Overview

Deals is the selected client sales pipeline. Review open opportunities, find missing owners or close dates, and move deals through stages. Use the Board / Table switch to see deals as cards in stage columns or as sortable rows; in either layout you can select deals and set their owner, stage, close date or a custom property together. The summary covers all client deals except website leads that look like spam, which stay hidden unless you choose Show them; search, stage, owner, opportunity view and property filters narrow the board or table. Save a named view to reuse your filters and display settings yourself or share them with this workspace. You can also import deals from a CSV or export the whole pipeline to one. In the header, Companies opens the company records for this client, Reports opens a pipeline report, and Properties sets up custom fields for every deal.

How to use this page

  1. Select the client

Choose the client in the sidebar. A pipeline with only won or lost deals starts on All deals; other pipelines start on Open opportunities. The summary shows open and won values and counts, lost count, and open deals needing attention for a missing owner, close date or next step, or an overdue date. Each deal needing attention counts once. If loading fails, select Retry.

  2. Check hidden possible spam leads

Website leads that look like spam, by the same rules as Inbound, Website leads, are left off the board, the Search this client bar and Deal Reports. When there are any, a line under the summary says how many are hidden. Select Show them to add them to the board, each card labeled Possible spam; they still stay out of the summary and the deal count. Select Hide them to take them off again. A lead in a won stage, or one marked Not spam on Website leads, always shows as a normal deal.

  3. Add a deal

Select New deal. Enter a deal name, then an optional company and amount. Choose a starting stage or leave the first-stage default. Amount accepts zero or a positive value with up to two decimal places, such as 10000.50 or $10,000.50. Leave it blank if unknown. Negative values, extra decimal places, malformed text and values above 9,999,999,999.99 show an error and prevent creation. Press Enter from a text field or select Create. Create stays disabled while saving, and a successful save opens the new deal. If saving fails, read the error and try again. In a self-serve workspace, Create a deal on Get set up opens this form.

  4. Import deals from a CSV

Click Import CSV, then Choose CSV file. A HubSpot deals export or any spreadsheet saved as CSV works, up to 2,000 deals. Under Match your columns, check which column fills each deal field. A Close reason column (also matched from names like Closed lost reason) is kept only for deals going into a won or lost stage; on other rows it is left out with a warning. To bring history along, match Note (added to the timeline) to a column such as Note body, and Follow-up title plus Follow-up due date (and optionally Follow-up owner) to your task columns. Under Other columns, choose where each remaining column goes: one of your custom deal properties, a new text property named after the column, or Don't import. Columns named like one of your properties are matched for you. When a Company column is matched, Link each deal to a company record is on by default: each new deal is linked to a company you already have with the same website or name, and the rest are added to Companies. Review the rows that need attention and the counts of notes and follow-ups to be added, then click the Import button (it shows how many deals). Nothing is added until you confirm, and existing deals are never changed. Stages that are not in this pipeline are listed; add them under Edit stages first if you want to keep them.

  5. Import past calls, emails and meetings

Use Export CSV to get the SalesHive Deal ID for each existing deal. Select Import history, then Download CSV template. Fill the template with the original activity IDs and past activity details, up to 500 rows and 2 MB per file. Enter a stable Source name, choose the Activity CSV and select Preview history. Review the ready, already imported and error counts, plus each row's result; use Previous and Next for more than 50 rows. Select Import ready activities (the button includes the ready count). Rows with errors are skipped. Check the final results, then open a deal's Timeline to review its imported entries. This adds history only, without sending messages, placing calls, booking meetings, creating deals or adding follow-ups.

  6. Export the current view or all deals

Set the search, stage, owner, opportunity view, property filter and possible-spam visibility you want on Board or Table. Beside Export CSV, leave Current view selected to download matching deals, or choose All deals to ignore these filters and include possible spam. Select Export CSV. The download uses the latest saved values, so results can differ if deals changed after the page loaded. Each row has the stage, Open, Won or Lost status, amount, close date, close reason, owner, company, the linked company record and its domain, deal room contact details, the next open follow-up, notes and lead source details. Each active custom deal property adds a column at the end, in the order set on Deal Properties. A property named like a built-in column is labeled (custom), and number values, including negative ones, export as plain numbers. Primary contact and Other contacts keep the Deal room contact details. Separate Primary CRM contact columns show the linked primary contact's ID, name and email. Linked CRM contact IDs, names and emails include the primary contact and other linked buying-committee contacts once each, separated by semicolons in matching order. Missing emails stay blank in that order. These columns use current contact records in this workspace and leave out missing, trashed or erased contacts.

