Overview
Email Signature builds the signature block appended to this client's outreach. Set the signature details (website, logo, and more), save it, and send yourself a test email to confirm how it renders.
How to use this page
- 1Select the client
Pick the client in the top-right switcher to edit their signature.
- 2Edit the signature
Give the signature a name and fill in the details such as website and logo. Sender name and title come from the email account's sender settings.
- 3Save and test
Save the signature, then use the test email to send yourself a preview and confirm it looks right.

They come from the email account's sender settings (Email Accounts), via the senderName and senderTitle fields.

Use Send Signature Test Email to send yourself a live preview before relying on it.
