Overview
Media is the selected client's image library for its hosted website. Use it to check how many images the library holds and how much storage they use, find an image by filename or alt text, upload new images, and copy or open an image's public URL.
How to use this page
Choose the client
Use the client switcher at the top of the sidebar to select the client whose website images you want to manage. Client users with one company see their library automatically, and those with more than one see the library for the company selected there. Employees must select a client before the library loads.
Review the library
The tiles at the top show Images (the total count) and Storage used (the total size). Each image card shows its filename, file size, dimensions when known, and how many source pages use it.
Search by filename or alt text
Type in Search filename or alt text. The results jump back to the first page, and a line under the search shows how many images match. If nothing matches, select Clear search to return to the full library.
Upload images
Select Upload images beside the search field (or in the middle of the page when the library is empty), then choose one or more files. You can upload up to 20 images at a time, each up to 25 MB, and a message confirms how many were added.
Copy or open an image
Select Copy URL on an image card to copy its public URL; the button briefly shows Copied. Select the open icon beside it to view the image full size in a new tab.
Move through pages
The library shows 48 images per page. When there is more than one page, use Previous and Next at the bottom. The indicator between them shows your current page and the total.
What the buttons do
- Upload images
- Opens the file picker to add 1 to 20 images at once, up to 25 MB each. It sits beside the search field, or inside the empty library card when there are no images yet.
- Search filename or alt text
- Filters the library to images whose filename or alt text contains your search.
- Clear search
- Appears when a search finds nothing. Empties the search and shows the full library again.
- Copy URL
- Copies the image's public URL to your clipboard.
- Open full size
- The icon beside Copy URL. Opens the image in a new browser tab.
- Previous and Next
- Move between pages of results when the library or search has more than one page.
