Overview

Call History lets you review, filter, correct, configure, and export campaign calls for the selected client. Use the saved column picker and contact-property filters to tailor the table, then choose whether an export includes call history, recordings, transcripts, or any combination. A call opened from Contact Detail is scoped to that call and expanded for review.

How to use this page

  1. Select a client and review calls

Choose the client, then use Outbound Calls or Inbound Calls. In Find and scope, search by contact, title, company, domain, or phone, and narrow by Campaign, Caller, or Call result. Imported legacy calls without a stored duration remain in the default history.

  2. Use a quick view

Choose Latest calls, Connected calls, Warm leads, Meetings set, or Listen to calls to focus the list on a common review view. The call count, meeting count, recording count, and talk-time summary update with the selected view and filters.

  3. Open a linked call from Contact Detail

In a contact's Activity timeline, select Open call record on a call. Call History opens the matching call for the same selected client and expands its row, including the available details, recording, and summary.

  4. Tailor the table columns

Select Columns to show or hide supported fields and change their order. Available fields include contact, company, person and company location, industry, department, and management level. The selected client keeps the column preference for future visits. Sort a visible sortable heading to change its order.

  5. Build contact-property filters

Click More filters to add supported contact and company property rules, then select Apply filters. Use Clear properties to remove only those rules or Clear filters to reset every call and contact filter.

  6. Correct a disposition

Use the Result dropdown directly in a row to correct its disposition. The table, filters, summaries, sorting, and export update optimistically, and an error reverts the change.

  7. Choose export contents and download

Click Export call history to open Export contents. Select any combination of Call history, Recordings, and Transcripts, then choose Download ZIP. Recordings can make the download much larger. Active call-level and contact-property filters are included, so the export matches the narrowed list.
