Overview

On the enabled client, restricted SDRs see My campaigns for their assigned calling campaigns. The management instructions below apply only where your permissions expose those controls. The Platform page heading is Campaign. Campaign editing requires permission for the selected client. The default client SDR type can view campaigns and use permitted calling workflows, but cannot change campaign settings. Client logins read the Calling Context and Email Context, and your SalesHive team edits them. Treat the configuration instructions below as editor-only. Campaign Details is the workspace for campaign performance, contacts, the Calling Context (the one place for calling language), the Email Context the campaign agents write from, campaign settings, disposition overrides, and reporting. A side panel on the left groups the sections: Campaign (Overview, Contacts), Calling (Start calling, Practice, Calling context, Call reporting), Email (Email context, Email reporting), Agents (Email sender, Email responder, After call, and Nightly review for SalesHive staff) and Setup (Booking calendar for SalesHive staff, and Campaign settings). Self-serve workspaces have no campaign agents or calling, so their side panel shows only Overview, Contacts, Email sequence, Email reporting and Campaign settings. Their Overview reports email results instead of calls, and their Contacts section has no Dial This View or Call Selected button. Email Reporting has a Clicks & warm leads tab that opens on the people who clicked (with every click event one switch away) and a separate Opens tab, and known bots and scanners stay hidden by default in both. A Reporting period bar at the top of Overview (All time, 7, 30 or 90 days, or Custom dates) sets the window for every activity number there. On other campaigns, the Overview Calling funnel runs from dials to answered calls, human pickups, qualified conversations and meetings booked, with the three rates, average call, dial sessions and meetings booked beneath it. In Call Reporting, the historical Result editor offers current dialer outcomes, including Did Not Answer, Busy Signal, Wrong Number and Prospect Hung Up. Choosing NTRP moves the associated contact to Unqualified. Call-only outcomes do not overwrite contact status. Retired NTRP - Sent Info remains visible on older rows but cannot be selected for a new correction. Call Reporting preserves verified SDR and prospect roles, keeps honest diarization labels such as Speaker A when the role is unknown, and uses the selected client's canonical Deal name when the represented company is named in stored transcripts and summaries. The prospect's own company name stays protected. CSV imports first leave matching Trash and Archived contacts unchanged and offer Restore and Import after showing the matching count. Recovery preserves outreach restrictions, and active email lanes still require content, sender, signature, and sending-domain readiness. Campaign-specific custom disposition overrides can also turn on an employee-only read-only Follow-ups report for the latest matching call outcome without creating a task. In Contacts, campaign-specific Human-Likely Email Open and Human-Likely Link Click rules create a current campaign segment from events that are not marked as bots or likely scanners. The same search, statuses, property logic, saved view, and campaign activity rules drive the matching count, Dial This View, and contact CSV export. Automatic call ratings and coaching are retired for all viewers. Operational results, summaries, recordings and transcripts remain available. Expanded call Notes follow the final saved disposition. A correction realigns the operational note without erasing the separate AI analysis or SDR context. Dashboard Qualified Conversation Rate and Dial Session Talks use the client-performance conversation definition. Referral, Not Interested, and Unqualified now count because each establishes a useful next contact, a clear decision, or campaign fit. Blacklisted Contact, Domain Blocked, and Prospect Hung Up remain human pickups without increasing Qualified Conversations. Wrong-phone and unresponsive outcomes stay outside both measures.

How to use this page

  1. Open assigned campaign calls on the enabled client

In My campaigns, open an assigned campaign to search its contacts and review status. An active campaign offers Open auto-dialer. This opens the normal calling workflow without placing a call. If no campaign is assigned, ask your team lead to assign you in campaign settings. Saved calls remain in contact history.

  2. Recognize the assigned-campaign view

On the enabled task-workflow client, BDRs see assigned contacts and campaign status rather than campaign configuration. Use Search contacts, Previous and Next, and My campaigns. Active campaigns offer Open auto-dialer subject to calling checks. Management settings and import controls below are not available in this assigned-work view.

  3. Open and verify the campaign

Open Outbound > Campaigns, choose the client, select a campaign, and confirm the campaign name and status before changing settings. The header shows the campaign name, with a Playbook Campaign badge beside it on Playbook campaigns. Pick a section in the side panel on the left; one section shows at a time, and the side panel shows the contact count beside Contacts and On or Off beside each agent in the Agents group. The header stays at the top while a section scrolls. The arrow and Campaigns link at the top of the side panel return to the list. The More actions button (three dots) beside the Active or Paused switch holds Saved inbound meetings (SalesHive staff), Open Playbook (Playbook campaigns) and Duplicate, which copies a non-archived campaign into a new paused campaign without its contacts or outreach history. The Active or Paused switch requires campaign-management permission and is unavailable for completed campaigns.

  4. Review readiness and contacts

Use Overview for totals and activity. The Reporting period bar at the top sets the window for every activity number: All time (the default), 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or Custom, where you pick From and To dates and select Apply dates. Days follow Eastern time, and the period resets to All time when you reopen the campaign. The headline cards show Contacts (enrolled now), Calls (with talks), Emails (sent) and Meetings booked for that period. The line under each number gives the scope, and pointing at a card shows its full name. The Calls and Emails cards show a small trend line beside the number (point at it to see the count for one day, week or month); it is left out when there was no activity. Managed campaigns then show a Calling funnel and an Email results card for the period: a funnel from Sent to Clicked, Replied and Positive, each bar with its share of the step before, and beneath it Replies, Positive replies (or how many meetings were set by reply, when there are any), Emails clicked, Bounced (plus how many more were blocked) and Unsubscribed, each as a share of emails sent. The Activity chart, Call Outcomes and SDR Leaderboard follow the period too; the chart counts per day for up to about three months, per week up to two years, then per month. Contact Funnel and contact statuses always show the current picture. On Self-serve campaigns, Overview shows email results instead of calls: Delivered (emails sent minus bounces) sits beside Emails, then a row shows Opened, Replied, Bounced and Unsubscribed with each rate, and the Activity chart shows emails only. Contacts supports + Add Contacts (Add Individual or Import CSV), Search contacts, Filters, Load More, and Show all. Search by name, email, company or job title. For names, enter the first and last name together in either order; capitalization and extra spaces between name parts do not matter. Existing status and property filters still apply. Use Clear search on the search chip to remove only the search. In a Self-serve workspace Contacts has no Calls column (even from a saved column choice) and no Send to Files button, and Filters does not offer Sales Development Rep, Call Count or Days Since Last Call.

  5. Check recipient email holds

On Overview for a non-archived campaign, read Recipient email holds. Saved settings select Email Sender Agent or Scheduled outreach (legacy sequence), and the panel says when that lane is off. It checks up to 100 active enrollments, oldest first, excluding archived or trashed contacts. Read the three counts for known holds, incomplete evidence and no hold found. Each contact has at most one primary reason; when more contacts exist, these are sample counts, not campaign totals. Open Hold reasons and check details for the primary reason counts, snapshot time and limits of the check. Use Contacts to review held contacts and missing evidence. These are current saved-evidence checks, independent of the Reporting period.

  6. Run the Email Sender Agent

Open Email sender under Agents in the side panel (managed campaigns only); the side panel label shows On or Off. The Email Sender Agent card says it sends hourly on weekdays and has an On/Off switch. A line under it says what it does: it sends the campaign's first emails and the follow-ups in its sequence, while replies and follow-ups to potential meetings belong to the Email Responder. Switch it on and confirm to let the Email Sender Agent write and send this campaign's emails from the email context. If Paused for every campaign shows beside the switch, the agent is on for this campaign but its schedule is paused for all campaigns. Pills under the title show the campaign's customization level, its tone (No tone when none is picked) and Max per prospect, or No email context yet when there is none. Select Email context or Write email context to go to the Email Context section, where you change those settings. Mailboxes today lists each sender mailbox with Sent today and Daily limit (red, at limit, when full), and its header shows the emails left across them. Runs lists the Email Sender Agent runs that sent email for this campaign, newest first, with When, Mailbox, Emails here and Status (Running, Done or Failed), and its header totals this campaign's emails. The agent runs once per sender mailbox, across all of that mailbox's Email Sender Agent campaigns, so only runs that sent email for this campaign show here. Each run sends its share of the mailbox's room left today (at most 40), so sending spreads across the day and stops when the mailbox reaches its daily limit, which is never more than 150. Each mailbox sends one Email Sender Agent email every 2 to 4 minutes, so emails a run writes can go out a few minutes after it ends; they count as sent here once they go out. If every campaign a mailbox sends for has already used its own daily send limit, that mailbox gets no run until the next day. A mailbox with nobody due to email right now also gets no run that hour. Select a run's row to read its full chat in a panel on this page (see the next step). Archived campaigns show the switch read-only. The other agents' switches and runs are in the same Agents group (see the next step).

  7. Switch the other agents on or off and check their runs

Below Email sender, the Agents group in the side panel (managed campaigns only) lists Email responder, After call and, for SalesHive staff, Nightly review. Each section's header says when the agent runs and has an On/Off switch for this campaign, a line under it says what the agent does, and the side panel shows On or Off beside each one. All three are on by default. Switch one off and confirm to stop it on this campaign until you switch it back on. If Paused for every campaign shows, that agent's schedule is paused for all campaigns. Archived campaigns show the switches read-only. After call lists the After Conversation Agent's runs. It runs after each confirmed conversation, and once for a prospect nobody answered after every one of their numbers was dialed, when they are still uncontacted, have an email and were not emailed in the last three days. Hang-ups and wrong numbers never start it. Each row is one run, newest first: When, Contact (with the caller), Call result, Summary, Time (how long it took) and Status (Running, Queued, Done, Failed, Waiting, Stopped, Skipped, Not started in time or Could not start). Email responder lists the Email Responder's runs on this campaign's sender mailboxes, with When, Mailbox, Summary, Time and Status. It checks those mailboxes hourly, answers prospects who reply, and follows up with the campaign's potential meetings, calling-only campaigns included. A run on a shared mailbox can cover other campaigns' replies too. Nightly review lists the Nightly Campaign Review's runs with When, Summary, Time and Status; it reviews the campaign overnight when it had calls. Hover a row to read the whole summary. Select a row to open that run's chat in a panel on this page: its status, the brief folded under Brief, then the agent's messages and tool calls in order. SalesHive staff also get Open in Agents there to open the run on the Agents page. Press Escape, select the X or click outside the panel to close it. If your login cannot read that run, the panel says so. Each section shows 50 runs at a time; select Show older runs for more.

  8. Write the email context

Open Email Context (managed campaigns only). This one Markdown brief is what the Email Sender Agent and the After Conversation Agent write every campaign email from; there are no templates or sequences. Platform Only clients run their own campaigns and edit it like staff. Other client logins see it read-only: the settings, and the text as one card per filled section, show without the editor, Generate context and Save email context, with a note that your SalesHive team manages it and you can leave a note on it in your Playbook to request a change. Three settings sit on the editor's top row, left of the Sections / Markdown switch (read-only logins see them on their own row above the text). Pick Exact, Low, Medium or High in the Customization menu; each option's description shows in the menu, and hovering the menu shows the chosen one's. Pick Professional, Friendly, Casual or Direct in the Tone menu, or None to clear it; with no tone, emails keep the approved copy's own voice. On Exact a picked tone shapes only replies, and a note above the text says so. Then set Max emails per prospect (a whole number from 1 to 20; hover it to see what counts); it saves when you leave the box or press Enter. Customization and Tone save as soon as you pick. These settings save on their own, so an unsaved draft of the text stays as it is, and each change is recorded in Playbook History. In the text, use four section headings in this order: EMAIL CAMPAIGN (who you email, the sender, the offer, proof and the ask), EMAIL STEPS (each email in sending order with its timing, purpose and reference subject and body; a timing such as at least 6 days after Step 1 sets how long the Email Sender Agent waits before that step, and at least 6 days between steps sets it for every step), AFTER A CALL (the Asked for Info email and the follow-up after an unanswered call) and AVOID. How closely each email follows the copy comes only from the customization setting, so the old HOW CLOSELY TO FOLLOW THE COPY section is gone; an older context that still has it drops it on its next save, and the old text stays in change history. Edit it in four section cards, one per heading, with the same card toolbar and Markdown switch as the Calling Context, then select Save email context. The toolbar's Fields menu inserts a field filled in for each prospect when the email is sent, such as {FirstName}, {Company} or {Day}, or one of the client's contact custom fields as {CF:Field Name}. Saving keeps the text in the four-heading layout, sorting misplaced headings into place without changing your wording. To have it written for you, select Generate context (Regenerate context once text exists), add optional background and choose Generate and save. It saves your edits first, reads the calling context, the current email context, the email copy drafted in the Playbook and the campaign's saved email templates, a sample of enrolled contacts, Playmaker, the Playbook and client knowledge, then replaces the text, keeping the old text in history. Playbook or template copy counts as approved: each step carries over in order with its subject, body, A/B variants and merge tags. A new 4 to 5 step sequence is written only when there is no approved copy. Select Test emails to see the email a prospect would get: use Another prospect to change who it is for, pick a Step (First email, Follow-up 1 and so on), How customized and Tone (a dot marks each campaign setting; trying others here does not save them), then Write test email, Next prospect or Auto-play. The preview shows To, From and Subject, the body, and a Why this email note. It uses unsaved edits and never sends or queues. The counter shows length out of 50,000 characters, and saving is blocked over that limit. If the Email Sender Agent is not on yet, a note says to turn it on in Agents, meaning the Email sender section. If this text asks prospects for a different meeting length than the saved Calling Context, a note names both lengths and clears as you edit them to match. Client agents can also edit this text and keep the four headings. Their edit applies at once or waits in Approvals (labeled Campaign email context), depending on the Approve for me or Ask me setting, and the earlier text is kept in Playbook History.

