Overview

Settings links to account and workspace settings, grouped by topic: Your account, Meetings and calendar, Email, Data and connections, and Billing. Client cards depend on client permissions and plan. Internal SDRs see a shorter reference list under Selected client. Each destination checks its own access. In particular, the Calendar card opens Scheduling, which has separate access from Settings.

How to use this page

  1. Open Settings

Select your name at the bottom of the left sidebar to open the profile menu, then choose Settings when it is available. The menu hides Settings when your account cannot access it. You can also use Settings in the sidebar navigation when shown. With focus in the profile menu, press Escape to close it and return focus to your profile button.

  2. Review the available destinations

Cards sit under topic headings. Meetings and calendar holds Meeting goals, Meeting settings, Calendar and Phone. Email holds Email accounts, Signatures, Email templates and Blacklist. Data and connections holds Custom fields, Integrations and API keys. Billing opens your subscription and invoices. A heading with no cards for you is left out. Employees also see Email warming and Automations, which apply to the client chosen in the sidebar switcher, so check that client first.

  3. Open Profile and appearance

Choose Profile and appearance to update your name and color theme. Secure email codes handle sign-in, so there is no password to change.

  4. Open Notifications

Choose Notifications to manage individual update types and their delivery channels. Use Back to Settings there to return to this hub.

  5. Open a meeting, email or data page

Choose any card to open that page, for example Meeting settings to manage meeting owners, prospect reminders and post-meeting outcome emails, or Integrations to connect the CRM your team already uses. Use the sidebar or your browser's back button to return.

  6. Open Billing

Choose Billing to see your subscription, renewal date and invoices. In a self-serve workspace with plans switched on, the card reads Plan and billing and opens the page where you change your plan, seats and payment method and download invoices.

  7. Log in as a client (employees)

Open the profile menu at the bottom of the left sidebar and choose Login as client. Search for the client, then pick it. SalesHive opens that client's view. To cancel the selection, use the back arrow, or press Escape while in the search field, to return to the profile menu. Client accounts do not see this option, and it is hidden while you are already logged in as someone else.

  8. Find meeting-owner details as an internal SDR

Choose Meeting Settings to view the selected client's active meeting owners, contact details and scheduling links. Copy available email addresses, phone numbers or scheduling links, or open a scheduling link in a new tab. View calendar links and booking instructions opens Scheduling. Ask your manager or strategist to update incorrect details.

  9. Find mailbox details as an internal SDR

Choose Email Accounts to view active Primary or SDR mailboxes available to you for the selected client. Review sender details and connection status, copy an email address or sender phone, or choose View my client signature. Mailbox connections, sender edits and automation settings are unavailable in this read-only view.

  10. Review Email Templates as an internal SDR

Choose Email Templates to review the selected client's saved inbox, disposition and campaign templates. The SDR view is read-only; template editing and test sends are unavailable.

  11. Open Calendar or Phone as an internal SDR

Choose the Calendar card to open Scheduling for calendar links and the selected client's booking instructions. Choose Phone to view the selected client's phone numbers and manage voicemail greetings. In the sidebar, Scheduling is a direct item and Phone remains under Settings. Access still depends on your role.

  12. Open your client signature as an SDR

Choose My client signature to preview the selected client's default signature for your eligible sending account and copy it into the assigned Gmail mailbox. The preview is view-only; it does not edit the saved signature or send email.

Common questions

The profile menu shows Settings only when your account can access it. The cards in the hub depend on your role and, for clients, your permissions and plan. Each destination still checks its own access; a visible card does not guarantee access to that page.
Your account settings follow you everywhere. The other pages apply to the client chosen in the sidebar switcher, so switch clients first if you are looking at the wrong one. Internal SDRs see these pages under a Selected client heading.
No. The hub only links to other settings pages. Changes happen on those pages, under their own access rules.
Email warming and Automations are employee-only. Internal SDRs see a shorter reference list, and client cards depend on client permissions and plan. Each destination checks its own access when opened. Scheduling is controlled separately from Settings, so a Calendar card can be visible even when Scheduling is unavailable to your account.
Internal SDRs get reference views. Ask your manager or strategist to change mailbox or meeting settings.
Open the profile menu, choose Login as client, search for the client and pick it. The option is not shown to client accounts or while you are already logged in as someone else.
