Overview

Deliverability shows sending health for the selected client, including date-range trends, recipient-provider performance, mailbox health, domain authentication, and available inbox placement results. Employees may also see the client's send plan card and staff-only placement controls. Fleet-wide triage lives in CRM Operations > Deliverability.

How to use this page

  1. Select the client

Employees choose a client from the Client Switcher before opening this page. Client users see only their own account.

  2. Choose a date range

Use 7d, 30d, 90d, or custom From and To dates. The dashboard reloads its sending, engagement, bounce, and unsubscribe signals for that range.

  3. Filter by sending domain

When domains are available, choose one to narrow sending and warmup activity. Use All Domains for complete client totals. Bounce and unsubscribe records may be unavailable for a single-domain view because those records do not store the sending mailbox.

  4. Review the health summary

Read Emails sent, Hard bounce rate, Observed open rate, Unsubscribe rate, Warmup spam placement, and Mailboxes. Open rates are directional and are not an inbox-placement score. The 3% bounce line marks the intervention threshold.

  5. Inspect trends and authentication

Use the charts for daily volume, delivery failures and opt-outs, observed engagement, and bounce trend. Review SPF, DMARC, DKIM, domain setup, provider results, and mailbox rows before deciding what needs attention.

  6. Review the client send plan

Employees may see a Client send plan card with the weekly goal, 7-day pace, Safe cap per week, Protected per day, and Pace versus goal or Safe cap versus goal. Safe capacity is based on active mailboxes linked to a running cadence across five weekdays.

  7. Run an inbox placement test

Employees can choose an eligible test mailbox and run a tagged Google and Microsoft placement test. The result reports Primary, tab, Spam, or Not delivered. Clients can review available results but cannot start the test.

Common questions

Only the selected client. Client users cannot request another client's view.
No. Clients can review available results, while the employee-only control sends tagged probes.
It is the configured weekly maximum for active mailboxes linked to a running cadence, based on five sending weekdays. It is separate from the actual 7-day pace.
It is capacity currently held back by deliverability protection or recovery actions. A protected mailbox is not automatically restored just because a weekly goal exists.
Those records do not store the sending mailbox, so the domain-filtered view cannot attribute them safely. All Domains retains the complete totals.
This page is scoped to one selected client. Fleet Deliverability is an employee-only CRM Operations workspace with Client overview, Health details, and Protection activity tabs for current clients.