  9. Import email copy from a file

In Email Context, select Upload file. Choose a PDF, Word (.docx), TXT or Markdown file up to 10 MB. Review and edit the extracted text, then select Add to draft. Email steps and labeled sections are added to their matching sections; other background goes into Email campaign. Existing draft text stays in place. Review the combined sections, then select Save email context. Uploading or adding text to the draft does not save it or send an email. Cancel closes the upload without adding its text.

  10. Pick the campaign's booking calendar (SalesHive team)

Open Booking calendar on a managed campaign as SalesHive staff. Keep Use the client default or select a calendar under Booking calendar for this campaign. An unproven calendar offers no times. A proven selected calendar with Agents may book on it off can offer times only when its booking access checks pass; a person must book. Calendly also stops agent time offers after a known security rejection or when its connected account lacks required booking access. Read the failed check before trying again. An active campaign or default calendar is not skipped because proof or access is missing. With neither active, agents use an eligible round robin calendar. Staff handoff is available only for verified managed-outreach clients; Platform Only clients use their own team. Use All booking calendars below to add or edit a calendar, choose the client default, find booking links or Test open times. Test after changing the setup. A successful availability or practice form check does not prove Calendly will accept a booking. Client logins cannot manage this section; ask your SalesHive team to configure it.

  11. Write a Self-serve email sequence

Self-serve campaigns only. Open Email sequence. Email setup check reviews saved setup, lists issues and links to the pages that fix them. Setup checks passed means no issues were found in saved setup; recipient eligibility, suppression, sending hours and remaining allowance are still checked before each send. It does not confirm that any email was sent. Select Check again to repeat the check, or Try again if the check was unavailable. The button is disabled while Checking setup appears. This check reads saved domain authentication results and does not refresh DNS; follow Open email accounts for incomplete or outdated domain records. If no sender has any sending allowance today, it explains that new mailboxes start at 10 emails a day and ramp up, and that a held or disconnected mailbox sends nothing. The Enable Email Campaign Emails switch turns this campaign's scheduled emails on or off; it does not pause the campaign, which is the Active / Paused switch. Open 1 Sending setup (Edit setup) to choose Sending accounts, Min Days Between, Daily Send Limit, the Unsubscribe footer, Send on Weekends and Sequence Instructions. Under 2 Write your emails, pick Write templates (your copy with contact fields), Personalize templates (your copy plus a relevant detail) or Write with AI (an email for each prospect). With templates, use + Add Step and open each email to edit it; each email has its own save control. Fields in the email editor also lists your Contact custom fields, and the preview fills in each contact's value. With Write with AI, choose a contact in Contact Email Preview and select Generate Preview to see their emails. Settings save automatically. Once emails are sending, Cadence Performance shows each step's totals and replies.

  12. See and filter the lists in this campaign

On Contacts, open Lists in this campaign above the toolbar. It shows each List Name on the campaign's active contacts with a contact count, largest first, plus the total lists and contacts. When there are more than eight lists, use Search lists to narrow them. Choose a list to show only its contacts: this opens Filters with a List Name rule for that list, replaces any other List Name rule, and keeps your other filters. The chosen list stays highlighted.

  13. Segment and act on campaign engagement

Open Contacts, select Filters, and add Human-Likely Email Open or Human-Likely Link Click from Campaign Activity. Choose Yes to keep enrolled contacts with at least one matching event in this campaign that is not marked as a bot or likely scanner. Choose No to keep contacts without one. Combine these rules with other fields through All (AND) or Any (OR). The panel stays open while you scroll or expand contacts to check results; select Apply or Filters to close it. Review the full-campaign matching count, then use Dial This View (not on Self-serve campaigns) or Export CSV to carry the same exact segment forward.

  14. Call or show a saved view

When the campaign has saved views, they appear as buttons in the Saved views row of the Start a Dial Session card on Start calling, directly under the Call buttons. With no contacts yet, Start calling shows No contacts to call yet and an Open contacts button instead. The first four show directly; the rest sit under More. Click a view to narrow both the contact list and the gold Call button, which then reads Call followed by the view name. Click the active view again, or its X icon, to turn it off. Select the adjust icon on the active view to jump to Contacts with Filters open and its rules loaded. If you change its rules, search or statuses, the view shows edited and the button returns to Call Filtered View. To create a view, build rules in Filters and choose Save new filter. Clear all in the Filtered row removes the search, rules and selected view. Your last view is not remembered when you return.

  15. Import contacts safely

Open Contacts, choose + Add Contacts, then Import CSV. Select the file, check the field mapping (common column names, including a HubSpot contacts export, are matched for you) and choose Continue. Map Sales Rep when needed: an exact SalesHive user name or email creates a user link; an unmatched client rep name stays as text. For a client with hotel-location matching enabled, map Hotel Name to Company, Phone to Company Phone, and City/State to Company City/State. Keep unknown person names and emails blank. Map Hotel Location ID when supplied, using the same ID for repeat records of one property. Without an ID, the import needs the hotel name, city and state to establish one. Review the rows and import choices before submitting. The result separates created, updated and enrolled counts from contacts already in this or another campaign, previously removed identities, unmatched owners, Archive matches and remaining Trash matches.

  16. Review import and enrollment choices

Review the CSV mapping and Move contacts already in another campaign into this one separately; that setting controls moving existing enrollment. The first import keeps matching Trash and Archived contacts unchanged and reports their count. Recovery requires the separate Restore and Import choice in the results.

  17. Review remaining Trash and Archived matches

If results show matching contacts in Trash or archived, Keep in Trash, Keep Archived, or Leave Them when both matched, closes the result without restoring them. Restore and Import retries only those matching CSV rows for this campaign with the same settings, and a contact archived before Trash comes fully back. It does not repeat successful rows or restore unrelated contacts. Restored counts do not by themselves prove campaign enrollment or readiness to call or email.

  18. Find the campaign settings

Campaign settings holds the SDR, SDR inbox, Campaign Name, Recycle Days, Call Timeout, Max Dials Per Contact, Booking Instructions Override, AI Responder Reference Documents, Teleprompter (platform-only clients only), Call Recording, Call Consent Disclosure, Email Validation, Email Sending (managed campaigns only), Unsubscribe (Self-serve only), Engagement Tracking, the campaign signature and Override client disposition templates. Calling Context holds the campaign's calling language. In Email Sending, SalesHive staff tick the Sending accounts the Email Sender Agent sends from (each change saves right away, and Apply to all campaigns copies the same mailboxes to every non-archived campaign for the client), and set Daily send limit (blank means only each mailbox's own limit), the Unsubscribe footer, Send on weekends and Show the inbox unsubscribe button, which save on their own like the other settings. Email sender (under Agents) turns the Email Sender Agent on or off, and Email Context holds the brief both agents write emails from. On a Self-serve campaign, Campaign settings leaves out the calling and SDR controls (SDR, SDR inbox, Recycle Days, Call Timeout, Max Dials Per Contact, Teleprompter, Call Recording, Call Consent Disclosure and Override client disposition templates) and adds Campaign context: what you sell, who it is for and why they should care. The AI reads it when it writes and personalizes the emails in the sequence, and it saves on its own like the other settings.

  19. Choose the campaign SDR inbox

On campaigns with an SDR field, assign the SDR first and wait for that change to save. Under SDR inbox, click an email address in the visible list. Check the After saving preview, then select Save inbox assignment. After the Saved message appears, refresh the inbox to see the campaign label. Automatic uses the only eligible mailbox; if several qualify, choose an address explicitly. Refresh assignment reloads the saved choice after an SDR change or a save conflict. Labels appear while the campaign is active or paused. This choice does not change email sending or move messages.

  20. Choose the inbox unsubscribe setting

If you can edit this campaign, open Campaign settings. On a managed campaign, find Show the inbox unsubscribe button in Email Sending; on a Self-serve campaign, find Enable inbox unsubscribe button under Unsubscribe. Either one allows supported inboxes to show Unsubscribe beside the sender. It starts off, applies to every email this campaign sends and is separate from the Unsubscribe footer. Changes save automatically; confirm Settings saved and resolve any save error. Turning it on makes the option available to the inbox, which decides whether to display it.

  21. Review email analytics

Open Email Reporting > Email Analytics. Replies count campaign-attributed human inbound messages, while automated and system classifications are excluded. Human-likely opens exclude known bots and likely scanners. Image-proxy opens remain included in the directional open measure and are also broken out separately, so an open is not proof of inbox placement or a person reading. The Replies card splits replies by outcome (positive, meetings set, not interested), and a Bounced card shows hard bounces and the bounce rate, plus how many more emails were blocked or rejected and how many recipients unsubscribed after an email. The step tables add a Bounced column. Export CSV uses the current reporting filters and adds rows for reply outcomes, bounces, other delivery failures and unsubscribes, plus Bounced and Bounce rate columns for each step. The Clicks card shows every human click and, under it, the share of emails that got at least one click. The step and template tables show Clicks and a Click rate column on that same rule, so the rate stays at or under 100%; the CSV adds an Emails clicked column. When there are human clicks, the Clicks card has a See who clicked button that opens Clicks & warm leads. The step tables label each send in the Sequence column: Email Sender Agent for the Email Sender Agent's campaign emails, Potential Follow-up for follow-ups to Interested and Asked for Info prospects, which the Email Responder sends (earlier ones came from the Email Sender Agent; Step is the follow-up number) and After Call Agent for emails the After Conversation Agent sends. Rows with no step number read No step under Per email step. On managed campaigns the Sent by filter at the top offers All, Email Sender Agent, Potential Follow-up, After Call Agent, Post-Call and Auto-Cadence, and the summary cards split a count by sender (for example 60 Email Sender Agent and 40 After Call Agent) when at least two sender types sent email. Self-serve campaigns have no Sent by filter, and their CSV leaves out the Sender filter line. To request an all-time or dated CSV by email step, including archived campaigns, ask your project on Agents. Sign in with the correct client selected to open its campaign download link.

  22. Browse sent emails

Open Email Reporting > Email History. The tab label shows how many emails this campaign has sent. Search by contact, company, address, subject or sender, and select a row to open the sent-email preview. On a campaign with more than 2,000 sends, the list loads when you open the tab and shows Loading while it does; if it fails, select Try again. SalesHive employees also see an Agent run link under the sender on emails an agent sent (the Email Sender Agent or the After Conversation Agent); select it to open the run that sent that email. The message preview removes SalesHive open-tracking images, changes SalesHive tracked links to direct destinations and disables unsubscribe links in the body. Embedded images are omitted; a notice explains when they are detected. The stored and delivered email stay unchanged. If the full body has not synced, the window shows the saved snippet and a notice instead.

  23. Find warm leads who clicked

Open Email Reporting > Clicks & warm leads (or select a campaign’s Clicks number on the Campaigns list). It opens on People: cards for Clicks, Click rate (how many emails got a click, out of those sent), People who clicked and Clicked 2+ times, then one row per person with clicks, emails clicked, last click, last link and contact status. The list starts on Clicked 2+ times when anyone qualifies, since those are usually the warmest to call; switch to Everyone who clicked to see the rest. Search by name, company or email, narrow by date or sender, and select a name to open the contact. Select Download warm leads (or Download list) to save the people shown as a CSV.

  24. Inspect individual open events

Open Email Reporting > Opens to review collected open events separately from Clicks & warm leads. The default view hides known bots and scanners. Use Include bots & scanners when you need the raw stream, narrow the list to one sender type with Sent by (not shown on Self-serve campaigns), and apply the date fields. Each row shows time since send, contact, step (with the sender type under it, such as Email Sender Agent), source, location, device, IP, and classification. Open tracking is on by default for new campaigns, but changing the setting affects future sends and cannot recreate missing historical events.

  25. Set a campaign-specific custom outcome

In Campaign settings, turn on Override client disposition templates when this campaign needs rules that replace the client defaults. Expand or add a custom disposition, then combine a contact status action, campaign move, domain blacklist, connection reporting, Follow-ups reporting, Slack notification, and follow-up email as needed. Show as a Follow-Ups reporting tab is off by default and applies only to this campaign's effective override.

