Blacklist

Suppress specific emails and domains so a client's outreach never sends to them.

Suppress specific emails and domains so a client's outreach never sends to them.

Overview

Blacklist Management keeps a suppression list for the selected client so outreach never goes to certain addresses or domains. Add the emails and domains to exclude, and the platform skips them when sending.

How to use this page

  1. 1
    Select the client

Pick the client in the top-right switcher to manage their blacklist.

  2. 2
    Choose what to block

Switch between the email and domain views depending on whether you are suppressing a specific address or an entire domain.

  3. 3
    Add entries

Add the addresses or domains to suppress. They are excluded from this client's outreach going forward.

Common questions

What is the difference from the global blacklist?

This list is scoped to the selected client. The admin global blacklist suppresses addresses and domains across every client.

Does blacklisting remove the contact?

It suppresses sending to that address or domain. It does not delete the contact record.
