published feature explanations and FAQs inside expandable sections while they are closed, without opening them on your screen. It should show relevant sections and explain them briefly, moving through your request without asking permission after every item. Interrupt to ask a question, change direction or stop. A walkthrough request does not authorize booking or email follow-up. Ask it to open the public Client Agreement Terms page at /terms when you want to review it. Wait for the page to open; private Deal Rooms and signed contracts cannot be opened through this navigation. Use Mute microphone or Unmute microphone and End conversation; Cancel appears while connecting. Continue starts another session using details and recent conversations remembered in this browser. Sessions last up to five minutes and can end sooner after silence. The guide is instructed to make at most two brief check-ins without a reply, with an automatic cutoff after about 30 seconds without visitor speech. If you are filling out a form or choosing a calendar time, tell it so. It should acknowledge briefly, then stay quiet until you ask for help or say you are ready; a short “sure” does not mean you have finished. An inactive call can still end automatically. While stopped, select Change beside your email to use a different address. Privacy and Client login are in the footer. There is no transcript viewer or screen sharing in the sidebar. Book a call with our team is available on the email-entry screen before you submit an email or allow your microphone, and remains available after voice startup fails. It opens the calendar in a new tab, where you choose and confirm a time yourself; the voice guide cannot verify completion in that tab. Opening the calendar alone does not book a meeting. Entering an email alone does not book a meeting or authorize an email follow-up. The website voice guide reuses an earlier company lookup in the same conversation instead of searching again. If a name lookup fails, a website you supply can be checked as a second distinct lookup; further automatic lookups stop. If research is interrupted or unavailable, the guide should acknowledge it once and continue from details you already shared, without asking you to repeat them. A failed lookup does not prove your website is down or that public pages are inaccessible. You can still discuss fit or ask to book a call without completed research. Opening the website call link in a new tab with Ctrl-click or Command-click, or using a call button outside the marketing layout, keeps the separate private-call flow. That tab opens the microphone-only form titled Let’s talk., with an animated hexagon above it. If the call cannot open, read the error and select Try again. If a countdown appears, wait until the button becomes available; it does not retry automatically. If you are signed out, Your name receives focus when the form opens. Enter your name and email, or review the details suggested by your browser’s autofill. Signed-in details are read-only. Website calls use your account name and email when you join; that email is the recipient for any permitted follow-up you request. Expand Company (optional) to enter a company name or website; your browser may also suggest a saved company.
Wait for your host
If the page says Checking for your host, keep it open. It checks again automatically. If you are the host, use the sign-in link to start the meeting with your account. Approved AI Video Reps links can admit guests without a human host. The website call entry screen has no Host sign in link.
Check devices and join in the browser
On the Let’s talk. website call screen, read the recording and transcription notice, select Start talking after entering a valid name and email, then allow microphone access. There is no camera preview, device selector or second join screen. If access is blocked, allow the microphone in your browser and select Start talking again. If the microphone cannot start, check that it is connected and available before retrying. Keep the page open while the call connects. If SalesHive cannot prepare the call, follow the error before retrying. An expired link or a private call already in use by another person requires a new call from the website. For other meeting links, use the green room to choose your Microphone, Speaker and Camera. Allow microphone access and use Retry microphone if a check fails. Read the recording and transcription notice, then select Join meeting when the checks pass. Cancel leaves setup. Turn camera on previews video; Turn camera off joins without it. If the camera fails, follow the instructions and select Retry camera. You can join without video once the microphone check passes, then select Start video during the call.
Join by phone when available
Find Join by phone on the shared link or its device-check screen. Dial the displayed US number. Listen to the recording and transcription notice, then enter the 12-digit PIN if you agree; otherwise hang up. The host must connect before phone audio joins. Phone calls are audio only and limited to one hour.
Rejoin after leaving or disconnecting
Select Rejoin the call when offered. It is not offered after the host ends the call or removes you. Follow the displayed message or contact your host if you cannot join.
Recover your camera during the call
On ordinary meeting links, if camera access fails, the Camera help panel stays open while you use the call. Open Where to allow camera access for browser instructions, allow camera access in your browser and device privacy settings, then select Retry camera. For a busy camera, close other apps or tabs using it and check its privacy switch. For a missing or unavailable camera, connect one or choose Default camera or another camera in Settings. Select Continue without video to dismiss the help and stay in the call. If your browser requires a reload, rejoin with the same meeting link; reloading temporarily leaves the call.