  7. Download CRM history

Open Download CRM history below the header, or inside Follow-ups when that panel is open. Choose Deal activity, Follow-ups (open and completed), or Follow-up change history, then select Download CSV. The file covers the selected client, regardless of pipeline, owner or due-date filters. Follow-ups includes open and completed deal, contact, company and general actions. Follow-up files include Company ID, Company name and Company association. An unavailable company leaves its ID and name blank and is marked Unavailable; an unlinked action is marked None. Times use UTC. Use the separate Export CSV button for one row per deal.

  8. Move a deal along

Drag a card to another stage or use its stage dropdown, including No stage. Each move saves immediately. Moving an open deal, or one with no stage, into a won or lost stage sets its close date to today, and the card shows it right away. Moving between won and lost, or reopening a deal, leaves the date alone. Whenever a deal moves into a won or lost stage from a different outcome, a window asks why it was won or lost: pick a reason, type one, or select Skip. The move is already saved, so Skip changes nothing. Dragging and the dropdown pause while that deal saves. Failed moves restore the previous stage with an error. A moved card may leave the current filtered view.

  9. Start from an empty board

When a client has no deals yet, the board shows a No deals yet panel with Import CSV and Create first deal buttons. Once deals exist they fill the stage columns.

  10. Switch between Board and Table

Use the Board / Table switch at the start of the filter row. Table shows the same filtered deals as the board, one row each, with Deal, Company, Stage, In stage, Owner, Amount, Close date, Next step and Last updated columns. In stage shows how long the deal has been in its current stage, with a Stalled label when an open deal is past its stage limit. Weighted amount appears once any open stage has a win probability; it counts won deals at their full amount and lost deals as zero. Click a column heading to sort, and click it again to reverse. Amount, Weighted amount and Last updated sort highest or newest first, and In stage sorts the longest wait first; deals with no value always sit at the bottom. The table starts sorted by Last updated. Click a row to open the deal, or the company name to open its company page. Open deals show Not set for a missing owner, close date or next step, and Overdue for a past close date. The footer shows the deal count and the Amount and Weighted totals of the rows, leaving out possible spam leads. If the client has custom properties, select Columns to add up to 10 of them after the standard columns. The Deal column stays put while you scroll sideways. With Browser defaults selected, your layout, columns and sort are saved in this browser for this client. In a named view, use Edit view and check Replace saved filters and display settings with my current setup before saving changes. To change stages, use the board, open the deal, or select rows and use Set stage.

  11. Bulk edit deals on the board or table

Tick the box beside a card title on Board or at the start of a row in Table. Use Select visible deals above the board or the table header checkbox to select the first 200 deals shown. Check the selected count, then choose Set owner, Set stage, Set close date or Set custom property. Pick one value for all selected deals. No owner, Remove the close date instead, and Clear this property instead clear the chosen field. For a custom property, choose an active property, then enter text, a number or a date, or pick a dropdown option. If none exist, add one on Properties first. Click Update, which includes the deal count. Keep the page open while deals save one at a time. Stop finishes the current save and skips the rest. Saved changes appear in each deal's history; there is no single undo. Deals already at the chosen value are left alone. Read the result, then select Done. Failed or skipped deals stay selected so you can try again. Moving into a won or lost stage gives open deals today as their close date and offers one optional reason for the deals that changed outcome.

  12. Filter opportunities

Combine search by deal, company or owner name with a stage, owner and opportunity view. All stages removes the stage filter. The owner menu appears when at least one deal has an owner or an owner filter is already selected. Choose Open opportunities, Missing or overdue next step, All deals, Overdue close dates, Open without owner, Open without close date, Stalled in stage, Won deals or Lost deals. If the client has custom deal properties, pick one in Any property to filter on it too: choose a dropdown option or No value, type text the value contains, or set a Min and Max (From and To for dates). Every property also offers Is empty. The X button clears the property filter. Showing X of Y describes filtered cards. When nothing matches, select Show all deals to clear the search, stage, owner and property filters and select All deals. A stage row on Deal Reports keeps the applied report owner and opens the current pipeline across all stage columns; an owner row opens that owner's open deals. Report closing dates do not carry over. If that owner no longer has any deals here, Selected owner unavailable stays selected and no deals match. Choose All owners or another owner to change it. For the stage, owner and opportunity-view selectors: Focus the selector and press Up or Down to open it. If a search field appears, type to narrow the choices, then press Up or Down to enter the options. Use Up/Down to move, Home/End to jump to the first/last option, and Enter or Space to choose. Escape closes only the menu without changing the value and returns focus to its button. Tab closes the menu and moves on.

