Overview

Email Templates brings the selected client's reusable Inbox replies, dialer disposition follow-up emails, and campaign copy into three tabs. Roles with edit access can change and test templates; SDRs can review saved copy but receive read-only access. Disposition and meeting-email editors use the full email toolbar, and Meeting hand-off Fields include Company Website.

How to use this page

  1. Select the client and choose a tab

Choose a client from the Client Switcher, then open Inbox templates, Disposition email templates, or By campaign. When your role is read-only, the page displays a notice to ask a strategist or manager to update the templates.

  2. Review or manage Inbox templates

Inbox templates are reusable replies for the inbox and Responder Hub. Roles with edit access can select Add Template, Test, Edit, or Delete. SDRs see the saved name, category, subject, and body without Add, Test, Edit, or Delete controls.

  3. Configure disposition follow-up emails

Open Disposition email templates and expand a row with Edit. Set the subject, body, merge fields, sending mode, optional Extra Cc values, and Asked for Info attachments, or add a custom disposition. The full email toolbar includes Font, Size, color swatches, and Aa capitalization for selected text. Use Preview draft to review representative values. SDRs can open View and preview saved copy, but cannot edit, attach, add, or save changes.

  4. Edit Meeting hand-off copy

In Meeting-booked emails, open Meeting hand-off. Use Fields to insert prospect Company Website ({CompanyWebsite}) along with owner, answered-phone, and meeting date or time tags. The help text on that row tells you to use {FirstName}/{Company}/{CompanyWebsite} for the prospect. This is the same client-level copy the dialer loads when a meeting is set.

  5. Review campaign email copy

Open By campaign to see active campaigns by default. Turn on Include paused and completed campaigns to expand the list, then expand a campaign and its Auto-Cadence or Post-Call sequences. Expand a step to read saved subject and body copy, variants, A/B winner markers, and paused state.

  6. Save approved disposition changes

After reviewing a disposition template, select Save templates to apply the approved client-level settings used by the dialer. Read-only users see Read-only access in the footer and cannot save.

Common questions

No. SDRs can review saved Inbox, disposition, and campaign copy, open disposition rows in View mode, and use Preview draft, but the page hides Inbox add, test, edit, and delete controls and disables disposition editing, attachments, custom dispositions, and saving.
It shows active campaigns by default. Include paused and completed campaigns adds those statuses, and the expandable campaign and sequence rows reveal saved steps, subjects, body previews, variants, A/B winner markers, and paused state.
The selected client's dialer uses the saved subject, body, merge fields, and send setting when an SDR picks the matching disposition.
No. Preview draft is a local rendered preview and does not send an email or save changes.
Valid comma-separated addresses in the Asked for Info Extra Cc field are copied on manual and automatic follow-ups. The prospect remains the only To recipient.
Open Meeting hand-off and use Fields to insert Company Website ({CompanyWebsite}). Send-time merge fills it from the prospect company website.
SDR roles can review the client's saved email copy but cannot change or test-send it. Ask a strategist or manager to make an update.