  26. Blacklist a domain from a custom disposition

Turn on Add domain to blacklist and save the templates. When an SDR later confirms that custom disposition on a call, SalesHive extracts the domain from the selected contact's email and adds it to this client's domain blacklist. The setting is off by default and does not change earlier call logs or contacts.

  27. Review call reporting

Use Call Reporting for results and Dial Sessions. Calls lists the newest 200 calls first; choose Show more under the table to add the next 200, and Search, Result and the date filters still cover every call. Rows in Calls and Dial Sessions stay on one line, so scroll the table sideways for more columns. In Dial Sessions, use the Dates boxes on the left (Clear resets them) to narrow sessions by start date, and the On call now button on the right to show only sessions on a live call; it turns orange and reads Showing on call now. Click a session row to open its calls and emails, which use the same compact rows, one-row player and colored result labels as Calls. Each call row plays its recording in a one-row player (-10, play, +10, seek bar, time, speed and download) and shows the call time as a short date such as Oct 6, 7:22 AM. In Calls, use the Result dropdown to correct a historical disposition. The menu includes Did Not Answer, Busy Signal, Wrong Number, Prospect Hung Up and current conversation outcomes. Choose NTRP to keep that result on the call and move the associated contact to Unqualified. Retired NTRP - Sent Info remains visible as the current value on older rows but is not a new choice. Directed to Corporate records an explicit redirect to the company corporate office or central team. Across all clients, it also moves an eligible active contact to Not Decision Maker and removes that person from regular calling. Existing meetings, removals and blacklists stay unchanged; other contacts at the company stay available. Wrong Number and Invalid Number also remove the dialed number from calling when that saved number has not changed. A corrected result also realigns the expanded Notes text so it follows the final disposition instead of a contradictory AI summary. Separate AI analysis and SDR context remain stored as their own evidence. Authorized supervisors can use Shadow, Guide, or Join In. Score, Rating and automatic Coaching are no longer displayed for any viewer. Operational results, summaries, recordings and transcripts remain available. In the live supervisor window, a saved active-session pause shows Session paused with its elapsed pause duration. This is separate from the call or audio-connection state and updates as the session is checked. For All results: Focus the selector and press Up or Down to open it. If a search field appears, type to narrow the choices, then press Up or Down to enter the options. Use Up/Down to move, Home/End to jump to the first/last option, and Enter or Space to choose. Escape closes only the menu without changing the value and returns focus to its button. Tab closes the menu and moves on.

  28. Review a finalized call note

Expand a call in Call Reporting and read Notes for the final operational explanation. An unchanged analyzed outcome can keep its AI summary and optional SDR context. A corrected outcome follows the saved disposition and uses SDR context when available, so the final note does not contradict the result. Separate operational summary, transcript and analysis evidence retain their access rules. Automatic coaching and ratings are no longer displayed.

  29. Read transcript speaker labels

Open Call Reporting > Calls and expand a call. Live role-aware transcripts show SDR and PROSPECT. Historical or inbound transcripts may retain neutral labels such as SPEAKER A when the role is unknown. Stored transcripts and summaries preserve the represented client name while protecting the prospect company name. New outbound calls use the saved live Dialer transcript only. SalesHive does not create another transcript from the recording, even if live capture is missing. An available recording can still be played. Existing historical transcripts and their speaker labels remain available.

  30. Read campaign calling outcomes

Not shown on Self-serve campaigns. Open Overview, choose a Reporting period, and read the Calling funnel from top to bottom: Dials, Answered, Human pickups, Conversations and Meetings booked, each bar with its share of the step before. Overall answer rate, beneath the funnel, counts answered calls, including voicemail and phone systems. Human or Target Pickup Rate requires pickup evidence, and Qualified Conversation Rate uses the client-performance outcome set. Referral, Not Interested, and Unqualified increase Qualified Conversations. Blacklisted Contact, Domain Blocked, and Prospect Hung Up can prove a human pickup without increasing Qualified Conversations. Wrong-phone and unresponsive outcomes increase neither measure. Dial Session Talks and average call duration use the Qualified Conversation set.

  31. Report a campaign-specific custom outcome

After Override client disposition templates is on, expand the custom outcome and select Show as a Follow-Ups reporting tab. Save templates. Authorized employees receive a read-only Follow-ups tab when this campaign's override is the effective configuration. A contact appears only while the outcome is its latest completed call. No callback, Pending action, Calendar entry, or Dialer task is created.

  32. Read native campaign call metrics

Overview call counts and rates use native CRM dialer rows. Call history copied from the old platform remains available in Calls for audit, but it is excluded from CRM dial totals, talk rates, average call duration, and the 30-day call activity chart. Imported rows with no source result are labeled Legacy (no disposition), and unmatched legacy results are labeled Legacy (other), so missing evidence is not presented as a real campaign outcome.

  33. Set a signature for this campaign

Open Campaign settings and enable Override client email signature. Edit the signature, then select Save signature. It applies to this campaign's emails, including meeting confirmations and hand-offs. Sender fields use the sending mailbox; company fields still use the client account. To represent a different company, replace its name, website, and logo directly. Turn the override off and select Save signature to return to the client default. Other campaigns keep their own settings. Paste, upload or drop in a logo. Select the image and drag its bottom-right handle to resize it, or drag the image itself to move it within the signature. Select Save signature to keep the changes. On the enabled owner-based client, a configured owner default signature takes precedence for owner-based outreach; the campaign or client signature remains the fallback.

  34. Export individual open or click events

Open Email Reporting > Opens, or Clicks & warm leads and then Every click. Choose the date range, Sent by, and whether to Include bots & scanners, then select Export CSV. The download includes every event matching those filters across all result pages, with contact name, contact and recipient emails, company, UTC time, URL, cadence step, variant, sequence, and classification. Repeated events from one contact remain separate rows. If loading fails, SalesHive reports an error instead of downloading a partial report.

  35. Practice the campaign

Open Practice under Calling in the side panel (managed campaigns only). Pick Call a phone (your browser rings any number and whoever answers plays the prospect), Simulator (an AI answers as the prospect) or Send a link (someone joins from their browser and sees your teleprompter), then choose Start. The practice call page opens with that way already picked. Practice never dials prospects and never counts in campaign stats, and a paused campaign stays off. Below the options, the Practice your calls card appears when assigned call practice is available: choose Launch simulator. An eligible Ready or In progress assignment opens directly only when its reviewed pack matches this campaign script. An actively assigned SDR with live staffing can also launch from a published, reviewed, complete practice pack that matches the campaign, even without an existing assignment. If setup or script review is required, ask your manager to prepare or update the pack. Saved practice calls at the bottom lists this campaign's recorded practice calls.

  36. End a stuck session when recovery is available

Authorized SDR Managers, Hiring and Training Managers, Admins and Executives can use this control within existing client and team access when recovery is available. Read-only strategist access does not grant it. Close the SDR dialer first. In Supervise or the available recovery review, enter a reason of 5 to 500 characters, select Force End Session, and review the Force end session confirmation. This can close a session with unfinished results or follow-up work, while preserving saved calls, notes, meetings and email records for later review. It does not guess outcomes, send emails or complete unfinished work. Calls and any recorded phone conference must be verified ended. Recent browser or work activity, missing evidence, changed session data or unverifiable calls keep the session open. Follow the displayed explanation and request support review when needed. Wait for confirmed closure, then refresh the EOD report. Recorded disconnect and later meaningful activity determine the recovered end time where available; pause accounting is preserved. Existing screenshots may show earlier recovery labels.

  37. Manage permitted disposition overrides

On the enabled task-workflow client, authorized team leads can edit non-meeting disposition copy, labels and attachments across the supported standard non-meeting disposition emails when this campaign's overrides are enabled. Meeting and existing custom copy edits preserve routing and actions. BDRs cannot edit these templates.

  38. Check campaign signature image sizes

For authorized editors, Image sizes offers 200px, 320px, 450px and 600px presets, Original after the image loads, and Custom width. Enter a custom width and press Enter or leave the field. Proportions stay locked. Larger images are allowed. Show narrow preview displays a 320px content area for checking readability and sideways scrolling; email apps may render differently. Review any warnings, then select Save signature to retain edits. An automatic Company logo without an explicit saved size starts at 200px wide. Image sizes exposes that logo for adjustment; existing explicit sizes are retained. Save signature remains required. In sent and test emails, the uploaded company logo is trimmed of blank borders and shown within 200 by 48 pixels, whatever size is set here. The saved logo file does not change.

  39. Edit the Calling Context

Open Calling context in the side panel (managed campaigns only). This one editor, headed Campaign calling context, is the campaign's calling reference: four sections in this order: CALL SCRIPT (opener, pitch, questions and close), OBJECTION HANDLING, COMPANY INFORMATION, then ADDITIONAL INFORMATION for your team's own notes. Callers and the teleprompter use only this text. Platform Only clients run their own campaigns and edit it like staff. Other client logins see it read-only, as one card per filled section, without the editor, Generate context and Save context, with a note that your SalesHive team manages it and you can leave a note on it in your Playbook to request a change. On the editor's top row, left of the Sections / Markdown switch, pick Low, Medium or High in the Customization menu; each option's description shows in the menu. It sets how closely the teleprompter follows the written lines on the dialer. Your pick saves right away on its own, without touching an unsaved draft, and is recorded in Playbook History; read-only logins see it but cannot change it. Edit it section by section: each of the four sections has its own numbered card with a note on what belongs there and a character count (select a card's header to collapse or expand it), and each card's toolbar has Part heading, Bold, Italic, Bulleted list and Numbered list, plus a Fields menu at the right that inserts a contact, company or caller field, or a contact custom field as {CF:Field Name}, filled in for each prospect on the call. Choose Markdown at the right of that row to see and edit the exact saved text, or Sections to go back to the cards; this browser remembers your choice. Then choose Save context. It is still one Markdown document, kept in the four-section layout when saved, so callers, agents and the teleprompter read the same words. When an agent edits it, it writes the same Markdown headings. The counter shows text length out of 20,000 characters and turns red over the limit, when Save context is unavailable. Generate context or Regenerate context opens the Generate campaign calling context dialog with an optional Background for this generation box. Generate and save saves your edits first, reviews the current context and its call script, the campaign name, the Email Context and email copy, an enrolled-contact sample, Playmaker, Playbooks, client knowledge and the official website, then saves the reviewed replacement in the same four sections, with section and part headings. Generation keeps approved call script wording except voicemail material, requested changes and corrections to conflicting approved facts. It omits voicemail sections, scripts and instructions even when older copy or the generation background includes them. Your Additional information section is kept exactly as written. A manual Save context does not remove existing voicemail text. Generation can take a few minutes; review every fact afterward. The replaced text is kept in change history, whether you generate or use Save context. Opening the section alone does not generate context. Select Test teleprompter to try the context before a real call: pick a Tone, a Customization level (the dot marks the campaign setting; trying another level here does not save it) and a Conversation mode (Each question fresh or Keep the call going), then select a question under Written for this campaign or Every cold call, or use Random question, Next, Auto-play or your own line. New questions writes a fresh set and Reset starts over. It uses unsaved edits too and never dials. To roleplay a call, use Practice under Calling in the side panel. For editors, if a note says the call script, email copy or campaign Playbook changed after this context was written, regenerate it, edit and save it, or choose Context is still accurate once you have checked it. In every other section, the same note appears under the header with a Review context button that opens Calling context. A separate note appears when this text and the saved Email Context ask prospects for different meeting lengths, for example a 20 minute call here and 15 minutes in the email context. It rechecks as you type and clears once the two share a length; Context is still accurate does not clear it.

  40. Open a sales demo simulator

On a generated Sales demo campaign, authorized internal users see Call Simulator Contacts. Review the generated Calling Context (call script first), company facts and any research warning, then open the separate demo workspace. Choose a fictional buyer and answer mode there. Opening the link does not start the call. Ordinary campaigns retain their existing Dialer controls.

  41. Test the saved campaign signature

Authorized editors can open Campaign settings, then Test signature. Save signature changes first. Choose a sending mailbox and confirm Send test to, which starts with your own email address. Send test email sends a real message using the saved effective campaign signature and selected mailbox details. It does not change campaign settings. Check the inbox result, including sender details, logo and links. Text fonts follow the sample message and may differ from a campaign email. If mailboxes fail to load, close and reopen the test controls. SDRs cannot send signature tests.

  42. Configure campaign disposition Ccs

In the campaign disposition email settings, enable campaign overrides when authorized and expand the required template. Enter valid comma-separated addresses in Extra Cc (optional), then save the disposition settings. Standard follow-ups and meeting confirmations support this field; custom templates show it when subject or body content exists. These recipients are copied when an SDR sends the template from Email caller on an inbound call. The After Conversation Agent's emails do not add these Ccs. Check recipients before saving.