  13. Save and reopen a view

Set your search, stage, owner, opportunity view, property filter and whether to show possible spam. Choose Board or Table and set the sort, card fields and table columns. Select Save as new view, enter a name, choose Private: only me or Everyone in this workspace, then Save view. Open it later from the saved-view menu above the filters. Named views are saved to your account in this workspace and can be opened in another browser. Selecting a view clears deal selections. Browser defaults restores this browser's layout, card fields, columns and sort, resets the pipeline filters and hides possible spam again.

  14. Update or remove a saved view

Select a view you created, then Edit view to rename it or change its sharing. To save changed filters or display settings, check Replace saved filters and display settings with my current setup, then Save view. Without that check, the saved setup stays unchanged. Unsaved changes means the current setup differs from the saved one. Use Save as new view to keep a separate copy, including a copy of a teammate's shared view. Remove view asks for confirmation and removes a shared view for everyone in this workspace; the deals stay unchanged.

  15. Read a deal card

Each card shows the amount, owner, close date (or Not set), the next open follow-up and its due date for open deals, and attention labels such as No owner, No close date or Close date overdue. Open deals also show In stage with the days in their current stage (Today for a deal that moved today), plus a Stalled label once that passes the limit set for the stage. Hover over it to see the date the deal entered the stage. To add your own fields, select Card fields and check up to four custom properties; each card then lists them in the order you checked them, skipping any the deal has no value for. With Browser defaults selected, your choice is saved in this browser for this client. In a named view, save your current setup through Edit view to keep it. Open a card to edit its details. Close and due dates read like Jul 16, 2026 on cards, in the table and in Follow-ups. Dates before today on your device are overdue; today is not overdue.

  16. Add and manage CRM follow-ups

Select Follow-ups in the header to open the selected client's deal, contact, company and general actions. Use All owners or Assigned to me and the due-date filter, including Completed. Assigned to me uses your signed-in account, or the client person being viewed when SalesHive staff use View as client. These filters are separate from pipeline filters. To add an action with no linked record, fill in New follow-up, Due date and Owner, then select Add follow-up and wait for Follow-up saved. To link a new action to a record, open its deal, contact or company page and add it there. Edit / reschedule loads an action into the form; select Save changes or Cancel. Complete finishes it; Completed and Reopen return it to the open list. Refresh reloads saved work. Morning reminders open Assigned to me with Due today for self-serve or Due today or overdue for managed workspaces.

  17. Read the full pipeline

All deals shows open, won and lost cards together. Won and Lost columns stay narrower so the standard six-stage pipeline fits a desktop window. Open-only views keep them as compact drop targets for closing deals. On smaller screens, or with extra stages or a No stage column, scroll the board sideways. You can also focus the board with Tab and use the arrow keys to scroll.