View a shared screen
A remote share opens enlarged above the call controls. The meeting header, participant row and workspace are hidden. Select Show workspace in the bottom controls to restore cameras and the workspace, or Maximize shared screen to enlarge the share again. Recording status and Fullscreen remain available in the bottom controls while the share is enlarged. This changes only your view. In an AI-shared SalesHive-style deck, the top-right deck toolbar is hidden. Ask the rep to move to another section through Contents. Use the call's Fullscreen control for your view; opening the deck directly keeps its normal toolbar. The AI rep asks you to confirm when its shared page is visible. On website sales calls and the internal conversation test, give a clear spoken reply. Blank or punctuation-only input such as "..." does not confirm visibility or resume a paused rep. If sharing is interrupted, ask a question or say "Are you there?" to keep talking. If you can see the page afterward, say so to continue without requesting another share. If you cannot see it, explicitly ask to try sharing again. After confirmation, the rep begins the first substantive section. SalesHive's own sales rep using the full interactive sales deck opens on Your Human Team, then covers Deliverability, Onboarding, Working Together, a brief sample playbook, US Pricing and PH Pricing. Ask to see another section when useful; the rep then returns to the unfinished point. On live website sales calls, the rep describes managed calling by trained people, supported by a strategist, coaching, research and SalesHive technology. Email is a secondary, agent-supported channel where included in the selected package; a dedicated human email responder is not part of the described team.
Use website call audio controls
On a website call, use Mute or Unmute, Chat, Audio and Leave. Open Audio to check the microphone level, select a microphone, use Restart microphone, choose a speaker on supported browsers or change Noise cancellation. The control can read Mic issue when a problem needs attention. You can watch the rep’s shared screen, but website calls have no camera, background, visitor screen-sharing, music, reaction, People, Transcript, recording or rep-management controls. Floating camera windows do not open. If you have not answered the opening, the rep gives its greeting and at most one follow-up, then waits quietly. Unmute if needed and give a clear spoken reply to continue. Silence does not restart the introduction. When the rep finishes the presentation, it plays the full closing reply before going quiet. Ask another question to continue. Asking it to pause stops playback immediately, including during the closing reply.
Agree on a next step with the website rep
In the website voice guide or a separate live website sales call, ask for available follow-up times or a permitted email follow-up. These actions depend on current availability and use your confirmed registered email. When you have explained your need and say you are ready to start now or soon, the website voice guide should check available follow-up options and offer scheduling help without requiring account counts, list ownership or outreach volume first. Saying you are ready does not authorize a booking or email. Booking a sales call does not grant workspace access. The website voice guide cannot create or activate a workspace; use the call to discuss access, without assuming it will be provided during the call. If the access process is unclear, ask for verification through the confirmed email follow-up described below. If you decline or want an answer first, it should answer without repeating the booking offer. For booking, state your timezone and preferred day or time window, then choose an offered time. The website voice guide should clarify an unclear date and check your preference before offering the next available opening. If the rep does not know your name, give the name you want on the invitation. It should ask rather than guess from your email. Providing your name does not book a meeting or send an invitation. Listen to the full host, date, time, timezone and recipient readback, then give a new clear confirmation. A brief "OK", "correct" or "that's right" does not authorize a new booking. If asked to clarify, listen to the full confirmation again and say explicitly that you want the meeting booked, for example, "Yes, please book it." That clarification has not attempted a booking or invitation. A fresh, unqualified Spanish reply such as "Sí", "Confirmo" or "Es correcto" is also accepted after that readback. A question, condition, correction or earlier reply does not confirm the booking. Choosing a time alone does not book it. If scheduling is unavailable or the result is uncertain, do not assume a meeting was created or repeat the request until the outcome is checked. For the private Deal Room link, explicitly ask for an email after the call and confirm your registered recipient address. The rep cannot show or post the private link in a website call. Agreeing to see a link does not authorize an email. If email follow-up is unavailable, the rep cannot offer or promise it. For campaign advice, confirm whom you want to reach. The website voice guide should explain partner or referral outreach versus direct prospecting without unsupported performance claims. Suggested tests are advice, not proven results. Starter and Growth each include one dedicated SDR; Crush includes two. Sharing an SDR across campaigns does not by itself require extra callers. Your meeting target is a goal, not a forecast or staffing calculation. For language requirements, US-based and offshore describe SDR location, not spoken languages. The website voice guide speaking your language does not confirm that an SDR or meeting host speaks it. Ask for verification; without an explicit source, coverage remains unconfirmed. Saving a language preference does not confirm coverage or add an attendee. Ask about onboarding: you meet your SDRs and strategist, review the playbook and approve messaging before outreach starts. The guide should not assign those introductions to a specific onboarding call without evidence. Your strategist agrees target buyers and qualification criteria with you before outreach; there is no universal budget rule. A booked appointment alone does not prove attendance, qualification or a sales opportunity. For managed-service pricing, the website voice guide should explain the flat monthly fee without inventing a dollar range, substituting platform-only prices or promising a quote that fits your budget. If you ask again, it should keep the answer brief and avoid repeating email or booking offers unless you request that next step. For an answer the website voice guide cannot confirm, it can offer internal review and email follow-up once. Agree to the specific request at your registered email, then wait for confirmation that it is queued. You do not need to repeat that agreement if you ask another question in the same conversation. The guide should queue the agreed request and answer the new question. A saved conversation alone does not queue email. Queued does not mean reviewed or sent, and no response deadline is promised. If follow-up fails or is unavailable, the guide should say it was not arranged. Your agreement covers only that request, not extra emails or a booking. Internal sales test calls simulate booking and send no invitation or email.
