Overview

Case Studies creates an editable customer story for the client selected in the page's Client picker, using that client's approved Playmaker positioning. A How it works row at the top lists the four steps: start with approved context, generate a structured draft, edit and save each version, then share only the reviewed case study.

How to use this page

  1. Choose the client for this case study

Use the Client picker at the top of the page to choose the client whose case studies you want to view or create. The page refreshes for that client, so you can move between available client workspaces without leaving the tool.

  2. Read How it works

The How it works row at the top names the four steps: approved Playmaker value proposition; generate a structured draft from configured sections; edit, preview, and save each version; share the reviewed case study. It is a plain reminder, not a control.

  3. Generate a case study

Click New Case Study, choose layout and theme, add instructions if needed, then generate a draft. The selected client's Playmaker value proposition must be complete first.

  4. Review each section

Edit the challenge, solution, results, testimonial, and next steps. Verify every metric, quote, and customer claim before external use.

  5. Share a reviewed version

Preview or export the finished, saved version only after the content has been reviewed.