What the buttons do

Companies
Opens the Companies page, where each company you sell to has one record with its deals, totals and matched contacts.
Reports
Opens Deal Reports: current open and weighted pipeline by stage and owner, won and lost deals by month, win rate, and lost reasons. The report has its own Current owner and closing-date filters.
New deal
Opens or closes the add-deal form. A name is required; company and amount are optional. Choose a stage or keep the first-stage default. Press Enter from a text field or select Create to save and open the deal.
Deals to export: Current view / All deals
Current view is selected by default and shows the visible count. It follows search, stage, owner, opportunity view, custom-property filters and possible-spam visibility. All deals ignores these filters and includes possible spam.
Export CSV
Downloads the chosen scope as a CSV with the latest saved deal values. Preparing CSV... prevents repeat clicks while the download is prepared. An empty result downloads column headings only.
Import CSV
Opens the import panel to add deals from a HubSpot export or spreadsheet, including custom property values, a timeline note and a follow-up for each deal. You review a preview before anything is created.
Import history / Close
Opens or closes the activity-history import panel for existing deals in the selected client.
Download CSV template / Column requirements
Downloads the activity template or expands the required columns, accepted outcomes and optional fields.
Source name / Activity CSV
Choose one stable source name and a CSV file. Changing either clears the preview. Keep the same source and original activity IDs across files and retries.
Preview history / Import ready activities
Preview checks rows without saving. The import button appears when the preview has ready rows and includes their count. It saves those rows and skips errors; preview again before another attempt.
Edit stages
Header button that opens the Stages page to rename, reorder, or add pipeline stages, set each open stage's win probability and Stalled after limit, and edit the won and lost reason lists.
Properties
Opens Deal Properties to add custom fields such as budget or lead source that show on every deal and in the export.
Follow-ups / Hide follow-ups
Opens or closes the selected client's combined deal, contact, company and general follow-ups. Add a general follow-up in this panel, or open a record to add one linked to it.
Show them / Hide them
Appears in the line under the summary when possible spam website leads are hidden. Show them adds those leads to the board with a Possible spam label on each card; Hide them removes them again. Either way they are left out of the summary and the deal count.
Deal card (drag)
Click the card to open the deal, or use its checkbox to select it for bulk edit. Drag the card between stage columns to change its stage. A linked company name opens that company page. A rejected move returns the card to its prior stage with an error toast.
Stage dropdown below each card
Saves a stage change without dragging. Disabled while that deal is moving.
Create first deal
Appears in the empty-board state; opens the add-deal form.
Board / Table
Switches between stage columns of cards and a sortable table of the same filtered deals. Browser defaults saves the choice in this browser; a named view needs Edit view to save the changed setup.
Card and row checkboxes / Select visible deals
Select a deal without opening it. Select visible deals on Board or the header checkbox in Table selects up to 200 visible deals, or clears the selection when that limit or all visible deals are selected. Unselected boxes are disabled at 200.
Set owner / Set stage / Set close date / Set custom property
Appear when deals are selected on Board or Table. Open a window to apply one value to the selection. Set custom property lets you choose an active field and enter a value or select Clear this property instead. Update saves, Stop skips remaining saves, and Done closes the result. Set stage is disabled until stages exist. The X button clears the selection.
Search opportunities / All stages / owner / opportunity view / Any property
Combine filters without changing records or summary totals. All stages removes the stage filter. The Stalled in stage view lists open deals past their stage limit; if no stage has a limit yet, it links to Edit stages. The owner menu appears only when at least one deal has an owner or an owner filter is already selected. Any property appears only when the client has at least one active custom property, and its value inputs depend on the property type.
Card fields
Board only. Opens a list of this client's active custom properties. Check up to four to show on every deal card; the rest grey out once four are picked. Manage properties opens Deal Properties. Only appears when the client has custom properties.
Columns
Table only. Check up to 10 of this client's active custom properties to add as columns after the standard ones; the rest grey out once 10 are picked. Each can be sorted like any other column. Manage properties opens Deal Properties. Only appears when the client has custom properties.
Show all deals
Appears when no deals match the current view. Clears the search, stage, owner and property filters and selects All deals.
Edit / reschedule / Complete / Reopen
Edit changes an action's title, due date or owner through Save changes. Complete finishes it; Reopen returns a completed action to the open list.
Saved deal view / Browser defaults
Opens a named setup from Private views or Workspace views. Browser defaults returns to local display preferences and resets filters. Sharing does not expand anyone's access to deals.
Save as new view / Save view
Names and saves the current pipeline filters and display settings. Choose Private: only me or Everyone in this workspace. You can keep up to 50 views you created per workspace, with names up to 80 characters.
Edit view / Remove view
Shown only for views you created. Edit view changes the name or sharing; check Replace saved filters and display settings with my current setup to update the saved setup. Remove view asks for confirmation and leaves deals unchanged.
Refresh views / Reload views
Refresh views reloads the available-view list; reopen a view to apply its latest settings. Reload views appears after a loading error. If another tab changed a view while you were editing, cancel, refresh and reopen it before trying again.
Download CRM history / Download CSV
Opens the history type selector and downloads a CSV for the selected client. Preparing CSV... disables repeat clicks while the file is being prepared. Screen filters do not narrow it.