  43. Select all matching campaign contacts

Use Select all matching contacts to collect the entire filtered result, including unloaded pages. Wait for Selecting all matching contacts to finish and check the selected count. Changing filters clears the selection. Move to Campaign and Remove process large selections in batches. If work stops, read the confirmed count: contacts without a confirmed result remain selected. Review the remaining selection and current records before retrying. Selecting alone changes no contact.

What the buttons do

Email sender
Side panel section under Agents, labeled On or Off. Holds the Email Sender Agent's On/Off switch for this campaign, a line saying what it sends, pills for its customization level, tone and most emails per prospect, the Email context or Write email context button, Mailboxes today (sent today and daily limit for each sender mailbox) and Runs, the runs that sent this campaign's email (each run works one mailbox across all of that mailbox's Email Sender Agent campaigns). Select a run to read its chat in a panel on the page. Not shown on Self-serve campaigns.
After call
Side panel section under Agents on managed campaigns, labeled On or Off. Its header has the After Conversation Agent's On/Off switch for this campaign (on by default). Below it, the agent's runs for this campaign, newest first, with the contact, caller, call result, summary, time taken and status. Select a row to open the run's chat in a panel on the page. Show older runs loads 50 more.
Email responder
Side panel section under Agents on managed campaigns, labeled On or Off. Its header has the Email Responder's On/Off switch for this campaign (on by default; off leaves replies from this campaign's prospects for the team and stops follow-up emails to its potential meetings), with a line under it saying what the agent does. Below it, the responder's runs on this campaign's sender mailboxes, with the mailbox, summary, time taken and status. Select a row to open the run's chat in a panel on the page. Show older runs loads 50 more.
Nightly review
Side panel section under Agents, SalesHive staff only, labeled On or Off. Its header says when the review runs and has the Nightly Campaign Review's On/Off switch for this campaign (on by default; off leaves the campaign out of the overnight review). Below it, the review's runs for this campaign with the summary, time taken and status. Select a row to open the run's chat in a panel on the page. Show older runs loads 50 more.
Run chat panel
Opens on the right when you select a run in any Agents section. Shows the run's status, the brief folded under Brief, and the agent's messages and tool calls. Open in Agents (SalesHive staff) opens the run on the Agents page; the X, Escape or a click outside closes the panel.
Email context
The campaign's one email brief, edited like the Calling Context, with three settings on the editor's top row, beside the Sections / Markdown switch: Customization (Exact, Low, Medium or High), Tone (Professional, Friendly, Casual, Direct or None) and Max emails per prospect. Save email context keeps your text edits; the settings save on their own. Generate context or Regenerate context writes it for you, and Test emails opens the Email test drive. Reload saved email context appears if loading or saving fails. The Playbook shows this same brief in two sections: Email Context for campaign copy and settings, and Call Follow-up Emails for After a call copy. Its Save email changes button saves both panels together. Client logins see the text and settings read-only, except Platform Only clients, who edit them. Not shown on Self-serve campaigns.
Booking calendar
Picks the calendar the Email Sender Agent, After Conversation Agent and Email Responder use for this campaign's open times and bookings, or the client default, and lists all of the client's booking calendars. SDRs also see this calendar, its booking link and next open times on the Campaign Dialer's Meeting Instructions tab. Not shown on Self-serve campaigns. Managed by SalesHive staff.
Email sequence
Self-serve campaigns only. Sets up sending, the scheduled email steps and a contact preview. The ?tab=cadence link opens it; on managed campaigns that link opens Overview. Email setup check reports saved setup issues. Check again repeats that read-only check; Try again retries an unavailable check. Neither button activates the campaign or sends an email.
Email Sending (Campaign settings)
Managed campaigns only. Sending accounts (the mailboxes the Email Sender Agent sends from, with a selected count, Select all or Clear all, Search mailboxes once there are eight or more, and Apply to all campaigns), Daily send limit, Unsubscribe footer, Send on weekends (when off, emails wait for Monday, Eastern time) and Show the inbox unsubscribe button. Mailbox checkboxes are for SalesHive staff.
Campaign context (Campaign settings)
Self-serve campaigns only. A short description of your offer and buyers that the AI uses to write and personalize every email in the sequence. Saves on its own.
Email Reporting / Email Analytics
Shows campaign-only sends, human replies with their outcomes, human clicks, directional human-likely opens (with image proxies and scanners broken out), bounces, other delivery failures and unsubscribes.
Clicks & warm leads
Email Reporting tab for campaign clicks. People lists one row per person who clicked; Every click shows each click event with date, Include bots & scanners and (on managed campaigns) Sent by filters (Email Sender Agent, Potential Follow-up, After Call Agent, Post-Call or Auto-Cadence).
Opens
Shows campaign open events separately from Clicks & warm leads with the same date, bot or scanner, and (on managed campaigns) Sent by controls.
People / Every click
Switches Clicks & warm leads between the per-person list and the per-click event log.
Clicked 2+ times / Everyone who clicked
Chooses who the People list shows. The matching summary cards do the same. Clicked 2+ times is the default when anyone has clicked twice.
Include bots (People)
Adds bot and scanner clicks to the People list and its counts. Clear filters resets the dates, sender and this box.
Download warm leads / Download list
Downloads the people currently shown (after search and filters) as a CSV with name, email, title, company, clicks, emails clicked, warm lead, first and last click (UTC), last link and status.
See who clicked
Appears on the Email Analytics Clicks card when there are human clicks. Opens Clicks & warm leads.
Include bots & scanners
Adds known automated engagement to the Clicks or Opens event stream for raw review.
Export CSV
Exports the current campaign email reporting view.
Override client disposition templates
Uses campaign-specific disposition actions and copy instead of the client defaults.
Add domain to blacklist
For a custom disposition, adds the selected contact's email domain to this client's domain blacklist when a future call is saved.
Add custom disposition
Creates a campaign-specific call outcome with optional status, campaign move, domain blacklist, reporting, Slack, and email actions.
Save templates
Saves the campaign-specific disposition override.
Load More / Show all
Load More fetches the next batch of matching contacts. Show all expands the table past the first loaded rows.
+ Add Contacts
Opens Add Individual, Import CSV, and Test Contacts for this campaign.
Import CSV
Opens CSV upload, mapping and final review. The first import leaves matching Trash and Archived contacts unchanged and reports the count before offering a separate recovery choice.
Keep in Trash or Keep Archived
Closes the result without restoring the matching contacts. The label follows what matched: Keep in Trash, Keep Archived, or Leave Them when both did. Other completed import work stays saved.
Restore and Import
Restores and retries only the CSV rows that matched Trash or Archived, using the same settings and existing recovery checks. Results then show Restored from Trash and Restored from Archived counts.
Result
Corrects a saved call disposition using current dialer outcomes, including Did Not Answer, Busy Signal, Wrong Number and Prospect Hung Up. Retired results remain visible on older calls but are not new choices. NTRP moves the contact to Unqualified; other call-only outcomes normally leave contact status unchanged. A third qualifying Prospect Hung Up sets No Interest. For SDRs on a booked contact, an objection or No Longer at Company cancels an upcoming meeting, and a result that would otherwise drop the meeting is refused with a message, leaving the call and contact unchanged.
Show as a Follow-Ups reporting tab
For a campaign custom disposition override, exposes the latest matching call outcome in an employee-only read-only Follow-ups tab.
Filters
Opens the inline Filters panel for building campaign contact segments, including Human-Likely Email Open, Human-Likely Link Click, Days Since Last Call and List Name rules. On this page List Name is a pick-list of the campaign's lists (Is any of or Is none of), and Contains or Does not contain still match partial names. The panel stays open while you scroll, expand contacts or click elsewhere; select Filters again or Apply to close it. Self-serve workspaces are not offered Sales Development Rep, Call Count or Days Since Last Call.
Send to Files
On the Contacts tab when the campaign has contacts. Copies the campaign's live contact roster to the client Files tab as a CSV named after the campaign plus agent roster, so agents can review it. Not shown in a self-serve workspace.
Lists in this campaign
Expandable panel on Contacts listing each List Name on the campaign's active contacts with its count. Select a list to filter the table to it.
Saved views
One-click buttons directly under the Call buttons in the Start a Dial Session card on Start calling for this campaign's saved views, with extras under More. Click to apply a view to the contact list and the gold Call button, click the active view or its X icon to turn it off, or use its adjust icon to open Filters on Contacts with those rules.
Dial This View
Opens the Campaign Dialer with the full current search, status, and property segment. The Dialer rechecks the campaign rules and all normal calling safeguards. Not shown on Self-serve campaigns, where calling is not on the plan; Call Selected is hidden there too.
Contacts Export CSV
Downloads the full current campaign contact segment, including campaign-specific engagement rules, rather than only the visible page. On Self-serve campaigns the field picker leaves out Sales Development Rep ID, Calls, Current Campaign Last Call and the Legacy Mongo meeting fields.
Override client email signature
Enables an editable signature for this campaign. Select Save signature to apply the change.
Save signature
Saves the campaign override, or restores the client default when the override is off.
Every click / Opens Export CSV
Downloads all filtered engagement events with contact details, including results beyond the visible page.
Launch simulator
Opens a matching current practice assignment, or prepares one from an eligible reviewed pack for an actively assigned SDR with live staffing. Opening simulator... means wait for the request to finish.
Inbox unsubscribe button
Show the inbox unsubscribe button (Campaign settings > Email Sending) on managed campaigns, or Enable inbox unsubscribe button (Campaign settings > Unsubscribe) on Self-serve. Default-off choice that allows a supported inbox to show Unsubscribe beside the sender for this campaign's emails. Saves automatically and does not change the footer.
Force End Session
For authorized internal managers, opens explicit confirmation to close a disconnected session after call-ending checks. A reason is required. Saved and unfinished work is preserved for review.
Image sizes
Adjusts each available image using a preset, Original or Custom width. Save the signature afterward.
Show narrow preview / Hide narrow preview
Shows or hides a 320px content preview without sending email.
Save context
Saves the Calling Context. Unavailable while nothing has changed or the text is over 20,000 characters. Generation background is entered in the generation dialog.
History / Hide history
Sits in the header of the Calling Context and the Email Context, and works the same in both. It swaps the editor for a list of every saved version, newest first, 25 at a time (Show older changes loads more). Each change shows who made it: Edited by a person, Generated by the person who pressed Generate, Restored by, a SalesHive update, or an Agent. An agent's change names the agent, who approved it and the Reason the agent gave; select the agent's name to open its chat beside the page. Show changes lists the lines added and removed, with unchanged lines folded. People who can edit the context also get Put this version in the editor, which loads that version into the editor without saving; review it, then save to keep it. Hide history returns to the editor. Client logins can open it read-only.
Section cards and Sections / Markdown
The Calling Context and Email Context show one numbered card per section; select a card's header to collapse or expand it. Each card's toolbar has Part heading, Bold, Italic, Bulleted list and Numbered list. Part headings show in the brand orange, as they do in the Dialer. In Sections view, Call script and Objection handling distinguish words to say from guidance in square brackets. Keep coaching instructions in brackets, such as [Pause for an answer]. Bracketed notes are shaded; a note on its own line also shows a Note label. Both script and notes remain editable. The styling does not change the saved text, and Markdown shows the brackets as plain text. The Sections / Markdown switch sits at the right of the editor's top row, with the context's settings at the left. Markdown shows the exact saved text for direct edits, with a line listing the section headings in order, and Sections returns to the cards. Both edit one Markdown document, which agents and the teleprompter read as plain text.
Generate context / Regenerate context
Hidden for read-only client logins. Opens generation for the selected context. For Calling Context, Generate and save puts the call script first, omits voicemail material and preserves Additional information. For Email Context, it saves current edits first, then regenerates the shared email brief, including After a call, with the previous text kept in History.
Test teleprompter / Test emails
Open the Teleprompter test drive from Calling Context or the Email test drive from Email Context in a window. Each test is for one prospect, shown on a card with their title, company, industry, location and size. Enrolled contacts come first, marked In this campaign; with fewer than three enrolled, fictional prospects built from the client's targeting fill in, marked Target-market sample with a note on why they fit. Both try your current text, including unsaved edits, and never dial, send or queue anything. Available to people who can manage campaigns.
Teleprompter on / Teleprompter off
In Campaign settings, shown only for platform-only clients and never on Self-serve campaigns. Turns the live Teleprompter on or off for this campaign's calls. When off, the Dialer shows only the campaign's calling context, with no suggested replies. It saves on its own like the other settings. Other campaigns always keep the Teleprompter on, and a saved off stops applying if the client is no longer platform-only.
Reload saved context
Reload the latest saved version after an error or conflicting edit. Copy any local text you need before reloading.
Context is still accurate
Shown to people who can edit the context. Appears in the out-of-date context note on Calling Context. Records that you reviewed the saved context and clears the note without changing the text. Save or discard unsaved edits first.
Review context
Appears in a note under the campaign header, shown when the Calling Context may be out of date or when the Calling Context and Email Context ask for different meeting lengths, and opens Calling context. Not shown to client logins that read the context only, or on Self-serve campaigns.
Start calling
Side panel section on managed campaigns. Holds the Start a Dial Session card: the Call buttons, saved views, one line of queue facts and the Active and Inactive status tables. The line shows how many contacts are ready now (the same number as the main Call button) and how many active contacts are cooling down under the recycle window, with its length. With no search or filters on, it also shows how many companies the ready contacts span (point at it to see how many have no company data), and a warning on the right when one company, or contacts with no company data, make up more than half of the queue. When every active contact is waiting on the recycle window, it reads Nothing callable until the recycle window reopens. Not shown on Self-serve campaigns.
Practice
Side panel section under Calling on managed campaigns. Offers Call a phone, Simulator and Send a link, each opening the practice call page with that way picked, plus the Practice your calls card and Saved practice calls. Not shown on Self-serve campaigns.
More actions
The three dots button beside the Active or Paused switch. Opens Saved inbound meetings (SalesHive staff), Open Playbook (Playbook campaigns) and Duplicate (non-archived campaigns).
Back to campaigns
The arrow and Campaigns link at the top of the side panel. Returns to the Campaigns list.
Open Playbook
In the More actions menu (three dots) when this is a Playbook campaign. Opens the selected client Playbook.
Duplicate
In the More actions menu (three dots) on a non-archived campaign. Creates a paused copy of a non-archived campaign without its contacts or outreach history. The copy keeps the templates, Calling Context, email context, email customization level and tone, Max emails per prospect, Teleprompter on or off, booking calendar and Max Dials Per Contact. The Email Sender Agent switch starts off on the copy.
Active / Paused
Activates or pauses the campaign for authorized campaign managers. Completed campaigns cannot be toggled. Activation can require sending-address confirmation before the status changes.
Confirm and activate / Confirm and save
Applies the requested activation or sender change after you review the displayed client, campaigns and sending addresses.
Go back
Cancels the sending-address confirmation without applying the requested change.
Call Simulator Contacts
Opens the staff-only sales demo workspace for a generated demo campaign.
Call Asked for Info
Shows in the Start a Dial Session card on Start calling when the campaign has contacts marked Asked for Info. The number is how many of them you can call right now under the campaign safeguards, such as the recycle window, blocks, max dials and contacts already in another session. Click it to open the dialer with only those contacts. It is greyed out when none are callable yet. Call All Active always leaves Asked for Info contacts out.
Test signature / Send test email
Opens campaign signature test controls, then explicitly sends a real email using the saved signature. Unsaved signature changes must be saved first.
Reconnect (mailbox notice)
Self-serve only. Shows beside each disconnected mailbox in the Reconnect your mailbox notice and opens Email accounts, where you sign in to that mailbox again.
Show more (Call Reporting > Calls)
Appears under the Calls table when more calls match than are shown, next to Showing X of Y calls. Each click adds up to 200 older calls. Changing the search, Result or date filters starts again from the newest 200.
Reporting period
Bar at the top of Overview. Choose All time, 7 days, 30 days or 90 days, or select Custom to pick From and To dates (up to today) and select Apply dates. Every activity number, funnel and chart on Overview follows it; Cancel closes the date picker without changing the period.
Recipient email holds: Check again / Try again
Refreshes the saved-evidence snapshot. Checking... disables the button while the check runs. Try again appears after a failed or timed-out check, or when the snapshot expires after five minutes. No email is sent, no validation is run, and no hold or campaign setting is changed.
Hold reasons and check details
Expands the primary hold reason counts, snapshot time and explanation of the saved checks: contact status, email availability, stored validation, email opt-outs, recorded bounces and address/domain blocklists. It also explains which sending protections are outside this view and directs you to Contacts to review holds and missing evidence.
Upload file / Add to draft
For context editors in Email Context. Upload file opens a text preview; Add to draft appends the reviewed text to the current draft. Save separately to keep it.
SDR inbox / Save inbox assignment / Refresh assignment
Campaigns with an SDR field only. Select an email address from the visible radio choices, check the label preview and save explicitly. Save inbox assignment is enabled for authorized editors when the choice differs from the saved assignment and the SDR change has finished saving. Automatic uses exactly one eligible mailbox. Refresh assignment reloads the saved choice; refresh the inbox after saving to see the label. SDR users can view but cannot edit this assignment.

