Overview
Calling Scripts is the selected client's reusable library for generating, writing, importing, reviewing, and applying cold-call talk tracks. You can mark one saved version as the client default so new campaigns inherit it. Existing campaigns keep their own copy until you turn Use default Calling Script on for that campaign. The Operational workflow panel guides the work from client context through review. Employees can also refresh the current Playbook script snapshot without changing other saved scripts or campaign settings.
How to use this page
Select the client and open the library
Choose the client in the switcher. If a current Playbook snapshot exists, it opens by default and is labeled Current Playbook. A Default badge appears on the saved version that is currently the client default.
Refresh the current Playbook copy when needed
Employees with the Playbook refresh control can select Refresh Playbook copy when Playbook sections are available. Confirm the prompt to replace the current Playbook script snapshot with the latest wording. Other saved scripts and campaign settings stay unchanged.
Follow the operational workflow
Use the panel to confirm the client Playmaker and selected style, generate or edit a structured conversation, review it, and publish the selected saved version only when ready. Select a stage to read its detail. Use Previous and Next to move one stage at a time. Play advances automatically, selecting a stage stops playback, and arrow keys, Home, and End work while a stage is focused.
Choose or create a script
Use New Script to create from Playbook, write manually, generate with Playmaker, import from CSV, or import from PDF or Google Doc. Imported files are reviewed as drafts before they are used.
Set a client default Calling Script
Open the saved version you want other campaigns to follow and choose Set as default. The button becomes Default on, and the sidebar marks that version Default. New campaigns inherit this script. Existing campaigns stay on their own copy until you open the campaign Calling Script tab and turn Use default Calling Script on. Choose Default on again to clear the client default. Campaigns already following it stay on until you turn the default off there.
Review and apply a version
Edit blocks, notes, and ordering in the selected version. Use Apply to Campaign only when you intentionally want to copy this version onto a campaign. Opening, starring, or setting a default does not apply the script by itself. Applying a script to a campaign turns that campaign's inherit switch off so it keeps its own copy.
Export or reuse content
Use version actions to export to Google Docs, duplicate or reuse content, and reuse objection blocks while preserving other campaign sections. Review the final saved version before applying it.
What the buttons do
- Refresh Playbook copy
- Employee-only control that, after confirmation, refreshes the current Playbook script snapshot with the latest Playbook wording. Other saved scripts and campaign settings stay unchanged.
- Operational workflow
- An interactive four-stage workflow explorer. Select a stage to read its detail, use Previous and Next to move one stage at a time, or Play and Pause the sequence. Manual stage selection stops playback, and the counter shows your current stage. It does not take an action on its own.
- New Script
- Opens the Playbook, manual, AI, CSV import, and PDF or Google Doc import paths.
- Create from Playbook
- Copies this client's Playbook sections into a new draft.
- Write manually
- Names a blank draft and opens the rich-text script block editor.
- Generate with Playmaker AI
- Generates a script from the selected client's Playmaker with AI.
- Import from CSV
- Uploads a CSV and maps each column to a script section before saving a draft.
- Import from PDF or Google Doc
- Uploads an existing script or accepts a Google Doc link, then uses AI to break it into sections for review.
- Set as default / Default on
- Marks the open saved version as the client default, or clears that default. New campaigns inherit the default. Existing campaigns keep their own copy until Use default Calling Script is turned on there.
- Apply to Campaign
- Applies the reviewed open script version to a selected campaign as that campaign's own copy and turns inherit off.
- Reuse objections
- Reuses objection blocks from the selected script without applying the full script.
