Overview

Email Cadences creates, reviews, and applies reusable Post-Call and Auto-Cadence email campaigns for the selected client. Current Playbook Post-Call and Auto-Cadence snapshots stay together, older Playbook revisions remain in Revision history, and ordinary saved campaigns stay separate. Employees with campaign creation access can grab the latest Playbook copy without changing other saved campaigns or campaign sending settings. The email body editor uses the full toolbar, including font, size, color, and capitalization.

How to use this page

  1. Pick the client and start a campaign

Choose a client in the header, then select New Campaign to open the creation choices. The page is scoped to the selected client and shows that client's saved email campaigns.

  2. Refresh the current Playbook copy when needed

Employees with campaign creation access can select Grab latest Playbook copy when a Playbook campaign exists. Confirm the prompt to replace the current Playbook email snapshots with the latest Playbook wording. Other saved campaigns and sending settings stay unchanged.

  3. Follow the operational workflow

Use the four-stage Operational workflow panel to orient yourself: confirm the selected Playmaker and campaign settings, create an editable cadence or manual draft, review each step, then apply enabled variants to a campaign.

  4. Choose how to create the campaign

From New Campaign, choose Write manually for a blank draft or Generate with Playmaker AI to create copy from the selected client's Playmaker. AI generation stays unavailable until Playmaker is ready.

  5. Configure and create the sequence

For a manual draft, enter a campaign name, choose Post-Call or Auto-Cadence, set 1 to 10 email steps, and choose Variant A only or Variants A and B. For Playmaker generation, choose the section and variant mode, then create the draft.

  6. Review saved campaigns and Playbook history

Use Saved Email Campaigns to select a version. The Playbook campaign groups current Post-Call and Auto-Cadence snapshots and labels them Current copy. Expand Revision history to review retained Playbook revisions.

  7. Edit and review each email

Open an email step to edit its subject or rich-text body. The full toolbar includes Font, Size, color swatches, and an Aa capitalization menu for selected text. Authored font, size, and color stay in the saved copy and later campaign previews. Changes autosave shortly after you pause, and Save commits the current edit immediately. Use Variant A and Variant B tabs when both variants are enabled.

  8. Change the number of steps in a manual campaign

Open a saved manual campaign and use Add email step to append a step, up to 10 total. Use Remove on a step to remove every variant and its copy; later steps are renumbered. These controls do not change a live campaign until you apply the copy.

  9. Set the saved campaign section

In the selected version, choose Campaign Section as Post-Call or Auto-Cadence and select Save section. This saved destination controls where future Apply actions write the copy.

  10. Apply the templates to a campaign

Use Apply to Post-Call or Apply to Auto-Cadence after review. The action follows the saved Campaign Section, opens the target campaign picker, and replaces only that section's existing templates in the chosen campaign.