Common questions

Open Campaign settings and choose an SDR in the SDR menu. The change saves automatically; None leaves the campaign unassigned. You can also choose an SDR in New Campaign. The menu includes SDRs assigned to this client and, in enabled workspaces, eligible client members. Internal staff can also prepare a paused, unassigned campaign for a named scheduled incoming SDR, shown with the takeover date. This does not grant calling access before takeover. If the person is missing, ask an authorized manager to check the client assignment or scheduled takeover on SDR Assignments. Changing the SDR ends shared calling and clears the previous explicit SDR inbox choice; review SDR inbox after saving. Self-serve campaigns have no SDR field.
The Email Sender Agent starts writing and sending this campaign's emails from the email context on its hourly weekday schedule, with no templates or sequence steps. Its emails go out only between 8 AM and 6 PM Eastern. Every email still scheduled by the old sequence for this campaign is cancelled so no prospect gets both, and SalesHive records which ones were cancelled. Each contact gets at most the campaign's Max emails per prospect (5 unless you change it), and emails the old sequence already sent count toward it. Limits restarted on Monday, October 5, 2026: a contact who had already reached the limit before then gets the approved sequence again, written fresh, after new and in-progress contacts are emailed. A contact's next email waits as long as that step's Timing in EMAIL STEPS asks (or a wait the section sets between all steps), never less than three days and never more than 30 (5 business days count as 7 days), and a reply stops further emails. A contact stays with the mailbox already emailing them, even if that mailbox is later stopped for its health. New contacts are split evenly between the campaign's sender mailboxes that are not stopped for their health (between all of them when every one is stopped), so two mailboxes never email the same person. A follow-up either replies in the thread of the last email this campaign sent them, from the same mailbox, or starts a new email with a fresh subject, based on what they already got. It never emails anyone who unsubscribed or is on the client's or the global blacklist, even after a booked meeting. It never emails an address that validation marked Invalid or Disposable, or that the old platform graded D or F, whatever the Email Validation setting. With Email Validation on, any other address that failed validation is skipped too. One that came back Unknown in the last three days follows the campaign's Unknown setting (emailed if Unknown is allowed, skipped if not) and is checked again after three days. Prospects marked Interested or Asked for Info get no email from it. The Email Responder follows up with those potential meetings instead, with the same address checks: in their existing email thread when possible, offering two or three open times from the campaign's booking calendar (or asking what works, with no times or link, when the campaign has none), without changing the saved Follow-up date. A future date holds the email until it is due. Once activity occurs on or after that date, email follow-ups normally wait at least three days from the last touch. The responder can fill an empty date, but a person must review any change to an existing one. These stop after 6 logged follow-ups, separate from Max emails per prospect. A prospect whose meeting request was handed to a person to book gets no more agent email. If Paused for every campaign shows beside the switch, the agent is on for this campaign but its schedule is paused for all campaigns. Switch it off to stop it; that does not bring back the cancelled sequence emails.
Open the section under Agents, switch it off and confirm. After call off: calls on this campaign get no notes, follow-ups or emails from the After Conversation Agent, and no new agent wrap-up. Calls already wrapped up keep what the agent did. Eligible calls without a usable transcript can still appear in Call Wrap-Ups as Needs transcript review; that card does not mean an agent ran. Email responder off: the Email Responder leaves replies from this campaign's prospects for the team to answer, without replying, sorting, marking them read or booking from them, and sends its potential meetings no follow-up emails. Nightly review off (SalesHive staff): the campaign is no longer reviewed and optimized overnight. Switch it back on to resume from then on.
On managed campaigns, both are gone. Those campaigns run on two agent fields: the Calling Context and the Email Context. The Email Sender Agent and the After Conversation Agent write every campaign email from the Email Context and read the Calling Context for the campaign information, so there are no templates, sequence steps or separate all-emails field to edit. Sending accounts, Daily send limit, the Unsubscribe footer, Send on weekends and the inbox unsubscribe button are in Email Sending in Campaign settings, where disposition overrides, Engagement Tracking and the campaign signature also stay. Self-serve campaigns have no campaign agents, so they keep the Email sequence section, and their Campaign context field sits in Campaign settings.
Someone saved the email context after you opened it, in the Playbook, another tab or through a client agent. Copy any edits you want to keep, reload the page or select Reload saved email context if it shows, then apply them to the newer text and save again. Nothing was overwritten.
Open Campaign settings and find Sending accounts in Email Sending (managed campaigns; Self-serve campaigns keep Sending accounts in the Email sequence section). Tick each mailbox the Email Sender Agent should send from; each change saves right away. Select all ticks every mailbox, Clear all unticks them, and Search mailboxes appears once there are eight or more. Only active mailboxes assigned to this campaign's client are listed. If none is ticked, a warning says the campaign cannot send email. Apply to all campaigns gives every non-archived campaign for the client the same mailboxes, after you confirm. SalesHive staff make these changes; other logins see the list read-only. Mailboxes today in the Email sender section then shows how much room each one has left today.
They set how closely the campaign's agents follow your approved wording. Email has its own setting (the Customization menu on Email Context, with Exact, Low, Medium and High) and calls have theirs (the Customization menu on Calling Context, with Low, Medium and High); open the menu to read what each option does. For email, Exact sends the approved copy word for word and fills in only the name, company and other merge fields. Low keeps every approved sentence's point, order and ask, with light wording touches to fit the tone and read naturally. On Exact and Low, each prospect gets the next approved step after the ones they already had, never a step they already got, and if the email context has no approved copy (no Subject lines), no campaign emails go out at all. Medium keeps the approved copy and structure with a personal first line and small edits for the person's role and company. On Exact, Low and Medium, an email that strays too far from the approved copy is not sent; the Email Sender Agent gets one rewrite to bring it closer. On every level, an Email Sender Agent email that offers a meeting day or timeframe, such as next week or Tuesday, goes back for a rewrite without it, even when the approved copy says it. A hypothetical business question beginning with If and asking how much or how many, such as how much knowledge a project handoff tomorrow would lose, is not treated as a meeting offer solely because it mentions a day. Explicit meeting or availability wording is still checked, including in the subject or another sentence. High is full customization (what used to be eRep): each email is written for the person from everything known about them, with the approved copy as the guide for the offer and ask. For calls, Low has the teleprompter show the written lines as written, filling in only names and company details. Medium uses the written lines and keeps their points and questions, said in relaxed everyday words. High writes every line for the prospect, using the calling context for the offer, facts and objection angles rather than its exact wording. Every level changes only the wording, never the facts: no level adds a claim, number, customer, feature or offer the context or the contact's record does not support, and when the answer is not there the teleprompter says it does not know that offhand and would need to check. Both settings start on Medium. Campaigns saved with the older email names read as Exact (Minimal), Medium (Light) and High (Ultra).
How the campaign's email sounds: Professional, Friendly, Casual or Direct (open the Tone menu on Email Context to read a description of each, or choose None to clear it). It reaches the Email Sender Agent, the After Conversation Agent, Email Responder replies and follow-ups and the Email test drive. It never changes the facts, offer, links or ask. With no tone picked, emails keep the approved copy's own voice. On Exact the approved copy goes out as written, so the tone applies only to replies; pick Low or higher for it to shape campaign emails too. A client agent can change it, following the same Approve for me or Ask me setting as its other changes, and each change is recorded in Playbook History as Email tone.
Every email this campaign sent the prospect: the first email, each follow-up, and emails the old sequence already sent. If the prospect was moved here from another campaign, the emails that campaign sent count too, so a moved prospect is not started over at Step 1. Limits restarted on Monday, October 5, 2026: a prospect who had already reached the limit before then counts only the emails sent since, so they start the approved sequence again after new and in-progress prospects. Everyone else keeps counting every email, so nobody partway through gets Step 1 twice. The Email Sender Agent stops emailing a prospect at the limit. On every level it also stops once the prospect has had every approved step in the EMAIL STEPS section, so a campaign with three approved steps sends at most three emails even if the limit is higher. Each cold step heading counts once ("### Step 2", "### Cold Step 2" or "### Cold Sequence, Step 2"); post-call steps do not. An email that an import recorded twice counts once. The After Conversation Agent's follow-up after a call nobody answered also stops at it, but its follow-up after a real conversation does not. So before you move prospects who recently finished another campaign into this one, raise the limit enough for the emails you still want them to get. You can change it in Email Context, or ask a client agent to change it; the agent follows the same Approve for me or Ask me setting as its other changes, and the change is recorded in Playbook History.
The count is everything the mailbox sent today, not just this campaign: replies, an SDR's own dialer emails and reminders count too, even though they are never blocked by the limit. The agents read the same count, so they stop when the mailbox reaches its true daily limit.
The Saved views row sits in the Start a Dial Session card on Start calling, directly under the Call buttons, and appears only after at least one view has been saved for this campaign. Saved views belong to that campaign and are shared with everyone who can open it. Users with the SDR role can apply views but cannot save, change or delete them. Self-serve campaigns have no Start calling section, since calling is not on that plan.
The button shows the view name only while the saved view is unchanged. Adding or editing a rule, typing a search or selecting statuses marks the view edited, and the button switches to Call Filtered View for that changed set.
The panel counts only contacts actively enrolled in this campaign that have a List Name. Contacts with a blank List Name are not counted, and the panel is hidden when no active contact has one. Picked list names match exactly, so a name containing a comma still matches as one list.
They are different engagement events. Opens come from the tracking pixel and are directional because proxies and scanners can fetch images. Clicks come from tracked external links. Separate tabs keep each raw event stream clear, and Clicks & warm leads also rolls clicks up by person.
Anyone who clicked links in this campaign’s emails 2 or more times within the current filters. Clicks from bots and link scanners do not count unless you tick Include bots. A click with no contact on file is grouped by the recipient address and shows Not on file under Status. The click rate is the share of emails sent that got at least one click, for the same dates and sender, so it stays at or under 100%. If click tracking is off for the campaign, a notice says new clicks are not being recorded; turn on Clicks under Engagement Tracking in Campaign settings.
The Opens event tab hides known bots and likely scanners by default but can show the raw stream. Email Analytics uses the same human-likely automation exclusions while keeping image-proxy opens in the directional open measure and breaking them out separately. The views answer different event-level and reporting questions.
When a campaign's scheduled email sequence is turned on (every Self-serve campaign, or a managed campaign that still has its older sequence), activating it runs email checks: SalesHive checks the configured type, active sendable Basic or eMod templates, supported merge tags, sender capacity, the campaign override or client default signature and its required fields, and complete cached SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and MX for client-owned sending domains. It also flags a {CF:...} tag for a contact custom field the client does not have, with an Open custom fields link: add the field, fix the name or add a fallback such as {CF:Field|fallback}. Follow the specific error, correct each item, then retry. A self-serve workspace with no signature set signs with the sender's name only, so each sending mailbox needs a display name. Its signature and mailbox problems link straight to Edit signature on Signatures or Edit mailboxes on Email Accounts, both in the error and under Email setup check on Email sequence. For a self-serve workspace sending from its own domain, retrying activation checks that domain's DNS and names each missing record. Check again on Email sequence only rereads saved results. Add those records where you manage the domain, then try again in a few minutes. A self-serve workspace also needs a complete mailing address, since anti-spam law requires one on every campaign email. Without it, activating is refused with an Add mailing address link, which opens the address editor on Plan and billing for a workspace admin. Save the address, then retry activation. Each email still has to pass the sending checks.
Campaign-attributed human inbound messages count. Shwarming, Auto Reply, Internal, Out Of Office, Undeliverable, Ignore, Ignore Contact, and Ignore Global are excluded.
A future saved call using that custom disposition adds the domain from the selected contact's email to the current client's domain blacklist.
No. It applies when a future call is saved. Existing contacts and call history are not rewritten.
