Overview

The Platform page heading is Meeting. Meeting Detail shows one selected-client booked meeting with its schedule, status, owner, source, qualification, contact information, notes, saved recording, and a Status history of who changed the status, how and when. Employees can edit allowed fields. A client member can record one bounded outcome only when their exact user and selected client have an active grant and the meeting is still Meeting Set.

How to use this page

  1. Open a booked meeting

From Booked Meetings, select View for the relevant record. The page shows the contact and company, status, schedule, time zone, source, setter, owner, qualification, and contract value. If the booking has an agreed callback block rather than an exact appointment, Scheduled shows the saved block. Check the separate Timezone field before following up.

  2. Record a client outcome when granted

A granted client member sees Meeting Set as the disabled current choice, then can select Meeting Held, Meeting Not Held - Reschedule (SalesHive reaches out to book a new time), or Meeting Not Held - Rep Is Rescheduling (the rep sets the new time, so SalesHive does not reach out). The status becomes read-only after the outcome is saved. Other meeting fields stay read-only for clients.

  3. Review status history

Scroll to Status history in the meeting details. Each entry shows the old and new status, who made the change (a person, System, AI agent or API integration), how it was made (such as Booked Meetings page, Dialer or Inbox) and when, newest first, starting at the latest booking. It reloads after the status changes. Employees can choose Show changes before booking to see earlier prospecting changes; clients see only the booking's history.

  4. Play a saved recording

When a recording is available, use the player in the Recording section. If the saved recording matches its booking call, playback uses the platform recording link. Legacy saved recordings remain supported.

  5. Edit a meeting when authorized

Employees can select Edit Meeting to update allowed meeting and contact fields. Choose Save Changes when finished or Cancel to discard unsaved edits.

  6. Correct an accidental Meeting Set

An authorized SDR manager can select Correct Meeting Set when the contact is currently Meeting Set. Add an optional reason, then choose Restore prior status. The action restores the exact prior status and clears only this booking's Meeting Set attribution and date.

  7. Handle a no-show or incorrect meeting

Authorized employees can select Mark No-Show and optionally add a reason. This keeps the scheduled meeting and original attribution, moves the prospect into rescheduling follow-up, and alerts the assigned SDR in the internal client channel. Delete asks for confirmation, un-books the meeting and leaves the contact available to rebook; it cannot be undone.

  8. Review this contact's deals

When you have Deals access for this client, the Deals section lists deals linked to this contact, including those where someone else is primary. Select a deal name to open it. Create deal starts a new opportunity; Link existing deal offers deals with no primary contact. To add this person to a deal already linked to someone else, open that deal and use Linked contacts. Unlink removes this person's association after confirmation and keeps both records. If this person is primary and others remain linked, open the deal and make another person primary first.

What the buttons do

Status
Employees can use the full status list. An exactly granted client member gets only the bounded outcome choices for a current Meeting Set.
Correct Meeting Set
For authorized SDR managers when the contact is Meeting Set, opens the accidental-booking correction dialog.
Restore prior status
Restores the exact status from before booking and clears only this booking's Meeting Set date and attribution.
Edit Meeting
For employees, opens editable meeting and contact fields.
Recording player
Plays the saved meeting recording inline with skip and speed controls when a recording exists.
Mark No-Show
For authorized employees, records a no-show reason.
Delete
For authorized employees, un-books the meeting after confirmation. This cannot be undone.
Show changes before booking
In Status history, for employees only. Shows or hides status changes made before the latest booking.
Deals / Unlink
Deal names open the deal page. Unlink removes only this contact's association. A primary contact with other linked people must be replaced as primary on the deal before unlinking.

Common questions

Employees can use Edit Meeting according to their role. Client members cannot edit meeting fields. An exact active meeting-outcome grant adds only the bounded status control while the record is Meeting Set.
For a granted client member, it identifies the current state before an outcome is chosen. It is not a selectable outcome. After a permitted outcome is saved, the status becomes read-only.
Yes. When the meeting has a saved recording, use the inline player in the Recording section. A matched booking-call recording uses the platform playback link, while legacy saved recordings remain supported.
An authorized SDR manager can correct a current Meeting Set. The action restores the exact prior status and keeps the original call and history intact.
The meeting was booked by the guest through a self-serve teammate's public booking link, so it was added automatically. When an employee edits it, Booking link stays in the Source list so the original source is kept.
