Overview
The Integrations hub connects each client's SalesHive account to their CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Zoho CRM). Pick a client in the global switcher, then connect the CRM, map fields, and monitor sync health from three tabs. This page is for CRM sync only; billing and API keys live under other Settings pages.
How to use this page
- 1Select a client
Use the client switcher in the top bar before you connect or configure anything. Integrations are per client, so each deal has its own CRM connection, field mapping, and sync history.
- 2Connect a CRM
On the Connected Apps tab, find your CRM card (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Zoho CRM) and click Connect. Sign in with your CRM credentials when prompted. Connected cards show a green status badge and a Manage button for sync settings or disconnect.
- 3Follow the setup checklist
When you first open Integrations, a setup guide walks through four steps: connect your CRM, choose how records land, map fields, and confirm sync health. Use the inline buttons to jump to Field Mapping or Sync Health. Dismiss the checklist with the X when you no longer need it.
- 4Map fields
Open the Field Mapping tab to choose which CRM record type SalesHive creates and match each SalesHive field to the right CRM column. Click Auto-map with AI to generate a starting map, then adjust rows and save. Advanced sections cover account-level and call-activity fields when your CRM supports them.
- 5Monitor sync health
Open the Sync Health tab to see whether contacts, emails, calls, and meetings are landing in the CRM. Review error cards for categories that need attention, browse the sync history table, and export rows when you need to share details with your team.
What the buttons do
Common questions
Which CRMs are supported?
Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, and Zoho CRM are available now. Zapier and Slack appear as planned connectors and are not yet connectable from this page.
Where is billing or Stripe setup?
Client billing is not on this page. Use Platform Settings, Client Billing for subscription settings, or CRM Finance pages for internal billing operations.
Where do I get API keys?
SalesHive API keys are managed separately under Platform Settings, API Keys, not on the Integrations hub.
Why does the page say to select a client?
Without a client selected in the global switcher, Connected Apps still lists providers but Field Mapping and Sync Health need a deal context to load that client's configuration.
Does SalesHive delete records in my CRM?
No. Sync is one way from SalesHive into your CRM. Disconnecting stops new pushes but does not remove existing CRM records.
