Overview

The Integrations hub connects each client's SalesHive account to their CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Zoho CRM). Pick a client, connect the CRM, map fields, and monitor sync health from three tabs. Field pickers are searchable, so you can quickly find the right destination field before saving.

How to use this page

  1. Select a client

Use the client switcher in the top bar before you connect or configure anything. Integrations are per client, so each deal has its own CRM connection, field mapping, and sync history.

  2. Connect a CRM

On Connected Apps, find Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Zoho CRM and select Connect. Connected cards show a status badge and a Manage button for sync settings, import, or disconnect.

  3. Map fields

Open Field Mapping and review SalesHive fields on the left and CRM destinations on the right. Auto-map with AI can prepare a starting point. Use the Search your CRM fields box in each mapping row to type part of a destination field name, then select the matching field from the suggestions. Save mapping when finished.

  4. Use a custom CRM field when needed

If the field is not available in searchable suggestions, select Use a custom field API name and enter the CRM field's internal API name, not its display label. The nearby help control explains where to find it for your CRM.

  5. Write a fixed value into a CRM field

In Add a field, choose A fixed value to write one constant into a CRM field on every contact SalesHive pushes. Search for the destination field just as you would for a normal mapping. If it is a dropdown, select one of its actual options.

  6. Check the live preview

The Live preview redraws as a CRM contact record card as you change mappings, so you can confirm where each value will land before saving.

  7. Save before leaving

Field mapping changes do not take effect until you select Save mapping. SalesHive warns before you discard unsaved changes by switching tabs, reloading, or closing the page.

  8. Monitor sync health

Open Sync Health for synced, skipped, and failed totals, plain-language error guidance, sync history, and exports when needed.

What the buttons do

Connected Apps / Field Mapping / Sync Health
Switch among CRM connections, destination field mapping, and sync status.
Search your CRM fields
Searches the available destination fields in a mapping row instead of requiring a long dropdown scroll.
Use a custom field API name
Lets you map to a CRM field by its internal API name when it is not in the available field list.
Auto-map with AI
Generates suggested field matches that you can review and edit before saving.
A fixed value
Adds a row that always sends one constant, such as SalesHive as lead source, into a CRM field.
Save mapping
Saves the current mapping. Until then, edits are unsaved and protected by a leave-page warning.

Common questions

Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, and Zoho CRM are available now. Zapier and Slack appear as planned connectors and are not yet connectable from this page.
Type part of its name in Search your CRM fields in the mapping row, then choose the matching suggestion. The same searchable picker is available when a fixed-value row needs a destination field.
It renders a sample CRM contact record card with every mapped field and value, updating as you change rows so you can verify the result before saving.
Enter the CRM field API name, its internal name rather than its display label. Use the nearby help control for provider-specific directions.
No. Sync is one way from SalesHive into your CRM. Disconnecting stops new pushes but does not remove existing CRM records.
Field mapping edits take effect only after Save mapping. The warning protects work that would otherwise be discarded when you leave the tab or page.