No. When Override client disposition templates is on, the campaign's saved disposition settings replace the client-level behavior for that campaign.
The first import leaves matching Trash and Archived contacts unchanged. Keep in Trash, Keep Archived or Leave Them closes the results without restoring them. Restore and Import retries only those matching CSV rows for this campaign with the same settings and current recovery checks. A restored count alone does not establish enrollment or readiness to call or email.
Yes. It unarchives only the contacts that matched rows in this file, then updates them and applies this campaign under the current import and outreach rules. A contact archived before Trash comes fully back. Other archived contacts stay archived.
The name is preserved on the contact. Exact SalesHive name or email matches still link to the matching user.
A historical or inbound transcript may distinguish voices without proving their roles. SalesHive preserves the neutral label instead of inventing a role. New outbound calls use the saved live transcript.
Call Reporting preserves the selected client's saved Deal name when the represented company is mentioned in a stored transcript or call summary. The correction is limited to a narrow doubled-letter spelling variant and does not rewrite the prospect's own company name.
Overall Answer Rate counts answered calls, including voicemail and phone systems. Human or Target Pickup Rate requires pickup evidence. Qualified Conversation Rate includes substantive outcomes such as Referral, Not Interested, and Unqualified. Blacklisted Contact, Domain Blocked, and Prospect Hung Up can raise pickup without raising Qualified Conversation Rate, while wrong-phone and unresponsive outcomes count in neither.
Choosing NTRP keeps that result on the call and moves the associated contact to Unqualified, stopping future cold outreach. Invalid Number changes only the call record. Retired NTRP - Sent Info remains visible on older calls but is no longer offered as a new correction.
Pending eMod and eRep rows created under an older global AI policy can regenerate immediately before their next send. SalesHive builds the replacement first, preserves manually edited rows, and never rewrites sent or in-flight email. Basic template rows are unaffected.
SalesHive allows one constrained repair for length, structure, sales language, repeated copy, questions, dashes, and approved links. If the repaired copy still fails, generation stops instead of accepting the cadence.
When Override client disposition templates is on and the campaign has that custom disposition, the campaign's saved reporting option controls that campaign. When the campaign inherits client templates, the client-level option applies.
No. It is reporting only and creates no callback, Pending action, Calendar entry, or Dialer task.
Copied old-platform call logs remain visible for history, but they are not CRM dials. A source record with no saved result appears as Legacy (no disposition), not No Answer or Unknown. SalesHive excludes imported detail rows from campaign dashboard call totals and rates so legacy history does not depress current connection metrics.
Yes means the enrolled contact has at least one matching open or click attributed to this campaign that is not marked as a bot or likely scanner. No means no such event exists for that contact in this campaign. Image-proxy opens remain part of the directional open signal.
Yes. SalesHive carries the current search, selected statuses, and property rules into the Dialer, rechecks campaign-specific engagement against current enrollment, and then applies recycle, ownership, blocklist, phone, calling-hour, and dial-limit safeguards.
The call keeps the Directed to Corporate label in reporting. Across all clients, saving this result moves an eligible active contact to Not Decision Maker and removes that person from regular calling. Existing meeting, removed and blacklisted statuses stay unchanged, as do other contacts at the company. Older calls are not changed automatically; re-saving a call already marked Directed to Corporate does not undo a later reactivation.
Automatic call ratings and coaching are retired for all viewers. Operational results, summaries, recordings and transcripts remain available. Call-history exports also omit Score and Coaching. Previously stored analysis is retained.
SalesHive keeps the final operational note aligned with the saved disposition. A corrected result replaces a contradictory AI summary in Notes with the final outcome and saved SDR context when available. The separate AI analysis and SDR evidence remain stored for review.
No. Add usable signature content, or turn the override off and save to use the client default again.
New outbound calls use the saved live Dialer transcript only. SalesHive does not create another transcript from the recording, even if live capture is missing. An available recording can still be played. Existing historical transcripts and their speaker labels remain available.
These are completed sales outcomes. Normal campaign calling queues and automated cold outreach exclude them while keeping the contact and campaign history available.
Your assignment may need review, the client may lack a complete published and reviewed practice pack, or the pack may not match this campaign script. An earlier completed or retired assignment also requires manager review. Follow the displayed setup message. If practice calling is temporarily unavailable, try again shortly; if setup changed, refresh the campaign before trying again.
The default client SDR type provides campaign viewing, not campaign management. It does not permit changes to campaign settings. A custom type needs campaign-management permission. Existing access checks still apply. Contact your SalesHive team if your work requires different access.
Managed clients read these contexts and leave notes for their SalesHive team. Use the Playbook note button on Calling Context, Email Context or Call Follow-up Emails to request a change. Platform Only clients, including older active Platform Only accounts, can edit campaign contexts when their user role allows campaign management. The same permissions apply in the Playbook and Tools > Campaign Context.
No. A body unsubscribe link opens a confirmation page; the recipient must select Unsubscribe there before the request is saved. Automatic link checks do not unsubscribe anyone. When the campaign inbox unsubscribe setting is enabled and the inbox offers its one-click button, that button submits the request directly. Existing unsubscribe records remain in place.
When Email Validation is enabled, allowed statuses apply only to actual validation results. If verification is unavailable or no current result is ready, SalesHive holds the send until validation completes. Allowing Unknown does not bypass that hold. A genuine current Unknown result still follows your campaign settings.
No. The inbox setting and body footer are independent. Campaign emails use the saved choice at send time, including campaign test emails. Turning the inbox setting off does not undo existing unsubscribes.
No. It allows supported inboxes to display a button beside the sender; each inbox decides whether to show it.
A copy keeps the source campaign's templates, Calling Context, email context exactly as written, email customization level and tone, Max emails per prospect, Teleprompter on or off, booking calendar, Max Dials Per Contact and inbox unsubscribe setting. Splits also keep the inbox unsubscribe setting, and new campaigns default to off. Contacts and outreach history are not copied, the copy starts paused, and its Email Sender Agent switch starts off, so turn it on when you are ready.
No. Do Not Call restrictions, suppression and campaign eligibility still apply. Reimporting a restricted number into another phone field does not clear its Do Not Call restriction. Review enrolled and skipped counts separately from restored counts. Archived or completed campaigns do not accept imports.
No. Force End Session requires calls and any recorded phone conference to be verified ended. It can close the session while unfinished results, referrals or email work remain, but preserves those records for review. It does not invent an outcome, send an email or repair duplicate results. Missing or conflicting evidence keeps closure blocked.
It now sits at the top of the Calling Context, under CALL SCRIPT, followed by objection handling, company information and additional information, so there is one place to edit. Separate calling scripts are retired. Tools > Campaign Context, where Calling Scripts used to be, now shows every campaign's Calling Context and Email Context in one place. Each campaign's saved script is merged into the top of its context, and the earlier context stays in change history. Until a campaign's merge runs, callers keep its saved script. Required disclosures, factual limits and stop requests still apply.
Opening the Calling Context tab loads saved context without generating it. The Dialer can still prepare missing context when it opens. Existing nonempty context is retained. For deliberate generation, use Generate context or Regenerate context and review the result.
Generation now fixes a malformed draft once and, if the independent review rejects the first draft, makes one correction pass that is reviewed again. If the official website returns no cited pages, generation continues from the client sources without public research. If it still fails, read the error: your saved context is unchanged, and adding approved facts under Background for this generation, or under ADDITIONAL INFORMATION in the context, before generating again can help. You can enter context manually if generation is unavailable. If another edit changed the saved version, copy any local text you need and use Reload saved context before trying again.
Activating a campaign, or restoring an archived active campaign, asks for review when eligible selected or queued sending addresses exist. Check the client, campaign names and every sending address, then choose Confirm and activate, or Go back to cancel. Existing access and email-readiness checks still apply.
Each section scrolls on its own beside the side panel, and the side panel scrolls separately when it is longer than the screen. Campaign settings and overflowing panels keep native draggable scrollbars. On a narrow screen the side panel becomes a row of section buttons above the content that you can scroll sideways. Touch, wheel and keyboard scrolling still work.
Authorized editors can add attachments to each supported standard non-meeting disposition email, at client level or in an enabled campaign override. PDF, Word, Excel, CSV and text files are supported, up to 20 MB each and 25 MB total. Save the template changes; attachments are included when that disposition email sends. Meeting routing, custom actions and notification permissions remain separate. Other clients retain their existing Asked for Info attachment support.
In enabled client workspaces, the campaign SDR picker can include active client members with contact access and manual or automatic dialing permission, alongside assigned employee SDRs. Eligibility is checked again when saving. An absent or revoked member cannot be selected; this does not grant new calling access or expand shared-queue permissions. Self-serve campaigns have no SDR picker, since the plan has no SDRs.
Ordinary campaign assignment or shared-calling changes align eligible current campaign contacts with their calling owner while preserving historical activity. End active dial sessions before changing assignments. Contacts in active or paused independent sequences, or with dispatching or uncertain task delivery, retain their protected ownership. Refresh if contact or assignment evidence changes. Preparing a paused campaign for a scheduled incoming SDR does not transfer contact ownership before takeover.
Email subjects and bodies allow native browser spell checking. Suggestions depend on your browser language and spelling settings. There is no separate SalesHive spell-check button. Review suggested corrections before saving or sending; existing save and send steps still apply.
Supported signature previews and outgoing client email use the main message text's font family. When the message text sets a size, signature text without its own size uses that size too, so the two read alike; sizes set in the signature stay. Quoted reply text does not determine either. Emphasis, color, layout and image dimensions remain intact. This happens when the signature is rendered; it does not rewrite the saved signature or authored message. Existing review and send controls still apply.
Sequences and tasks are retired on the enabled workflow client, so no new contacts enter sequence outreach. A contact enrolled earlier can still be marked for sequence outreach only, which keeps campaign cadence and post-call emails off for that contact until the mark is cleared. Campaign membership and history remain intact. Sending or uncertain delivery must still be reconciled.
No. An unresolved campaign merge-tag error is treated as a permanent content failure instead of repeatedly retrying the same invalid message. Correct the reported template or merge values before using the normal reviewed sending workflow. This error is not proof that an email was sent. Known tags with stray spaces, such as {Company }, resolve normally. Unknown placeholders stay blocked.
Choose Meeting Day from Fields in the email editor to insert {Day}, for example "15 minutes next {Day}?". At send time it becomes a weekday two to four business days out in Eastern time, chosen per recipient and stable for that day. {DayOfWeek} and {Weekday} work the same way, and the preview shows a sample day.
Pick it from Fields under Contact custom fields, or type {CF:Field Name}. Each prospect gets their own value from Settings > Custom Fields; {CF:Field Name|fallback} uses the fallback when a contact has none. The agents and the teleprompter also read what each field means when the note is filled in on Custom Fields.
Use Call summary under Hand-off in Fields to add {CallSummary} to the meeting owner's email. At send time it uses the qualifying call's usable AI summary. If none is available, it uses saved call notes and any saved SDR note, without repeating the same SDR note. Analysis error messages are omitted. The field stays blank when no usable notes exist and is never filled in prospect-facing emails. New hand-off templates include it by default; add it to older templates when needed.
Text appears larger on supported mobile browsers for easier reading. Use the same controls and permissions as before; the display change does not save changes or perform actions for you.
Brand links and selected highlights use the SalesHive logo orange. The color change does not change what the controls do.