Common questions

Visible deals without a stage appear here and count as open. Use the card stage dropdown or drag the card to assign a stage.
The stage change was rejected when saving, so the card returns to its original column and an error toast explains it. Try the move again; if it keeps failing, refresh the board.
Click Edit stages in the header (or open the Stages page) to add, rename, reorder, or mark won and lost stages, and to give open stages a win probability or a Stalled after limit. Click Properties to add custom deal fields such as budget or lead source.
Meetings track the appointments SalesHive sets. Deals is the client's own pipeline for the opportunities that come out of those meetings.
No. An open deal you add or import here stops SalesHive cold calls and campaign email to that company, matched on the deal's contact email or company website. A personal address such as Gmail blocks only that address. Contacts SalesHive is already talking to or has booked keep their follow-ups. Deals created from a SalesHive contact or meeting, or from a public lead form, do not count. Moving the deal to a lost stage, changing its email or website, or deleting it lets outreach resume. The current matches are listed on the Blacklist page.
The summary and the deal count in the header include every deal for the selected client except possible spam website leads, even when you show them. Stage counts and values on the board, and the table footer totals, include only deals matching your search, stage, owner, opportunity view and property filters.
Once any open stage has a win probability on Deal Stages, each open stage column whose deals have an amount shows Weighted, the column's amounts times that stage's win probability, and the percentage. Like the column total, it counts only the cards your filters show. An open stage without a probability shows a Set win probability link instead, which opens Deal Stages. Won, lost and No stage columns have no weighted line. Deal Reports shows current weighted pipeline for the owner selected in its own filters, or all owners by default.
By default, Current view exports deals matching your filters and possible-spam visibility on Board or Table, using their latest saved values. All deals exports the whole selected client pipeline, including won, lost and possible spam deals. Checkbox selections, table sorting and visible columns do not limit the export; all active custom properties are included. Follow-up columns show open deal follow-ups only. An empty result contains column headings only. Each download is limited to 10,000 deals; narrow the current view or contact support if it is too large.
They never email or call anyone, and they do not finish on their own when a deal changes stage. They are separate from prospect follow-ups and CRM Tasks. When a teammate gives you a follow-up or moves one to you, you get an in-app and push notice linked to its deal, contact or company in the correct workspace (not when you assign yourself). General actions and unavailable contact or company links open your follow-ups in Deals. In a self-serve workspace with an active plan this is Deal Follow-ups, which also sends one notice each morning from 8 AM Eastern with how many of your open CRM follow-ups are due that day. In other client workspaces it is Follow-up Reminders, which also sends one notice each weekday morning (8 AM to noon Eastern) with your follow-ups due today and overdue. Only client users who can open Deals are notified; SalesHive staff are not. Turn either off under Deals in notification settings.
Check the owner and due-date filters, including Completed, or open the individual deal, contact or company. The shared list applies these filters before showing up to 500 matching items, ordered by due date; a notice appears if more match. Due today, Overdue and Due today or overdue use the calendar day on your device. Contact and company follow-ups remain manageable here if the linked record is unavailable, with Contact unavailable or Company unavailable in place of the link. General actions show General follow-up. Contact, company and general follow-ups do not become a deal card's next action or a deal CSV row. After an authorized duplicate contact merge, open and completed CRM follow-ups point to the retained contact. Their owner, due date and completion history stay intact; use Refresh to reload the list.
Closed deals use less space so more of the pipeline fits on screen. Choose All deals, Won deals or Lost deals to see matching closed cards. In open-only views, the compact columns remain available as drop targets. Column width does not change stages, totals or saved deal details.
It uses the Company column for the name and the Company website column for the domain. With no website, it uses the contact email domain, but never a free provider such as gmail.com. A company you already have with the same domain is reused first, then one with the same name, ignoring capitalization and a trailing period or comma (so Acme Inc matches Acme Inc.), as long as its website does not differ. Rows in one file that name the same new company share one record. Turn off Link each deal to a company record to import without creating or linking companies.
Yes. Any column that is not a standard deal field is listed under Other columns. Pick an existing property for it, or choose Create text property to add a new text property named after the column. Each property is filled from one column only. Values are checked against the property type: a value that is not a number, not a date, not one of the dropdown options, or longer than 2,000 characters is left blank and listed on its row. If the column matches an archived property, restore it on Deal Properties first. New properties count toward the 50 active limit, and Import stays greyed out while the file would go over it.
