Overview

Booked Meetings shows the selected client's confirmed meetings, owners, reminders, recordings, and follow-up work. Use the searchable multi-campaign filter, reusable saved filter rules, saved table layout, unified Activity timeline, and campaign-grouped follow-up calling to work the list safely. The designated Axon Enterprises / Fusus workspace also has outcome-specific views.

How to use this page

  1. Open the selected client's meetings

Choose a client, then use search, status, campaign, owner, setter, advanced filters, sorting, and pagination to find the meeting you need. Employees can also use Add Meeting and Export CSV.

  2. Save and reuse meeting filter rules

Open Filters and add the meeting properties you need. Select a saved filter to load its rules. After editing a selected saved filter, choose Save changes to replace its rules, or choose Save new filter to name a separate reusable filter. The saved filter applies to the selected client's meeting list.

  3. Filter by one or more campaigns

Open the Campaign control to search campaign names and select one or more campaigns. The selected names appear in the control, and Clear removes the selection while Done closes the menu. The filter matches a meeting's current campaign, most recent campaign, or outreach enrollment. It works in the standard table and the designated Axon views.

  4. Keep campaign selections compatible

After you select a campaign, a campaign with a different resolved follow-up call script is disabled and labeled Different script. Select compatible campaigns together when you need a combined view or combined export, so follow-up dialer sessions keep the correct calling copy.

  5. Bulk call selected meetings by campaign

Employees can select rows with the checkboxes or the table header. The bulk bar reports selected and callable counts, then shows one Call button for each resolved campaign group, such as Call 31 in My First Campaign. Choose the group you want to open in that campaign's meeting-followup dialer. Records without a usable campaign remain selected but are not callable.

  6. Arrange the meeting table

Employees can drag a column grip or focus it and use the left and right arrow keys. SalesHive saves the order for Booked Meetings. Select Reset columns to restore the standard layout. Client users see the shared layout without reorder controls.

  7. Review the Activity timeline

Select the chevron at the start of a row. Activity groups completed calls, responder emails, saved notes, and legacy note context by day in the meeting timezone. Long text can be expanded with Show more. If loading fails, select Try again.

  8. Manage a rescheduling follow-up

For a meeting in Rescheduling, authorized employees can set or clear Next reschedule follow-up in the table. Client users can view a saved date but cannot edit it here. Follow-ups routes the Reschedule row back to this exact Booked Meetings record for the canonical workflow.

  9. Review enterprise outcome views

For the designated Axon Enterprises / Fusus workspace, use All Booked Meetings, Registry Completed, or Camera Integration. Registry rows expose camera count, registry POC name and email, next follow-up date, follow-up status, attempts, and campaign-grouped Call actions when a campaign is available. Use the same searchable multi-campaign filter, advanced filters, selection, and employee-only CSV export.

  10. Export the filtered list

Employees can select Export CSV after applying search, status, campaign, owner, setter, review, or advanced filters. The selected campaign IDs are carried into the export, so the downloaded data follows the visible campaign scope.

  11. Add a meeting

Use Add Meeting, select the client contact and required meeting details, then save. A same-day manual booking keeps the actual booking time instead of becoming a midnight timestamp.

Common questions

Load it from Apply saved filter, edit the property rules, then choose Save changes. Use Save new filter when you want a separate filter without changing the original.
Yes. Open Campaign, search by name, and select multiple campaigns. The server matches current campaign, most recent campaign, or outreach enrollment, and the selected campaign scope is preserved for exports.
The first selected campaign establishes a resolved follow-up calling script. A campaign with different resolved calling copy is disabled so combined selections do not mix incompatible dialer scripts.
Select meetings, then choose the Call N in campaign button for the group you want. Booked Meetings creates one campaign-scoped dialer session per visible campaign group instead of silently opening the largest group and skipping the rest.
It remains selected and contributes to the selected count, but it is not callable. The bulk bar reports how many selected rows are callable and how many lack a usable campaign.
Yes. Selected campaign IDs are serialized into the export request along with the other active filters.
Employees can drag a grip or use its arrow keys. SalesHive saves the order for this table. Client users see the shared layout without reorder controls.
The timeline combines completed calls, responder emails, saved notes, and legacy note context, grouped by day in the meeting timezone.
The supporting request failed or was interrupted. Select Try again without leaving the meeting list.
Follow-ups sends a Reschedule row to its exact Booked Meetings record. Use the canonical meeting workflow here to review history, set or clear the next follow-up date, and handle the reschedule.
They are outcome-specific views for the designated Axon Enterprises / Fusus workspace. Registry rows support follow-up fields and registry details, while Camera Integration rows show their camera outcome fields and available call actions. Standard clients use the regular Booked Meetings table.
Registry rows can save total camera count, registry POC name, registry POC email, next follow-up date, and follow-up status from the row. The page reports a saving state and confirms when the details are stored.
Yes. A same-day manual booking keeps the actual creation time rather than a date-only midnight value.