SalesHive compares the saved Calling Context with later edits to the campaign's email copy (including its Email Context), the campaign Playbook fields the context draws on and, for a campaign that still follows a separate call script, that script (or the client default script it follows). When the call script lives inside the Calling Context, script edits are context edits and do not raise the note. Only real wording changes count. An edit that was later undone, formatting-only changes, A/B winner picks, paused variants, sheet links, story titles and saves that change nothing do not raise the note. A new or restored email step does. Edits made within a couple of minutes of the context save are ignored. Email Context rewrites that SalesHive wrote from the Calling Context itself do not count, and neither does an Email Context edit saved within 10 minutes after the same person saved the context, since that is one paired update. Email Context edits that only change a line about links (such as "Do not include booking links." or a scheduling page address) or only drop the retired HOW CLOSELY TO FOLLOW THE COPY section do not count either, since callers book on the phone; a line that also names a meeting length still counts. The one-time reformat of every context on October 1, 2026 does not count as a fresh write, so the note still shows if the email copy or Playbook changed after the context was last really written or reviewed. The note appears at the top of every other campaign section and beside the Calling Context editor, and never blocks calling. To clear it, regenerate the context, save an edit, or choose Context is still accurate, which keeps the text as is. It returns only if those sources change again. Client agents that read the campaign see the same note; they update only the facts that now differ and leave the context as it is if nothing does, rather than rewriting it just to clear the note.
SalesHive compares meeting lengths written in the Calling Context and Email Context, including common spelled-out lengths such as fifteen minutes and statements such as the calendar reserves 30 minutes. It reads the context text, not the calendar itself. The note appears when both contexts name lengths and none match. Proof-point savings and lengths the text rules out do not count; if either context names no length, there is no note. Only people who can edit context see it, and it never blocks calling or sending. Check the agreed duration, edit whichever context is wrong and save it. The note on the context you are editing clears as you type; the other context uses the saved text. Client agents reading the campaign see the same flag and check the Playbook or your SalesHive team for the agreed length before changing either context.
Keep a complimentary closing such as Best, or Cheers, if it suits your message. The configured sender signature is appended separately, so omit duplicate sender names, titles and signature blocks. Simple trailing sender name/title merge-field footers are removed when templates are loaded or used; the authored closing is preserved. Literal names, linked artwork and custom signature designs are not automatically guessed or removed, so review the final draft.
Some retained screenshots show an earlier layout, including the row of tabs that the side panel replaced and the retired Email sequence tab. Follow the current controls and written steps. Automatic Score, Rating and Coaching fields have been removed; post-call review in the Dialer places the disposition before context and confirmation.
Extra Cc (optional) now supports every standard disposition follow-up template, meeting confirmations and custom disposition emails. Enter valid email addresses separated by commas and save the template settings. These recipients are copied when an SDR sends the template from Email caller on an inbound call; the After Conversation Agent does not add them. Duplicate addresses and the prospect address are excluded from the Cc list. Existing review requirements still apply. Meeting hand-offs keep their separate recipient rules: the meeting owner is To, the strategist and configured extras are removable Ccs, and the prospect is excluded.
The images show earlier views. Current standard and custom disposition email editors include Extra Cc (optional); follow the current page labels and the steps in this guide.
The Dialer no longer sends it. When the After Conversation Agent decides to email a prospect after a call, it writes from the campaign's email context, starting with its AFTER A CALL section. Saved disposition copy, shown with an After Conversation Agent copy badge, is used only when the campaign has no email context, and then a result with no copy of its own falls back to the campaign's first follow-up email. There is no send-mode choice. Saving template copy sends nothing. If the SDR note reports an email already sent, the agent withholds another email to the original prospect even when no delivery receipt appears in history. Check the recipient and delivery before arranging another send; missing history does not prove nothing was sent. When the After Conversation Agent sends the Asked for Info email (Not the Right Person, Sent Info uses the same one), it attaches the files saved on that template, the client template first, else the campaign override. If a file cannot be loaded, it sends nothing and notes that the email is still owed, so a person can send it. On inbound calls, an SDR can still choose a template in Email caller and send it.
Editable rich-text fields now show Undo and Redo in their toolbar. They apply to that editor's available text history, not to sent email or unrelated saved business records. Follow the field's normal save or send controls and review the result.
In a self-serve workspace, AI writing pauses once this month's AI credits run out. Generate Templates and Generate context then show a message with the date credits refill, and your existing templates and context stay as they are. Usage is counted shortly after each action, so a workspace can go a little past zero before the pause starts. Check what is left in Settings on Plan and billing. Managed and Platform Only clients are not affected.
SalesHive pauses campaign sending from a self-serve mailbox when at least 40 of its campaign emails went out in the last 72 hours and too many bounced (8 percent by default) or too many recipients unsubscribed (5 percent by default). Unsubscribes count when a recipient opts out after the email, by the unsubscribe link or a reply; addresses added to the list by hand do not count. If both are high, the pause is for bounces. The banner title says whether sending is paused for bounces or for unsubscribes (or just Campaign sending is paused when mailboxes are paused for different reasons), and each line names the mailbox, when the pause started and how many recent emails bounced or how many recipients unsubscribed. Campaigns keep their status and pick up where they left off. For bounces, clean the list or remove the bad contacts; for unsubscribes, check that the list fits your offer and the copy is relevant. Then a workspace admin clicks Resume sending in the banner (or on Plan and billing). That lifts the pause for 72 hours, after which bounces and unsubscribes are checked again. Other members see a note asking them to contact their admin. How sending works in the banner opens Plan and billing with the full sending article, which explains these pauses and how to avoid them. On a campaign page, the banner lists only the paused mailboxes this campaign sends from.
Self-serve workspaces only. Google or Microsoft stopped letting SalesHive use one of your connected mailboxes, usually after a password change, an admin removing access, or an expired sign in. Until someone signs in to it again, campaign emails from it cannot send and new replies to it do not reach your inbox. On a campaign page the banner lists only that campaign's sender mailboxes that are disconnected. Select Reconnect to open Email accounts, then choose Reconnect next to that mailbox and sign in with its own account. Anyone in the workspace sees the notice, since the mailbox owner is the one who can sign in. Workspace admins also get one email each time a mailbox is disconnected, and the Monday results email lists any mailbox still disconnected. Managed clients never see it.
Campaigns no longer have an After a call attempt (Post-Call) email sequence. The After Conversation Agent now writes and sends follow-up emails after calls, from the SDR's dialer mailbox and within that mailbox's daily limit. If the Email Sender Agent stopped that mailbox for spam placement, the email goes from another of the campaign's mailboxes that is not stopped, has a named SDR or sender and is under its daily limit, written as that sender on behalf of the caller; if no permitted alternative is available, the email is held. The selected mailbox is checked again before sending. If it is stopped for spam placement or its placement cannot be checked, nothing is sent and requested information remains owed. Post-call emails already scheduled still finish. New campaigns are created with post-call emails off, and missing post-call email setup no longer blocks bulk dialing.
Generate Playbook on the Playbook page rewrites the Playbook campaign's Calling Context and Email Context in the same run as the Playbook sections, from the Playmaker, Playbook notes and approved links. It replaces earlier edits to both. Edits made to this campaign from the Playbook's campaign switcher are ordinary edits, the same as editing here. Select History on either context to see that change. Internal editors can restore the previous version with Revert in Playbook History. Other campaigns are not changed.
Calling is not part of the self-serve plan, because it needs a SalesHive phone line. Self-serve campaigns do not show Start calling, Call reporting, or the Dial This View and Call Selected buttons, and their Overview shows email results instead of call results. Campaign settings also hides the SDR, Recycle Days, Call Timeout, Max Dials Per Contact, Teleprompter, Call Recording, Call Consent Disclosure and disposition override controls, and saving the campaign never assigns an SDR or changes call settings. Links to a campaign's dialer or sales demo open a Not on your plan page. Email sending, Contacts and Email Reporting work as usual, though Contacts drops the Calls column, the call filters and Send to Files, and Email Reporting drops the Sent by filter and the Deliverability tab. Managed and Platform Only campaigns are unchanged.
A few holds can apply. Email goes out only between 8 AM and 6 PM Eastern. A late-day run sends only what its pacing (one email every few minutes per mailbox) can finish by 6 PM, and any email still waiting at 6 PM is cancelled; those contacts stay due and the next run writes to them. The Email Sender Agent sends only for active and onboarding clients: once a client is paused or has ended, it stops, and an email already waiting to send for that client is cancelled. If a line in the email context says not to send yet (for example Do not send anything yet, sending stays disabled, or stays paused), the Email Sender Agent sends nothing for that campaign, even while it is active. Remove that line from the email context to let it send. Narrower limits, such as do not send Step 5, do not hold the whole campaign. A contact whose next Follow-up date is still ahead, such as a callback they asked for on a call, gets no Email Sender Agent email until that date. A catch-all address (its company accepts every address, so it cannot be confirmed) also waits for cold email when another address at that company already hard bounced (even one that bounces while the email waits to go out), when ZoomInfo rates the person below 95 for accuracy or has no rating for them at all (a ZoomInfo person with no score on file is looked up for free first), when the person already had the whole sequence before limits restarted on October 5, 2026, or while the sending mailbox is being watched for its health. That contact stays due and comes back once the address is confirmed or the mailbox is healthy again; potential meeting follow-ups are not held this way. Campaign emails must be finished copy with real words instead of variable tags such as {FirstName}, [Company], %TAG% or <<tag>>. The send checks also refuse introductions such as "I am writing to you as" that can confuse the sender's role with the prospect's. The agent must state the reason for writing or refer explicitly to "your role", keeping the approved offer and facts unchanged. A first copy-check failure allows one rewrite; a second skips that contact until the next run. If the email check for an address does not finish in time, nothing is sent and that contact sits out for 6 hours while the check finishes, then comes back on its own. Mailbox health comes first too: before each run, and again just before each waiting email goes out, the agent checks the mailbox's warming spam placement, the test-inbox copies of its real emails from the last 4 days (the last 14 days when the last 4 hold fewer than 5 copies, unless 3 or more of them all landed in the inbox), and hard bounces. A mailbox with fewer than 3 test copies sent or waiting in the last 4 days copies every email to a test inbox a few minutes after it, so a problem shows up after a few emails rather than a whole run. A mailbox with fewer than 5 copies of its own is also judged by every copy from its sending domain, whichever reads worse: with 5 or more domain copies, half in spam puts it on watch and 80% stops it. Copies of normal campaign emails from the last 4 days are also checked separately from recovery tests, using the same mailbox and domain spam thresholds. The stricter result wins, so clean recovery tests cannot clear a watch or stop caused by those campaign copies. A mailbox to watch (about 3% of warming email in spam, half of its test copies in spam, its first 2 copies both in spam, or 2% hard bounces) sends half as many emails per run. An unhealthy one (about 10% of warming email in spam, 80% of its test copies in spam, its first 3 or more copies all in spam, or 5% hard bounces) sends none, and any email already waiting to go out from it is cancelled. Potential meeting follow-ups are the Email Responder's, not this agent's: from a mailbox stopped only for its hard bounces they still go out, at half the usual amount per run, because those people already talked with you, and a mailbox stopped for spam placement sends none. The agent can also halve that mailbox's daily cap, at most once a day; it never raises it.
The teleprompter states facts about the client (its offer, pricing, results, customers, people and product questions such as features, integrations, compatibility, specs, security or compliance) only from the Calling Context, at every customization level, on the dialer and in the test drive alike. This rule is added on top of the reader prompt, so editing the prompt cannot remove it. When the context does not say, it has you say plainly that you do not know that offhand and would need to check, offers a team follow-up instead of guessing, and still answers any part it does know. To have it answer, add the approved fact under ADDITIONAL INFORMATION (Generate keeps that section as written) and choose Save context.
Only for platform-only clients. Open Campaign settings and select the Teleprompter switch so it reads Teleprompter off. Callers then see just the calling context in the Dialer, without suggested replies, on outbound calls and answered callbacks. Select it again to turn it back on. The switch does not appear on Self-serve campaigns or for other clients, whose campaigns always keep the Teleprompter on.
The Email test drive tries once more on its own. If the Email Sender Agent would write nothing for that step, the error says why, so you can adjust the Email Context or pick another step or customization level. Otherwise write it again. A failed test also stops Auto-play. Nothing is sent either way.