Yes. A column named Note body, Activity note or Timeline note adds a note to each new deal's timeline. A Notes or Description column still fills the deal's own notes field. A follow-up needs both a title (from a column such as Task title) and a due date (Task due date, written like 2026-10-15 or 10/15/2026); a row with only one of them is listed with a warning and gets no follow-up. A Task owner column assigns it to a user on this workspace by email or name. Without a match, it goes to you if you are a user on this workspace, otherwise to the deal owner; with neither, the follow-up is left out and listed on its row. Imported follow-ups do not send assignment notices.
Closing an open deal sets its close date to today on your device, so Deal Reports counts it in the right month. Open the deal to change the date if it closed on another day.
The count starts at the deal's latest stage move, including a deal room signature or an approved agent stage change; a deal never moved counts from when it was created. It counts calendar days on your device, so a deal moved today reads Today. A deal is Stalled when it is open and has been in its stage more days than the Stalled after limit set for that stage on Deal Stages. Won and lost deals, deals with no stage, and stages without a limit never stall.
No, it is optional. Select Skip and the move stays saved. To add or change the reason later, open the deal and use Add reason or Edit under the stage list. The reason clears on its own if the deal later moves to an open stage, to No stage, or from won to lost (or lost to won). Change the reason lists under Edit stages.
Only selected deals that your current filters still show, up to 200 at a time, on Board or Table. Hidden selected deals are not edited, and the bar counts only visible selected deals. Select visible deals follows the board column order, including No stage; the table header follows the displayed row order. A custom-property edit changes only the chosen property and keeps other property values. Each deal uses the same access and validation rules as an individual edit.
Card fields appears on the board and Columns on the table, only when this client has active custom properties. Add them on Deal Properties. With Browser defaults selected, layout, card fields, columns and sort are kept in this browser for this client. Save a named view to reopen the setup in another browser. Changes made while a named view is open do not replace the browser defaults or update that view automatically; use Edit view and check Replace saved filters and display settings with my current setup. Archived properties are left out when a view opens.
It looks like spam, so it is hidden from the board, the Search this client bar and Deal Reports. It is still saved: select Show them under the summary, or review it under Inbound, Website leads. If it is a real person, choose Not spam there and it returns to the board. Opening the deal from a direct link still works.
Only its creator can edit or remove a view. Teammates with Deals access in the same workspace can open a shared view, adjust their current display and use Save as new view to keep their own copy. They can open your latest settings by selecting the view again. Private views appear only for their creator.
A view stores filters and display settings, not a snapshot of deals. Current matching deals appear each time. Removed stages, owners no longer assigned to any deal in this workspace, and archived custom properties are cleared from the setup when it opens. If a property used for sorting is no longer available, the sort falls back to Last updated. Choose the named view after returning to the page; it is not selected automatically.
A Client Admin can choose a default owner under Inbound, Leads, Lead alerts and ownership. New leads from hosted, embedded and captured forms use that active teammate with Deals access unless flagged as possible spam. Without an eligible saved owner, they stay unassigned. Existing deals, repeat submissions and leads marked Not spam keep their current owner. Alert recipients are chosen separately.
Deal activity includes Timeline notes, logged calls, emails and meetings, and recorded deal changes. It excludes private outreach messages and the separate Contact activity feed. Follow-up change history contains saved task events with actor, time and before-and-after fields. Older deal follow-up changes appear in Deal activity, so change history alone is not a complete historical audit.
With no matching records, a successful download contains column headings only. A file is limited to 10,000 rows and 20 MB; exceeding either limit shows an error instead of a partial download. Changing screen filters will not reduce it. Open an individual deal, contact or company and download there, or contact support if that file is still too large.
Use the downloaded template. Required columns are deal_id, external_activity_id, kind (call, email or meeting), and occurred_at. Use an existing SalesHive Deal ID in this client and a unique original activity ID within the source. Dates must include a timezone, such as 2026-10-01T14:30:00Z, be from 2000 onward and not be in the future. Emails need a subject or notes. Calls need an outcome: Connected, Left voicemail, Left live message, No answer, Busy or Wrong number. Meetings need Completed, Rescheduled, No show or Canceled. Optional fields are subject, notes and source_author. Calls also accept direction (inbound or outbound, default outbound) and duration_minutes (whole minutes from 0 to 1440). Extra columns are rejected.
Preview the same file with the same Source name before retrying. Saved rows are skipped, including entries later edited or deleted, so retrying does not overwrite corrections or restore removed history. A previously imported source and activity ID with different data is flagged instead of replacing the entry. Fix errors on rows not yet imported, then choose the corrected file and preview again. For an entry already saved, use Edit in the deal's Timeline. Keep source names and IDs stable; changing them can create duplicates.
Choose Contracts under Deals in the sidebar to open the selected client's contract library. Or open a deal and select Contracts below All deals to see that deal's contracts. Create a draft, add documents and signers, then review and send it from Contracts.
