Overview

Custom Fields lets you define extra data fields for the selected client's contacts. These fields appear on contact detail pages, imports, and exports, so keep names clear for imports and SDR handoffs.

How to use this page

    Select the client

    Pick the client in the top-right switcher to manage their custom fields.

  2. 2
    Add a field

    Enter a Field Name and choose a Field Type. For choice-style fields, list the Options as comma-separated values.

  3. 3
    Use clear names

    Name fields clearly so they map cleanly on import and are obvious to SDRs during handoffs.

What the buttons do

Field Name
The label for the custom field.
Field Type
The kind of data the field holds.
Options
Comma-separated choices for selection-type fields.

Common questions

Where do custom fields show up?

On contact detail pages, and in contact imports and exports for this client.

When do I need Options?

Only for selection-type fields, where Options defines the allowed values.