With All time selected, Delivered is emails sent minus recipients who bounced. Bounced counts recipients with a hard bounce, or whose address was added to your undeliverable list after an email went to them. Unsubscribed counts recipients added to your unsubscribe list after an email went to them. Addresses added to either list by hand are left out. These three cover the campaign's whole life, and Opened and Replied come from Email Reporting from the campaign's first activity to today. With 7, 30 or 90 days or Custom dates, every card comes from Email Reporting for those days. Opened is a share of emails sent with open tracking, so it reads Open tracking is off when the campaign does not track opens. A card that says Could not load will try again when you leave Overview and come back.
The Overview Email results card follows the Reporting period at the top of Overview (All time by default); Email Reporting uses its own date range. Positive replies are replies sorted as interested, asked for info, meeting set, rescheduling or referral, and meetings set by reply count as positive too. Not interested covers objections, unqualified, wrong person or no longer at the company, cancelled and opt-outs. Other replies stay unsorted, and replies from legacy history have no outcome. Bounced counts each email that hard-bounced once. Blocked or rejected counts emails the receiving server refused for another lasting reason; temporary failures that can still deliver are left out. Unsubscribed counts recipients added to the unsubscribe list after an email went to them, by the link or a reply; addresses added by hand are left out. A card that says Could not load will try again when you leave Overview and come back.
Enrolled contacts in the campaign are used first. With fewer than three, SalesHive writes fictional prospects that match the campaign brief, Playmaker list targeting, Playbook ICP and personas, or the contexts, so the pitch is tested against the right buyers. They are not real people and are never contacted. If none are enrolled and no target-market prospects can be made (no targeting yet, no AI credits left, or the request fails), a few generic samples marked Sample prospect are used instead.
Mostly. Standard HubSpot export headers are matched for you, including Mobile Phone Number, Street Address, State/Region, Postal Code, Country/Region, Website URL, Company Domain Name, Annual Revenue, Number of Employees, LinkedIn URL and Contact owner. Columns with no matching field, such as Record ID or Lifecycle Stage, start unmapped: pick a field for them or leave them skipped. Always check the mapping before you continue.
Agents use the active campaign calendar first, then the active client default. Only when neither exists do they pick an eligible round robin calendar. They do not switch hosts to get around missing proof or unavailable booking access. A saved connection supplies booking proof; other calendars need a passing availability check and recent booking proof. A practice form check stops before submission. If a Calendly account is connected, the selected connection must be usable and permit booking and meeting verification. After a known browser-booking security rejection, agents stop offering times and retrying that browser booking. The owner must connect the supported Calendly API or resolve the rejection with Calendly Support. A later availability or practice check does not clear the rejection. Review the original attempt before booking again. For a proven selected calendar whose access checks pass, switching off Agents may book on it allows time offers but leaves booking to a person. Such calendars are excluded from agent round robin picks. Email agents request fresh availability before offering times and wait if the booking-page read is still running. They check availability again before booking. If the agreed time is verified unavailable before submission, the Email Responder can send up to three freshly checked alternatives from the same calendar when sending is allowed. It waits for a new prospect choice rather than substituting a time or host. Keep any existing meeting until its replacement is confirmed. In Live mode, with calendar booking and the campaign responder enabled, the Email Responder can book an agreed time. A browser booking becomes a recorded meeting only when the page confirms the matching attendee, host, time and duration. Request submitted; awaiting host confirmation is still unconfirmed: keep the existing request and original credit, check provider acceptance or its confirmation email, and ask a person to review it if acceptance cannot be verified. Do not submit again, cancel the old meeting or send a confirmed-meeting reply while it is awaiting acceptance. Even a confirmed booking does not prove that the invite reached an inbox. Moving or cancelling depends on the provider. Check the original calendar before retrying an unconfirmed change. The After Conversation Agent can update the SalesHive meeting record, but that alone sends no confirmation or invite and does not update an existing invitation.
Calls, talks, emails, meetings booked, the Calling funnel, Email results, the Activity chart, Call Outcomes and the SDR Leaderboard all count only activity inside the chosen days (Eastern time). All time matches the campaign's full totals. Contacts enrolled, Contact Funnel, contact statuses and Recipient email holds stay current, because they describe the campaign today rather than activity. Meetings booked counts meetings by the day they were booked.
Select History in the header of either context. Every saved version is listed newest first with who made it. For an agent's change you see the agent, who approved it and the reason it gave, and selecting the agent's name opens its chat. Select Show changes to see the lines added and removed. To go back to an earlier version, choose Put this version in the editor, review it, then select Save context or Save email context. Nothing changes until you save.
Put it in square brackets on its own line, never inside a line the caller says, and start with a one-sentence instruction such as [Pause here and let them answer.]. Callers see it in the Dialer as a Note set apart from the script. A long note shows only that first sentence until the caller selects More, so put call examples, dates or client feedback after it. The teleprompter still reads the whole note. Callers can also hide every note, and any bracketed text inside a line such as [Optional:], with the Notes switch above the context, so never put words they must say inside brackets.
When the prospect finishes dictating an email address, the Teleprompter suggests reading it back and asking "Is that right?" It uses the spoken spelling, dots, digits and domain in order, even when the saved address differs. While they are still spelling, let them finish; if part is unclear, ask about that part instead of guessing. A short acknowledgment from you does not discard the earlier spelling. The readback contains no promise to send, sales question or goodbye. The test uses the same guidance as the live reader. Check the suggestion against your test conversation. Nothing is sent and no contact is updated.
Use Keep the call going to test a conversation, then Reset to start over. The Teleprompter uses what was actually said: an introduction followed by a simple confirmation should continue to the reason for calling, and a question about the call's purpose should get the approved explanation. Each question fresh normally tests a question after a generated opener. It uses both speakers' answers, including short yes or no replies and later corrections, to skip questions already settled. This also applies with Low customization. If the prospect explains that their team is keeping up or needs no help and declines the offered support, it should suggest a brief closing without another pitch, meeting question or email request. An in-house team alone is not a refusal. Clarify only missing details; a request to repeat or a necessary contact or booking readback is still allowed. Silence does not reopen a settled answer or refusal. Review the suggestion against what was actually said. The suggestions keep corrections from the conversation. If someone no longer works there, use only the replacement name or role actually supplied, or ask who handles the topic. Do not ask for the departed person to call back. If the prospect says they are driving but explicitly says they can talk, answer briefly without asking them to read, type or open a calendar. A request to stop or end the call takes priority. A recorded voicemail greeting calls for no suggested reply, message, callback request, notice or disposition advice. Because this text test expects a reply, silence can produce an unavailable or no-reply error. Test a live conversation to continue; do not treat the error as a voicemail script. Check each suggestion against the conversation and Calling Context. The test never dials anyone.
For after-call work, an information request alone does not require a calendar or human-booking hold. A new hold needs evidence of a remaining identity conflict, necessary protected record change, client-only decision, or an actual meeting request whose booking path is unavailable or failed. Routine calendar wording, documented routing, clear conversation outcomes and temporary sending limits do not justify a new hold. Existing holds stay in force. For a verified managed-outreach client, a booking handoff posts the client's name, prospect, request summary and reason to the shared SalesHive staff Slack channel #platform-email-meetings, with the source mailbox/message or call reference. The post tags the client's currently assigned email responders when their Slack accounts can be found, including on later thread replies. It uses existing responder assignments; it does not create an assignment or notify the meeting owner just because they own the calendar. If no responder is assigned or a lookup fails, the channel still gets the request with an assignment or mention-unavailable note. The responder taking it should review the conversation and agreed times, reply when needed and complete the booking on the correct calendar. The handoff itself sends no prospect email. Once the contact is marked for human booking, the Email Responder, After Conversation Agent and Email Sender Agent stop emailing or following up with that prospect. Later replies can be passed to the channel without an automated reply. A responder's handed-off message stays visible as not handled in Responder Hub until a person answers or marks it handled; marking a message handled does not itself clear the contact's human-booking hold. For Platform Only clients that manage their own outreach, no booking request, record-review post or related calendar-failure alert goes to SalesHive staff in #platform-email-meetings. The client team should review the conversation in its own inbox. A refused staff handoff does not create a new human-booking hold or confirm that a person received it. Existing holds and sending protections remain.
No. Recipient email holds checks only the saved fields named in the panel. Incomplete evidence means a check is missing, out of date or unresolved, not that the contact passed. Meeting and client-pipeline suppression, prior replies, human booking, sequence history, catch-all protections, mailbox health, approved content, timing and capacity still need checks before sending. After-call and Email Responder follow-ups are outside this view. Evidence can change while the snapshot is being checked.
Yes, when After call is enabled and the run allows changes. The prospect must explicitly ask to stop calling or confirm removal from the call list in the transcript; they can still welcome email. For a private number, the transcript must contain an explicit stop request or a recorded SDR removal promise. An unconditional SDR promise such as "I won't call you back," "We will not call you again" or "I'll take you off this list" can qualify, as can a promise to remove the number from the system or mark the person so calls stop. Only the mobile or direct number dialed is blocked for this client. A simple decline, temporary pause, conditional promise or shared company line does not qualify for that block. A number block leaves Calls and other numbers unchanged. Both actions preserve status, email preferences and existing restrictions. Review-only and extra information or referral-email runs cannot make these changes. Check the saved note and result; Calls: Off confirms a contact-wide stop.
Only selectable PDF text is imported. A scanned PDF with no readable text is refused; a partly scanned PDF may import only some pages, so compare the preview with your file. Export with selectable text or paste the copy instead. Empty files, unsupported formats and files over 10 MB are refused. Shorten the file or draft if the combined context exceeds 50,000 characters.
Assign an SDR first and wait for the change to save. Only active SDR mailboxes assigned to that person and client qualify; internal SalesHive mailboxes are excluded. If none qualify, ask the team to check the mailbox assignment. If several qualify, click an email address rather than Automatic. If the previous inbox is no longer eligible, choose an eligible address. Save inbox assignment stays disabled when the choice is unchanged. After a message that the campaign changed, select Refresh assignment, review the choice and save again. Without campaign management access, you can view the choices but cannot edit them. Self-serve campaigns hide SDR inbox along with the SDR field.
Migrated sends count once in campaign totals and per-step rows. When historical engagement is only partially reconciled, the page warns that opens and replies may be incomplete. Missing historical results do not prove no engagement. Open rates use sends with open tracking; untracked rows show Not tracked. Rows without a saved step number show No step.
For eligible cold prospects where the PHU policy is enabled, fewer than three PHUs means a 42-day wait from the latest qualifying hang-up. Where historical counting is enabled, eligible earlier calls count alongside new calls, even after an earlier wait has expired. A new qualifying PHU that brings the combined count to three sets No Interest and stops ordinary calling. An eligible internal manager must review before reopening. The fixed historical review list is the exception: those contacts stay on hold for Corinne and the manager without an automatic status change. Earlier calls alone do not newly set No Interest. The count follows the contact across campaigns and phone numbers. Campaign calling readiness and the Dialer exclude held cold prospects. Review the notice on Contact Detail for the count and resume date. Correcting the original call result recalculates its PHU evidence; later contact edits or outcomes stay protected. Only an eligible internal manager can reset the hold from Contact Detail.
Advance assignment is for internal staff and a current scheduled takeover. Start with a paused, unarchived campaign that has no SDR, active dial session or shared calling owners. An already prepared campaign can keep the same incoming SDR. Existing campaign owners stay in place until takeover; do not remove them just to make advance assignment available. A canceled or replaced takeover can make a save fail, so refresh and review the current plan. A saved assignment remains visible even if it is no longer selectable. Preparation does not transfer contact ownership or grant early calling access.
