Overview

Contacts is the client-scoped prospect list. Search, sort, filter, save reusable filter rules or complete table views, import or export CSVs, create contacts, and run bulk actions. Use Columns to tailor the table, and use Export CSV to choose precisely which contact, organization, activity, campaign, validation, meeting, source, and custom fields you need.

How to use this page

  1. Find and sort contacts

Use Search contacts to filter by name, email, company, and related text. Select a sortable column header to sort and select it again to reverse the order. The summary band reports the matching range and current-page activity.

  2. Identify referral contacts

A prospect referred by another contact displays a Referral label beside the name. If you show the optional Source column, the same contact is labeled Referral there. Open the row to see the named referrer and move to that record.

  3. Filter and save a segment

Select Filters, add property rules, and choose All when every rule must match or Any when a contact can match at least one rule. Search properties in the field picker, including Street under Person Address. Load reusable rules with Apply saved filter, then use Save changes to update it or Save new filter to preserve it as a separate filter. Use Views to save or load the broader table setup, including search, filters, and columns.

  4. Tailor the table columns

Select Columns to show, hide, and reorder fields. The table supports core contact and activity data as well as role, company, location, phone, email deliverability, follow-up, meeting, tag, list, notes, and custom fields.

  5. Choose detailed export fields

Select Export CSV to open Choose Export Fields. Search for a field, clear fields you do not need, or use Select all. In addition to the established field groups, Organization includes Source, Contact Owner ID, Sales Rep, and Sales Development Rep ID. Activity includes current-campaign email count, last email step, last email sent time, and last email subject. When exporting from a campaign, campaign-only fields also include Current Campaign Last Call and Time Zone.

  6. Export, import, or add contacts

After choosing export fields, select Export CSV to download the currently filtered view. Import CSV opens upload, mapping, and import steps with identity-based dedupe. Add Contact opens the single-record form.

  7. Run bulk actions

Select page rows or all matching contacts, then edit status, add them to a campaign, or delete after confirmation. Moving an already enrolled contact ends the prior enrollment while preserving history.
